Abstract: A graphic display system includes a stand for supporting a display panel in a freestanding, upright position. The stand includes a ground engaging bottom surface, and a sidewall extending upwardly from the ground engaging surface. The sidewall includes a front surface, a rear surface opposite the front surface, and a thickness defined between the front and rear surfaces. The front surface of the sidewall defines a central channel extending perpendicular to the ground engaging surface, and a channel retention element is positioned within the central channel, such that the central channel and the channel retention element cooperate to receive and retain the display panel to hold the display panel in the upright position. The channel retention element may include a spring, an adhesive, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include an image frame assembly including a frame portion defining a viewing window and a backing panel attached to a back of the frame portion. The backing panel includes a hinge portion that rotatably couples the backing panel to the frame portion to allow the frame portion to rotate relative to the backing panel about an axis extending parallel to and proximate to an upper edge of the backing panel, a body portion extending from the hinge portion and configured to cover at least portion of a viewing window of the frame portion, and a plurality of biased members extending from the planar portion and toward the frame portion.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a display, a locking member, a resilient member, and a supporting foot. The locking member is movably mounted to the display and including a protrusion. The resilient member is coupled between the locking member and the display. The supporting foot includes a supporting bracket and a rotating assembly coupled to the supporting bracket. The rotating assembly includes a pivot capable of moving the locking member. The pivot includes a latching slot. When the pivot is inserted into the display, the pivot moves the locking member and deforms the resilient member. When the protrusion aligns with the latching slot of the pivot, the resilient member moves the locking member, to allow the protrusion to engage in the latching slot.

Abstract: A framing system having a base panel assembly configured so that an ornamental/informational object can be incorporated into the base panel assembly so as to be viewable from in front thereof. A frame extends around a peripheral region of the base panel assembly. Connectors on the base panel assembly and frame cooperate so as to allow the base panel assembly and frame to be: a) moved from a separated relationship relative to each other into an operatively joined relationship; and b) releasably maintained in the operatively joined relationship as an incident of the base panel assembly and frame changing from the separated relationship into the operatively joined relationship, without requiring use of any separate fasteners, once the operatively joined relationship is achieved.

Abstract: The instant application discloses, among other things, a Flexible Picture Frame which may comprise a frame portion made of a flexible material, for example, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam, which is commonly known as “craft foam” or “fun foam.” The frame portion may have a viewing window cut in the shape of a rectangle, a circle, or any other shape. A glazing panel may sit behind the viewing window to protect the user's photograph from damage. The glazing panel may be made of any flexible material that is at least partially transparent, translucent, or sheer. The Flexible Picture Frame may have a backing mat comprised of the same flexible material as the frame. It may also include a fastening mechanism such as Velcro, for example, to attach the frame to the backing mat and enclose the glazing panel and photograph.

The frame includes (a) molding strips joined to form a frame, the molding strips having a back surface and a front surface, with channels provided in front surface of the molding strips, the channels being wide enough to receive screws, and (b) cover strips adapted for being secured to the molding to cover and conceal the channels. Abstract: The commemorative plaque frame supports and displays a commemorative plaque on a funerary crypt or niche shutter. The commemorative plaque frame comprises a frame support for attachment to the shutter and a cover pivotally attached to the frame support in non-removable fashion so as to be pivotable between an opened position in which the cover is pivoted away from the shutter; and a closed position in which the cover is pivoted against the shutter. A plaque enclosure is defined on an inner side of the cover when the cover is in the closed position, the plaque enclosure sized for housing the commemorative plaque therein such that the commemorative plaque is at least partly visible through a window provided on the cover. Abstract: A system for hanging a framed object using a pin hanger including a neck section having a top surface and two outer lateral edges. An intermediate shoulder section baring two outer lateral edges extends outward beyond that of the outer lateral edges of the neck section forming substantially planar ledges. An inward tapered section starts from the outer lateral edges of the intermediate shoulder section and terminates in a substantially planar bottom surface that is substantially parallel to the top surface of the neck section. A pin projects from the top surface of the neck section at an angle less than 90 degrees relative to the top surface of the neck section. The pin hanger is releasably secured at any desired location within the track frame section via a set screw received within a hole.

Abstract: Described herein is a picture framing system comprising a frame and at least one display panel. The frame comprises one or more first portions of a coupling mechanism and the at least one display panel comprises corresponding one or more second portions of the coupling mechanism. The frame further comprises at least one of a baseboard, sideboard, cross-bar, and support beam. The at least one of a baseboard, sideboard, cross-bar, and support beam may be one of coupled an integrated to another of the baseboard, sideboard, and cross-bar. The coupling mechanism is adapted to removably couple the panel to the frame without removing the frame from the wall or re-leveling the frame upon coupling a new panel to the frame.

The method includes the steps of providing at least one opening in a face of the solid surface and inserting a plaque support into the at least one opening. The plaque support includes a body defining a passageway therethrough and having a first end and a second end. The first end has a flange portion. Further, at least one outer tab member extends radially outward toward the first end and at least one inner tab member extends radially inward toward the second end. The outer tab member engages the solid surface upon insertion of the plaque support into the at least one opening. The method and system further include providing the plaque with at least one installation fastener. The at least one installation fastener is inserted into the passageway of the plaque support, such that the at least one inner tab member engages the at least one installation fastener.

When the frame plate is mounted to a corresponding frame, the wall plate is mounted to a corresponding wall, and the frame plate is magnetically coupled to the frame plate, the frame plate is concealed by the frame, the wall plate is concealed by the frame and the frame is repositionable in any direction parallel to the wall plate, without repositioning the wall plate, such that the frame stays at a set location based upon the magnetic coupling between the frame plate and the wall plate.

Abstract: A system for hanging multiple pictures, photographs, picture frames, or other objects, collectively referred to herein as pictures, in a collage, using a regularly-spaced grid of pegs or other supports that are attached to a wall. Each picture includes one or more sockets, generally along the top of the picture, or one or more of its edges, although in some embodiments a picture can include sockets located elsewhere on the picture. A picture can be attached to the grid by placing it on the grid so that its sockets are supported by the pegs. In accordance with an embodiment, to add a picture to the wall, a user places the top edge of the picture over the grid until its sockets fit around the pegs, and then allows the picture to swing into the wall until it rests against the wall or other supports. To remove the picture, the user gently lifts the picture off the pegs and removes it from the wall. This process can be repeated with multiple pictures to create or change a wall-mounted collage.

The second component includes a retaining element joined to the second section. An extension (8) having a distal end (9) and a proximal end (10) that attaches to the distal end of the footing. A cap (15) attaches to the proximal end of the extension, thereby locking the protective cover in place. The device allows a user to easily remove the protective cover and bracket extensions when the user wants to fully display the painting and to attach the caps directly to the footings to give an aesthetic appearance to the footings.

Likewise, a second clip structure is defined by a second section, a second bend and a third section. The second clip structure is capable of receiving and retaining a portion of a different piece of cardstock. Abstract: The present invention is a system for assisting rescue personnel attending a residential building having an entry way and residents living therein. The system includes an information kiosk mountable to a wall inside the building. The kiosk has a base portion mountable to the wall and a decorative picture frame mounted to the base portion. The kiosk further includes an information sheet mounted between the picture frame and the base portion, the information sheet containing a plurality of fields for recording information about the residential building and the residence there in. The system also includes a reflective sticker mountable on an outside surface of the building, said reflective sticker having indicia indicating that the kiosk is mounted to a wall inside the building adjacent the entry way.

Furthermore, the outer frame may include a first guiding ramp on a third portion of the inner periphery and a second guiding ramp on a fourth portion of the inner periphery. The first guiding ramp and the second guiding ramp allows an edge of an album cover to be guided into the recessed groove.

Abstract: A frame that includes a framing member and at least one integral mounting member extending from the back surface of the framing member. The frame may be mounted to a mounting surface such as a wall by simply pushing on the frame, thereby piercing the mounting surface with the mounting member. The mounting member may integrally retained within, or integrally formed with the framing member. A second mounting post may be provided that extends from the back surface of the framing member a shorter distance than the distance that the first mounting post extends from the back surface of the framing member, to facilitate positioning and alignment of the frame before final placement.

Abstract: A picture frame assembly includes a backing plate having a front surface, a rear surface, and a plurality of parallel grooves in one of the surfaces. The material and thickness of the backing plate are chosen so that the backing plate can be plastically deformed about a bending axis parallel to the grooves. At least one frame element, which can be formed integrally with the backing plate, is for provided for retaining a planar picture element against the front surface of the backing plate. A fastener extends from the rear surface for mounting the assembly to any of various objects, such as a tree, flower stem, a candle, a vase, a basket, a gift wrapping device, a container, a column, and furniture.
