Abstract: Conventionally, cleaning of objects has been proposed by use of gloves wherein objects need to be pre-washed manually. However, the level of cleaning is not spotless. Electric scrubbers have also been proposed in solving scrubbing problem but are not efficient. Embodiment of the present disclosure provide a glove that integrates a detachable power-driven scrubber. The power-driven scrubber is configured to controllably rotate in one or more directions based on an activation of a sensor to clean an object. The glove further includes sensing mechanisms for controlled flow of water discharge and controlled flow of cleansing fluid dispense that enables the detachable power-driven scrubber to clean the object. Rotation of the detachable power-driven scrubber is controlled and driven by a drive shaft that transmits rotary motion/torque generated by a motor coupled thereto. A scrubber locking strap is provided on the glove for lock and release of the detachable power-driven scrubber accordingly.

Abstract: A cleaning wiper blade for a moving grocery conveyor belt in the form of a thin sheet of paperboard, cardboard or plastic material having a length which is essentially the same as said width of the belt. The underside of the sheet includes first, second and third areas all having a width and a length wherein the lengths are substantially equal to the length of the sheet. The first area includes an adhesive thereon adapted to be temporarily secured to the frame of the conveyor and is covered by a release paper. The second area includes a porous member having a quantity of a liquid cleaning agent and a protective covering for the member to prevent the liquid agent from being released. The third area includes material capable of wiping liquid from the belt.

Abstract: An applicator for applying liquid and gel stains, lacquers, shellac, or other sealers to wood by hand. In various embodiments, the applicator comprises various layers including an outer applicator layer, an inner reservoir layer, and, in some embodiments, a semi-permeable middle layer. The middle layer may act as a barrier of variable permeability and/or provide varying levels of rigidity to the pad. In all cases the various layers are fastened to one another throughout the planar intersection so that the applicator sheet can be cut to provide applicators of diverse sizes without compromising the integrity of the construction.

When the first applicator layer is external facing, the fill material is dispensed outside the applicator and when the first applicator layer faces into the finger receiving space the fill material is dispensed into the finger-receiving space and applied to the finger or fingers in the finger-receiving space. The applicator may further include a second applicator layer adjacent a second reservoir and opposite the first applicator layer and first reservoir to securely store and dispense a second amount of the fill material. Reservoir access layers separate applicator layers and reservoirs, transform between a first, closed position where the fill material is securely stored in a reservoir and a second, open position where fill material is dispensed from a reservoir through an applicator layer.

Abstract: A pre-moistened wipe package with applicator includes a multi-ply applicator body that defines a first interior space between a first layer and a second layer and a second interior space between the second layer and a third layer. The first layer has an opening that is open to an exterior and provides access to the first interior space with a lid member being coupled to the first layer and configured to cover the opening in a closed position thereof. The second interior space is configured to receive a hand of a user. The package also includes an arrangement of wipes disposed within the first interior space and being removable through the opening. An outer exposed surface of the third layer is configured so as to releasably hold one of the wipes along the outer exposed surface.

A plurality of raised surface projections circumferentially positioned about the grip device outer surface provide tactual friction with a user's fingers, enabling user tactile sensory awareness, causing the user to adaptably minimize the tactual friction by conforming fingers and hand to natural placement, when the user grasps the sleeve secured to the hand-held implement. The device provides visual indicia for the forefinger, index finger, and thumb placement forming a natural hand position.

Abstract: A gel application system includes an applicator body having a first surface, a second surface and at least one opening extending through the applicator body from the first surface to the second surface. At least one gel packet is attached to the first surface of the applicator and defines an interior volume containing gel. The interior volume of the gel packet is in fluid flow communication with the at least one opening. The at least one gel packet is made of a material that has sufficient flexibility to allow a user to squeeze and compress the interior volume and expel gel through the at least one opening, by applying a compression force on the gel packet.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a grip positioning device that includes a tool receptacle that forms a loop, the loop delineating a tool opening through which a tool may be extended, and a plurality of digit receiving elements each forming a loop, the loops each delineating a finger opening through which a digit of a user may be extended, the digit receiving elements coupled to and positioned about the tool receptacle. The tool receptacle and the digit receiving elements may be constructed from a unitary piece of material and the grip positioning device may further include separators that partition the digit receiving elements from the tool receptacle.

Abstract: This applicator for cosmetic products, or lipstick, is a single or multiple ply card with an embossed pattern that retains a sample of lipstick from a separate container. The pattern shears lipstick from a tube onto the applicator. Also, the pattern assists a consumer in placing the cosmetic upon the applicator. In use, a woman selects a lipstick and moves the applicator, with the raised pattern, or field, down, across the lipstick source. The lipstick collects between the embossing of the raised field. A woman folds the applicator, moves it to her mouth, and transfers the sample to her lips. Following use, a woman reverse folds the applicator and encloses the raised field and sample residue for disposal.

Abstract: A fluid delivery device (3) for a visor cleaner. The fluid delivery device (3) includes a fluid reservoir (7), which contains cleaning fluid when ready for use. The fluid delivery device (3) also includes an absorbent cleaning element (13) that is arranged to take in fluid from the reservoir (7). In use, the fluid in the reservoir (7) and the absorbent cleaning element (13) are arranged to be in permanent fluid communication.

Abstract: The present invention provides ergonomic grouting tools attached to a glove, mitt, brace, or other passive retention means worn on the hand of a user and methods of using them. In particular, one grouting tool according to the invention includes an elongate tool blade, which may for example be a squeegee, a hollow flexible tube, or a solid, flexible, generally round member, attached proximate to and extending along the fifth digit side of a glove. Reinforcement material integral with the tool blade is preferably included to prevent the tool blade from pulling away from a user's hand during use. The glove itself may be composed of fabric dip-coated in plastic, or otherwise waterproofed/sealed, over palm and finger portions, and uncoated over a wrist region and part of a region covering the back side of a user's hand to provide breathability and comfort.

An area at the mouth, the body or the rear of the mitt through which the bar of soap or the liquid soap can be received and housed until the soap mixes with water to produce a rich lather with which to cleanse a user's body. Finger pockets or loops are configured to receive the fingers of a user to allow the user to securely hold the mitt, even in the presence of rich lather. A rough-textured portion of the outer body provides added friction between the outer body and skin of a user to allow the user to scrub or exfoliate his or her skin.

Abstract: A symmetric rigid writing device comprises two arms and a writing utensil. The writing utensil is permanently attached to the arms. The arms and the writing utensil are made of rigid materials. The arms are symmetric and the writing utensil is positioned at the center between the arms. Each of the arms is shaped like a curved pole. At least one end of each arm is attached to the writing utensil. The user may grasp the writing device by the arms with both hands and execute a writing action.

A method of manufacturing a lip balm comprises providing a receptacle having a concave arcuate surface. A lip balm material in a heated, liquefied phase is poured into the receptacle. Once poured, the heated, liquefied phase is allowed to solidify such that a surface of the solidified lip balm material has an arcuate configuration that corresponds to the concave arcuate surface of the receptacle.

Abstract: The present application relates to a laminated pad (1) that is used to apply a liquid or a colloidal substance in a controlled manner onto a surface. The laminated pad comprises at least one storage layer (4), where the storage layer when provided with through-going cuts (8) and welded to an impermeable pocket layer (5) due to its resilient characteristics, will form an upwardly standing surface in the cutting area. The upwardly standing surface will act as a brush and/or scrub or a transfer device, whereby the brush or scrub can be used to treat the surface to which a substance is to be applied, before or during the appliance of the substance.

Abstract: A body cleansing apparatus including a base member having one or more contoured profiles that conform to a user's body part, and multiple cleansing members is provided. The cleansing members are positioned and attached at multiple locations on the contoured profiles of the base member. Each of one or more of the cleansing members includes a stem and a cluster of flexible bristles. The stem is attached to and extends outwardly from the base member. The flexible bristles curvedly branch outwards from an upper end of the stem and define a reservoir within each cluster for storing, retaining, and releasing a cleansing agent along the flexible bristles when the user's body part contacts and applies pressure on the stem, thereby allowing the user to cleanse the body part. In an embodiment, the cleansing members also include single elongated flexible bristles attached to and extending outwardly from the base member.

Abstract: A polish having improved properties is generally disclosed. In one embodiment, the polish can include a preservative that resists the growth of organisms, such as mold, fungus, bacteria, and the like, even after extended periods of nonuse. Additionally, the polish can be incorporated or impregnated into a mitt to form an all in one treating device. For example, the all in one treating device can be impregnated with a polish in at least one surface. In one embodiment, the polish can resist wicking or other migration from its application area to other parts of the all in one treatment device.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a moisture absorbent hand-covering device that is in the form and shape of a glove for drying. In some embodiments, the drying glove of this invention has a first outer layer and a second inner layer. The outer layer comprises at least one layer of material with propensity to absorb at least one type of liquid. In some embodiments, the second inner layer comprises at least one layer of material with propensity to repel at least one type of liquid. The outer layer absorbs the liquid for the purpose of removing it. The inner layer resists passage of the liquid, and thus protects the hand of the user during operation. In some embodiments, the liquid absorbed is water, and the liquid repelled is water.

A flap is defined by an extension of the pouch material and is folded over onto the pouch so as to releasably seal over the exit structure. The flap has an extension that extends out from between the wipe layer and back layer a sufficient distance so as to be grasped by a user. When the flap extension is pulled by the user, the flap is caused to unfold and unseal the exit structure. The fluid composition is the pressed out of the pouch with use of the applicator.

Abstract: An applicator includes a tubular structure having a front panel that includes a liquid impermeable material and an outer liquid permeable cover material. A plurality of discrete pockets are formed between the cover material and the liquid impermeable material. A composition is contained within the pockets and, in use of the wipe, the composition migrates through the cover material during use of the applicator.
