Abstract: Provided is a medical test slide unit including a frame main body including: a marker part which has a thin plate shape and in which a plurality of position indicating markers are formed longitudinally and transversely; and a border part arranged to surround the marker part, wherein a step is formed between the border part and the marker part to form a seating recess, and wherein a slide, on which a specimen to be examined using a microscope is placed, is selectively seated in the seating recess.

Abstract: A mobile device mounted holder includes a body portion, the body portion including a slot for receiving cards. The mobile device mounted holder further includes an attachment mechanism, integrated with the body portion, for attaching to a mobile device. The mobile device mounted holder further includes a clip end located proximate to the slot, such that the clip end prevents the cards, when located in the slot, from sliding out of the slot and the clip end is attached to a flexible arm such that the clip end has a flexed position and in the flexed position the cards are removable.

Abstract: A method and system for identifying product is disclosed. A product identifier having product identifying information for one of a plurality of consumable products is provided. The product identifier is selected for a consumable product. The product identifier is displayed at or near a location on a dispensing system, or where access to the consumable product is provided. The system uses a product identifier having product and/or brand information for one or more consumable products. A window is provided in a body of a dispenser or other member of a dispensing system for viewing the product identifier associated with the consumable product therein.

Abstract: A license plate bracket. The license plate bracket includes a frame having a front wall, a rear wall, and a sidewall extending therebetween, defining a channel therein. An opening is disposed along an upper side of the frame providing access to the channel. A first cutout is disposed in the front wall, the first cutout placed such that it can expose identifying information of a license plate disposed within the channel. A plurality of fasteners are affixed to the front wall at each corner thereof, the plurality of fasteners able to removable secure the frame to a support surface.

Abstract: A 3D shelf talker in the form of a planar substrate has a profile and scored fold lines defining three advertising panels for displaying text and/or graphics identified with a product, and at least one fastener panel integral with one of the advertising panels and adherable to another of the panels for stabilizing the shelf talker once erected into a hollow rectangular parallelepiped. The fastener panel may be provided with a connector for mounting the shelf talker on a shelf fixture in an aisle of a store where one of the advertising panels is visible for indicating the location of the product to a customer along either end of the aisle or directly opposite the product.

Abstract: An identification tag is described that includes a tab portion having a unique identifier, an anchor portion, and a tether portion connecting the tab portion to the anchor portion. The anchor portion has a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive to secure the tag to one of a patch cable or a port disposed in a patch panel. In an exemplary aspect, the tag portion, anchor portion and the tether portion of the tag are formed as an integral structure. The unique identifier is a two-dimensional code, that is printed as an inverted image to provide improved network security and prevent reading of the unique identifiers by unapproved reading devices.

Abstract: An electronic device including a transparent cover, a transparent film, a display module, a side frame, and a base frame is provided. The transparent film is adhered to the transparent cover. The display module is adhered to the transparent film, such that the transparent film is disposed between the transparent cover and the display module. The transparent film extends to the side frame and is bonded with the side frame. The base frame is connected to the side frame. By extending the transparent film to the side frame and bonding the transparent film with the side frame, the transparent film is capable of stopping liquid, thereby archiving a waterproofing effect. A method for assembling an electronic device is also provided.

Abstract: A network jack assembly network connection identification system comprising an identifier receiving cavity extending inward from a surface of a plug body section of the jack and an identifier element designed for insertion into the identifier receiving cavity. The identifier receiving cavity is accessible through any of a sidewall, a top wall, a bottom wall, or a front wall of the plug body section. The cavity may include a lens enabling viewing of the identifier element. The identifier can be a partially or completely colored surface of the identifier element, a shaped feature of the identifier element, etc. The identifier can be a sheet of material, a pin, or any other suitable insertable component. In one variant, the identifier can be formed during installation by reshaping material designated therefore, such as a wax. Alternatively, the identification solution can be applied to a wall plate.

Abstract: A product management display system for merchandising products on a shelf includes a rail mounting clip structure for removably coupling a front rail to a shelf, the shelf having a channel structure extending along a portion of a front edge. A shelf labeling system includes a shelf, a plurality of slots, and the beverage identification tile. The sheet of material is sized to slide into a slot of the plurality of slots formed in the front wall along an edge of the front wall with a beverage type identifier visible above the edge.

The signs include a mounting portion, for attaching to the shelf, and a sign portion. The sign portions are provided with a shape corresponding to common shapes of traffic or road signs. The system of the invention may therefore be used to attract or direct customers to certain specific products.

The messaging sign apparatus includes a frame, a movable article positionable within the frame, and fastening member that is engageable with the moveable article. The frame includes an article receiving section on an inner body thereof and an article receiving opening on an outer surface and leading into the article receiving section, with the moveable article positioned in the article receiving section and moveable through the article receiving opening. Abstract: Implementations of the present invention provide systems, apparatus, and methods for precisely placing a graphic in a desired position between a face panel and a rear panel. In particular, implementations of the present invention comprise wall plaques having graphics that are printed directly to the back surface of face panels. Printing a graphic directly to the back surface of a face panel may help to ensure that the graphic is flat on the back surface of the face panel and is not misaligned. In addition, printing a graphic directly to the back surface of a face panel may help to eliminate the possibility that the graphic will be wrinkled, torn, or otherwise damaged prior to being laminated on the back surface of a face panel. Implementations of the present invention may also make the manufacturing process more efficient both in terms of cost and time.

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for an information card holder. A base is formed in a rectangular shape with a front side and a back side. The front side has a first edge opposite a second edge. A card retainer mechanism including a first lip adjacent to the first edge of the front side of the base and a second lip is adjacent to the second edge of the front side of the base. The first and second lips may be configured to receive an edge of an information card therein (e.g. a business card). A depression is formed into the base that forms a storage compartment configured to house electronic memory storage devices (e.g. an SD card). The storage compartment is configured such that an information card retained by the first lip and second lip spans the storage compartment and retains an electronic memory storage device housed therein.

A secondary sign is releaseably retained within the channel such that at least a portion of the secondary sign is visible through the opening or window in the primary sign.

Abstract: The invention provides a simple, yet flexible mechanism for affixing items to a magnetic board such that they are accurately aligned to the board and to one another. Such mechanism allows positioning and repositioning of the items as desired by the user, including stacked configurations. Contact between the items and the board is aesthetically pleasing, and provides a bearing surface that allows for repositioning of items using a sliding motion. Further, aligning the items is convenient for the user and does not distract from the primary task at hand.

Abstract: A checkout divider having an optically variable effect. The divider includes a sleeve including optically variable material that is disposed upon a face of the sleeve. The sleeve is formed to take on a three-dimensional structure. The divider includes a pair of end caps that are configured to fixedly receive each end of the sleeve. The divider also includes a curved bearing surface associated with the end caps. The curved bearing surface is disposable such that upon disturbance of an equilibrium of the checkout divider, the optically variable material exhibits a change in aspect.

Abstract: A tabbing apparatus is provided that includes a pocket and a tab element disposed within the pocket in a retracted position. Abstract: The present invention provides a device for mounting a graphic holder on a display arm. The device has a body portion substantially formed of a resilient elastic material. The body portion comprises a band for securing around a display arm. As the band is resilient and elastic it can be used to mount the device on a variety of different shaped display arms. The device further comprises a neck portion attached to the body portion at a first end and having attaching means for holding the graphics holder substantially at a second end. The present invention also provides a system for displaying a graphic on a display arm comprising a device and a graphic holder.

Abstract: A display system utilizing a graphics box as a primary component is disclosed. The graphics box greatly increases the flexibility and aesthetic appeal of displayed graphics cards. The ability to mass produce the graphics box, use multiple graphics boxes to deliver displays of different size and information content and, especially, the ability to reuse the graphics boxes, means that costs of the disclosed display system are relatively low and are achievable without a decrease in the aesthetic appeal of the entire display. Structures for supporting the graphics box to further increase the flexibility of the display system are also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved connector assembly for attaching objects to supports. The connector assembly has both a male connector and a female connector capable of being removably attached to each other. The male connector includes an engagement portion that extends from a contact surface and a support structure for attaching to an accessory. The female connector includes a hooked portion that extends from a female contact surface and receives the engagement portion of the male connector. Once connected, the male contact surface and the female contact surface may contact each other. The female connector may be attached to a structure, such as a wall, a free standing structure, or other attachment structure. Further, the male connector may be connected at various locations along the female connector, providing flexibility to attach the male connector at more than one location.

The sleeve has a front portion having a first height and a back portion having a second height that is greater than the first height of the front portion. The support includes a support member and a connecting member connected to the support member. The connecting member is substantially perpendicular to the support member and is attached to a backward facing surface of the back portion. The plurality of rings are each threaded through one of the apertures in the back portion.

Abstract: A system of the present invention couples via a lanyard to a piece of luggage. The system includes a holder having three pockets. A first mask having a first shape and first color card inserts in the first pocket, a second mask and second color card inserts in the second pocket, and an identification card inserts into a third pocket. The system further includes extra color cards and extra masks to provide a traveler with many combinations of colors, patterns, shapes and sequences to identify their luggage.

Abstract: A display stand for a laptop computer has an L-shaped spine supporting the computer. A T-shaped upper advertising substrate holder can be slid into the vertical leg of the spine in one of multiple orientations, i.e., with the cross-bar of the T horizontal to the ground or vertical to the ground on either the left side or right side of the computer, as point of sale (POS) physical constraints demand. In all orientations of the upper holder, an upper advertising substrate is supported by the upper holder in a vertical orientation. A T-shaped lower advertising substrate holder can be slid into the horizontal leg of the spine to support a lower advertising substrate in a horizontal orientation.

Plates are positioned in the openings and moveable through the slots. Each plate is automatically lockable into a displayed position using a locking member arranged on the frame, and a cover rotatably mounted to the base.

Abstract: A tag assembly for securing a tag to a pair of eyeglasses that has a frame for holding a pair of lenses and first and second hinged legs. The tag assembly includes a tag, a label, a pad and a shrink tube. The tag includes a body that can have a hook extending from one end and a pair of slotted members extending from the front surface. The label has opposing side edges that are inserted into the slotted members. The pad has an adhesive side that secures the pad to the rear surface of the body and a friction side. The tag assembly is inserted in the shrink tube and receives one of the hinged legs of the pair of eyeglasses between the friction side of the pad and the shrink tube. The shrink tube secures the hinged leg in the tag assembly upon the application of heat.

Abstract: A user assembleable identification device employable as a dog tag or other user-worn identifier configured for wearing around the neck on a chain or similar restraint. The device is provided in a kit of components assembleable to a readable tag which all come engaged to a chain or similar restraint to prevent component loss during transport. The assembled dog tag is formed of a malleable frame having a window therein surrounded by a slot. A cover sheet provides a templet for the user to cut a user formed display sheet to size. The display sheet bears user imparted identification indicia and is sandwiched between two protective cover sheets and engaged in the slot. Instructions are placed on the cover sheet for the user to assemble the device.

The holding device comprises a first holding portion, a second holding portion and a connecting portion. The first holding portion comprises a first holding member and a second holding member. The first holding member and the second holding member are foldable toward a first direction and a second direction, respectively to form an accommodating space for accommodating the electronic device. The second holding portion holds the object. The connecting portion connects the first holding portion with the second holding portion in a foldable manner. Additionally, the connecting portion, the first holding portion and the second holding portion are integrally formed as a single piece.

Abstract: A device for fastening labels to binders which exhibit slots arranged in pairs at a mutual distance from each other for receiving end sections of label holders, and for firmly locking the end sections in the slots. The label holder is pocket-shaped, is flexible, and exhibits rows of recesses along lateral edge sections opposing each other. Hook-shaped locking elements distributed in rows are received inside the slots. The row of recesses and locking forms formed are adapted to each other in terms of shape for lockable receiving, interacting in pairs, of the respective locking elements in a suitable recess after insertion of the respective label end sections in a suitable slot.

The opening behind the light transmitting panel is able to close and return to a closed position by elastic or spring tension to provide tension to an image placed behind the light transmitting panel. The top or the back of the support surface may have at least part of a wall connecting system attached thereto, or the opening may face away from a bottom of the device having a flat support base.
