The sleeving cylinder rotatably sleeves the base and has an accommodating space with an opening upward and being capable of accommodating a content. The top cover is pivotally mounted on a top of the sleeving cylinder and is capable of opening and closing the opening of the accommodating space. The top cover open-close operating unit is moveably mounted in the main body assembly and is connected to the top cover. When the sleeving cylinder is rotated relative to the base, the sleeving cylinder drives the top cover to open or to close the opening of the accommodating space of the sleeving cylinder via the top cover open-close operating unit. The container facilitates ease in operation in opening and closing.

The device including a body member having a top region and a bottom region attachably connected to one another forming the body member. The top region includes a handle member having a cap at its proximate end for opening and closing a tip region of the handle member and having a lip applicator structure attached to its distal end. The cosmetic bullet insert is fixedly attached to an extraction mechanism for moving the cosmetic bullet insert up and down the internal cavity. The bottom region of the body member operates as a handle for the top region when applying the cosmetic bullet insert to a user's lips. The bottom region of the body member includes a container member for storing a lip product and for receiving a lip applicator structure for applying the lip product to the user's lips.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic case capable of automatically opening and closing a cover which is automatically opened and closed before extraction and retraction of a rod-shaped body such as a lipstick, thereby enhancing a convenience in use.

Abstract: A cosmetic case is covered with a hinge and attachable cap to save a user effort in operation. The cosmetic case is covered by a simple design and construction of the hinge and attachable cap with a bore, which could be attached to a protrusion on the cosmetic case during usage. The cap could also be actuated by the slider assembly and move along a path enabling attachment to the bottom portion of the cosmetic case. The cosmetic case covered with an attachable and sliding cap, houses a cosmetic and slider assembly, which could be used in ease by any professional beauticians, or anyone of interest at home. The cosmetic case configured with the attachable cap, avoids inconveniences caused to the user during cosmetic application.

Abstract: A pocket wax dispenser is constructed of an elongated tubular casing with carriage of an appropriate profile to match the casing slidably fitted within the casing to travel axially within the casing without rotating, and with a piston at the distal end of the carriage. An end cap snaps or screws onto the distal end of casing. This construction results in a wax reservoir being defined in the distal part of the dispenser, i.e., within the casing and between the piston and the end cap and adapted for holding a fill of wax. The end cap has a discharge port, i.e., an opening or aperture, through which wax from within the wax reservoir can be extruded. A cutter blade may be mounted on the cap to cut the extrusion at the discharge port.

The lid 31 is installed in such a manner that it can open and close an upper end opening of the cylinder 37. Further, the stick type cosmetic material can be advanced and returned by synchronously rotating the container body 4 and the cylinder 37.

Abstract: A two-piece cosmetic applicator operable with one hand for dispensing cosmetic products such as lipstick, lip balm and the like is disclosed. The applicator is an assembly of a sheet stock preform and a product elevator. The sheet stock preform comprises a plurality of substantially rectangular panels which are adapted to receive the product elevator made of a thin sheet of plastic material with a product cup at one end for receiving the cosmetic product, and a tab and flexible cover member at the other end. The product elevator is moveable vertically upon assembly to retract or dispense product from the applicator.

Abstract: A lipstick case includes an inner tubular member having an intermediate portion formed with two opposite Z-shaped slots. The inner tubular member has an upper end having a spherical portion on which are formed a pair of grooves. Each groove first extends slantwise from an upper edge to a lower edge and then extends horizontally along the surface of the lower edge. A pair of curved covers have a shape of a quarter of a sphere and a projection fitted in a respective one of the grooves. An intermediate tubular member is formed with a spiral groove and a flange close to a lower end of the intermediate tubular member. A tubular seat has an open top through which a lipstick is fitted therein, the tubular seat having a protuberance extending through the Z-shaped slot into the spiral groove. A rotatable base is rotatably fitted in a lower end of the intermediate tubular member and has a plurality of projections engaged with the holes of the inner tubular member.

Abstract: An improved lipstick case having an outer tube with a spiral trough formed thereon, an inner tube fastened rotatably within the outer tube and having a handle at a bottom end thereof, a tube sheath affixed at the top end of the inner tube, an end cover pivotally connected at a top end of the inner tube and pivotally connected to the tube sheath, a revolve tube received within the inner tube and having a top end with an oblique open edge, a lipstick, and a slide tube seat receiving the lipstick and received within the revolve tube. The revolve tube has a vertical guide trough and a vertical slide trough. The inner tube also has a vertical slide trough. The slide tube seat has a pillar extending outwardly adjacent a bottom end of the slide tube seat. The pillar extends into the slide trough of the revolve tube, into the fixing slot of the vertical slide trough of the inner tube and into the spiral trough of the outer tube.

The strap includes a non-slip thumb piece that extends to the exterior of the housing through the longitudinal slot.

Abstract: A candy holder and enclosure for a piece of candy. The device includes a main housing and a secondary housing. The secondary housing has an upper end that extends into a lower end of the main housing. The main housing includes a spring loaded split cap that encloses the upper end of the main housing and a hard stick of candy is secured to the upper end of the secondary housing and contained within the main housing. Moving the secondary housing into the main housing pushes the candy upwardly to open the split cap and to expose the candy for consumption. If the candy is not completely consumed, the secondary housing is pulled outward from the main body and the remaining candy will be drawn into the main housing for storage.

Abstract: A candy holding device which is used to hold a piece of candy such as a sucker in a covering to protect the candy from dirt, etc. The cover is formed in two halves which in a folded condition encloses the candy. The two halves of the cover are connected at one end on swivel drums so that in use, the half covers are pulled apart and rotated from an upper position to a lower position. As the two half covers are rotated to the lower position the two halves are rotated about the swivel drums 180 degrees so that the two halves can be secured together to form a handle. In order to protect any candy that is left, the handles are moved upwardly and rotated 180 degrees to enclose the candy within the two half covers.

Abstract: A lead dispensing storage container that can be opened or closed by a single hand. The container body has a lead case formed therein, and a lead outlet allowing release of leads one by one. A gate member mounted in the container body can be moved to open or close lead paths between the lead case and lead outlet. An elastic arm portion forces the gate member to move in direction to close the lead paths. The number of parts is reduced, and supplying leads can be made easier by a case that has a lead supply opening projecting from the tip thereof. A leading end of the case has an inclined slope toward the lead supply opening therein, and a chuck containing leads having a knocking portion that is pressed into the case so that it can be opened by the knocking portion being pushed to press an opening actuator toward the inclined slope or is closed by an elastic force as the opening actuator is released.

A manipulatable tubular member having helical channels in its inner and outer surfaces is rotatably disposed about the core member and is manipulatable through the housing apertures. A carrier cup is slidable in the core member and has projections extending through the slots in the core member and into the inner helical channel of the manipulatable member. A closure member has a cylindrical body portion slidable on the manipulatable member and a projection on its inner surface is seated in the outer channel of the manipulatable member. Rotation of the manipulatable member moves the closure member and carrier cup axially in opposite directions.

The support is slidably mounted in the sheath and is connected to an external activating button, adapted to enable the support to slide in the same direction as the button, to push out or retract the product in the sheath through an opening. The opening is blockable by a blocking cover connected to the button and to the support. A guide sleeve is mounted in the external sheath and forms a guide for the blocking cover, which is formed by a flexible plate-shaped member connected to the support by two lateral tongues that form a free space between each other forming a passage for the product and at the same time enables the opening of the external sheath to be released when the plate-shaped member disappears by sliding.

The relative position of the lipstick with respect to the cylinder is controlled by rotation of the knob, and for application, the lipstick is moved so that a top portion of the lipstick extends outside the cylinder. For storage, the lipstick is selectively moved to its lowest position so that all of the lipstick is inside the cylinder below the level of the opening. In this storage position, the top portion of the lipstick remains above the lower section of the cylinder and, therefore, is visible through the transparent shield. In this storage position, a transparent cover is put on over the cylinder and the shield protects the lipstick from coming in contact with the cover.

Abstract: A dispensing holder for cosmetic stick product and the like, comprising an outer casing which is completely cylindrical and has an opening at one end. A circular rim surrounds the opening and has an annular shoulder at its underside. Cooperable with the shoulder is a thin, curved wafer-like closure member disposed in the casing and movable from a retracted position closely underlying the cylindrical casing wall to an advanced position wherein it spans the open end of the casing so as to engage the shoulder and form a tight, dust-proof seal therewith. The circular rim lies in a plane which is substantially perpendicular to the casing axis, such that the casing has the especially pleasing external appearance of a perfect cylinder. The closure member is carried by a flexible, push-pull actuator strap which is guided for movement along diametrically opposite longitudinal portions of the casing by a tubular internal guide member.

Abstract: A cosmetic stick holder and applicator device such as a lipstick case, comprising an essentially cylindrical casing open at one end and containing a product-carrying cup which is movable between advanced and retracted positions. A flexible push-pull actuator strip located in the casing has one end connected to the cup to actuate the same, and has at its other end a concave-convex closure member of arcuate cross section. The cup, push-pull strip and closure member are guided and controlled by an internal curved guide member which is closely confined within the casing and by guide means in the casing, all in such a manner that the casing can be completely round while at the same time the push-pull strip, when operated by a finger piece protruding from the casing, can advance or retract the cup and its product, and simultaneously automatically open or close the casing at its open end, depending on the location of the cup and product.
