Abstract: A dispenser is disclosed for a solid or semi-solid product that includes an outer shell and a slider disposed inside the outer shell. The dispenser also includes an inner shell defining an opening and a carrier adapted to retain the product in the inner shell. The carrier includes carrier teeth that are engaged by an actuator connected between the slider and the carrier for advancing the carrier and the product. The actuator includes at least two drive arms that extend through the inner shell and into the carrier. The drive arms include drive teeth that are adapted to engage the carrier teeth. The carrier and product are replaceable, and the outer shell, the inner shell, and the actuator may be reused.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cosmetic container comprising a body, and a rotating holder and a lifting holder which are disposed within the body, wherein the rotating holder is fixed inside the body, a gear partly protruding out of the rotating holder and the body is disposed within the rotating holder, and the lifting holder comprises a rack bar and a support holder for holding cosmetics, wherein the support holder is connected to an end of the rack bar closer to an opening part of the body, and the rack bar is vertically inserted in the rotating holder and is engaged with the gear. The cosmetic container has simple overall structure, and is capable of extending and retracting quickly and is convenient to use.

Lipstick refills may be installed and removed from the dispenser with a refill cap that has an extraction lever. The refill cap may be made decorative. In one implementation, the refill cap and extraction lever make and break an attachment between a magnetic cup provided with the lipstick and the magnetic catch inside the permanent decorative dispenser. In an implementation, a swivel-up dispenser extends and retracts the lipstick. At extension, the user can twist a derailer, which then provides an additional groove for further extending and raising the lipstick from the dispenser for removal by the refill cap. A working cap is provided to cap the lipstick between refills.

Abstract: The present invention is a mechanically operating device used for packaging and applying a product. A molded product traverses through a barrel as an actuator sleeve is rotated. The actuator sleeve rotates an actuator, propelling a driver through the barrel. The driver is keyed into the barrel using a clutch washer—the clutch washer prevents the rotation of the driver. Mechanical actuating splines on the actuator engage the threads of the driver. The forward motion of the driver transversely pushes a cup out from an orifice of the barrel. The molded product is fitted within the cup. A cap is hermetically sealed to a barrel to create dynamic vapor chamber that prevents any contamination or alteration of the molded product. Primary and secondary seals between the barrel and the cap as well as between the cup and the barrel maintain the airtight feature of the dynamic vapor chamber.

The driving mechanism has a push button exposed out of a lower end of the lower case for being pressed. The lipstick will be raised up with a predetermined distance by a singe press of the push button so that the use of the lipstick is well controlled. Through above components, the press lipstick assembly is portable and easy to handle.

Abstract: The mechanical pencil with a rotating cylinder is comprised of three major parts. The mechanical pencil portion, the cylinder portion, and the eraser cap. The mechanical pencil portion is a typical mechanical pencil that is operated by inserting a graphite stick and clicking a button to advance the graphite stick. The cylinder potion has one large cylinder containing several smaller cyliders that hold one graphite stick each. The eraser cap is placed on top of the rotating cylinder and prevents the graphite sticks from falling out the back of the rotating cylinder. The eraser cap is a standard mechanical pencil eraser cap used for making corrections. The pencil is operated by turning the large cylinder with the hand until a single graphite stick falls into the mechanical pencil portion.
