Abstract: A flexible cleaning device which may include a handle assembly and a cleaning head connected thereto. The handle assembly may include a reservoir which may be in fluidic communication with the cleaning head that consists of a non-porous material. Within the cleaning head a emulsion cavity may be disposed that is in fluidic communication with both the reservoir and an area exterior to the cleaning head. And a method for using such a flexible cleaning device to remove dirt and debris from unclean surfaces.

Abstract: An anatomical localization device for marking an entry point on the skin over an anatomical target includes an elongate handle, which can be grasped in a hand of a user proximate to its first end. A marker assembly, which is attached to a second end of the elongate handle, can be selectively actuated to impart a mark to skin of a subject. The marker assembly comprises a plastic composite so that the marker assembly is radiolucent. An indicator, which is attached to the marker assembly, is radiopaque and thus is radiographically visualized. The user can manipulate the elongate handle to motivate the marker assembly across an anatomical region of a subject who is being radiographically visualized. The indicator thus can be localized over an anatomical target, such that selective actuation of the marker assembly marks the skin over the anatomical target.

Abstract: A fluid discharger and applicator device for uniform distribution or application of the fluid for treating the skin or any surface is disclosed. The fluid discharger and applicator device comprises a handle, a dispenser connector and a dispenser member. The handle of the fluid discharger and applicator device is defined with a cavity to store a fluid. The handle is further defined with a dispenser end configured to dispense the fluid stored within the cavity of the handle. The dispenser connector of the fluid discharger and applicator device is removably fastened to the dispenser end of the handle. The dispenser connector is configured to transfer the fluid extruded from the cavity of the handle on the dispenser member, which is operably attached to the dispenser connector. The dispenser member of the fluid discharger and applicator device is configured to apply the fluid on skin of a user.

Abstract: A hand-held device includes a handle and a housing operatively connected to the handle. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion. A cartridge is inside the second portion of the housing. The cartridge is adapted to contain a bio-safe lubricant. An applicator head having a smooth surface is attached to the first portion of the housing. A nozzle is operatively connected to the cartridge and extends through the applicator head. The nozzle discharges the lubricant out from the applicator head. A rod is in the cartridge. A plate is connected to the rod and positioned in the cartridge. A first motor is in the first portion and drives motion of the applicator head. A second motor is operatively connected to the rod. The second motor drives motion of the rod in the cartridge. The rod drives motion of the plate in the cartridge.

Abstract: A set of angled grips for attachment to a weightlifting bar, such as a barbell bar or similar device, in order to provide an optimized gripping surface for a user's hands in terms of increased friction and comfort of the grips, thickness and circumference of the grips, and ergonomic angle of each grip surface relative to the bar.

Abstract: A device at properly aligns a user's hand when gripping a writing implement, such as pencil. The device includes four separate elements that combine in specific ways to grow and/or build a mature grasp. The device includes a base that is configure round the pencil and provides support for the user's fingers. A handle can releasably attach to the writing implement, providing support for the user's palm. A web support can be releasably attached to the handle, thereby stabilizing the user's thumb while gripping the writing implement. The device can also include an independent web positioner support that can be moved closer or towards the base depending on the separation needed. Advantageously, the grip device provides several stages to develop and build a mature grip pattern.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a person support formed from an elastomeric composition. The elastomeric composition includes a polymer blend with the polymer blend consisting essentially of a first and second SEEPS copolymer. The first and second SEEPS copolymers are present in the polymer blend in an amount of from 75 to 95 percent by weight and 5 to 25 percent by weight, respectively, based on the total weight of the polymer blend. In addition, the sum of the first and second SEEPS copolymers in the polymer blend is 100 percent by weight. The first and second SEEPS copolymers have a weight average molecular weight of weight of at least 200,000 and 125,000 to 175,000, respectively. The disclosure also provides a patient support for supporting a patient with the patient support formed from the elastomeric composition.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for promoting hand sanitization which may be mounted above or near a door handle. Hand sanitization devices include a sanitizer agent cartridge disposed inside a housing body and fluidically coupled to an actuating pump. The pump is configured to dispense the sanitizer when an actuation mechanism is pushed or pulled. The cartridge is also coupled to a pump sheath disposed below the pump so as to protect the internal components of the devices from unintentional splashing by the sanitizer agent. The hand sanitization devices may also record when the door is opened, when the sanitizer is dispensed, if the cartridge is empty, and when a user is approaching the door. The hand sanitization devices also have a user interface system configured to encourage the approaching user to sanitize their hands.

A scrubbing pad may be removably attachable so it can be replaced when worn out or when a user requires a scrubbing pad having different scrubbing characteristics. The telescoping handle may be extended for accessing hard to reach places with the scrubbing device.

The improvement comprises an applicator closure having a closure coupling for coupling the applicator closure to a peripheral rim of a container. An optional shield may be secured to the applicator closure for providing protection between the applicator tip and an operator grasping the liquid container.

Abstract: A multi-function back and body scrubber to enable a user to wash, scrub, massage and exfoliate his back and other areas of his body while taking a bath or a shower. The multi-function scrubber includes a shaft that is filled with fluid (e.g., body wash), a flexible thumb pump detachably connected to one end of the shaft, and a double-sided scrubbing head connected to the opposite end. The scrubbing head has first and second cleaning surfaces (e.g., a loofah sponge and a plurality of raised bumps) that are detachable and interchangeable with one another. When the thumb pump is squeezed, fluid is forced from the shaft to one of the cleaning surfaces of the double-sided scrubbing head. The scrubbing head is detachable from the shaft to be held in a hand of the user so that fluid can be dispensed from the shaft thereto.

Actuation of the actuator delivers liquid cleaner from the reservoir to the brush head for scrubbing/cleaning. At least a portion of the handle portion preferably contains a transparent window adapted to show the contents of the reservoir. Abstract: An applicator device for applying oil or lotion to hard to reach areas of the body. The applicator comprises a hollow elongated body allowing the flow of fluid there through. The elongated body includes an upper and lower portions hingedly connected at the midpoint, thereby forming an elbow with a spring coupling. A coaxial flexible tube is disposed within the hollow elongated body for connecting the upper and lower portions. The distal end of the lower portion of the applicator attaches to the neck of a bottle (e.g. sun tan oil bottle). The distal end of the upper portion of the applicator includes a convex sponge. When the applicator is attached to a bottle, the bottle may be squeezed to force oil through the coaxial flexible tube and out through the pores of the convex sponge for spreading lotion onto a user's skin.

Abstract: In one embodiment of the invention, photo-chromic and phosphorescent toys are disclosed. A photo-chromic and phosphorescent toy includes both photo-chromic and phosphorescent materials applied to the toy such as through an ink, paint, plastic, or dye. The photo-chromic and phosphorescent materials may be supplied within a material of the toy or applied-to a surface of the toy at the factory. The photo-chromic and phosphorescent materials may be activated in various ways with various light activating devices that can generate an activating light with appropriate wavelengths.
