Abstract: A torsional vibration damper that a torsional vibration damper having a planetary gear unit, and a manufacturing method of the torsional vibration damper for limiting damages on gears of the planetary gear unit due to dimension errors. In the planetary gear unit, at least one of a sun gear, a ring gear, and a set of planetary gears is/are formed by a press forming method. The gear formed by the press forming method is engaged with the remaining gears in such a manner that a thinner portion of each tooth is individually engaged with a thicker portion of the adjacent teeth of the remaining gears.

Abstract: A method and a tool for fabricating a toothing at a three-dimensional body produced by forming and fine blanking, especially an attachment for car seat components or the like produced out of a flat strip, wherein the flat strip by forming and fine blanking in a tool is formed into a pot-shaped body with inner forms and a substantially evenly curved edge. Afterwards, a toothing is fabricated into the edge radially extending to the inner side of the body. The toothing in the edge of the pot-shaped body is exclusively produced by cutting and/or shaving with a fine blanking die and/or a shaving device, and a burr and/or shaving chips developing during cutting and/or shaving are pressed into a recess in the base of the pot-shaped body allocated to the toothing.
Abstract: Centering device acting upon an already present first ring (14a) of a straight or double helical toothing of gears, sprocket wheels or pulleys to obtain the second ring (14b) of the toothing generated by a pinion shaped cutter (16), a central groove (19) separating said first ring and said second ring. The centering device comprising a retractable pin (20, 120), cooperating during the positioning step of the gear (13), with at least a tooth (15) of the first ring (14a), having a first waiting position (20a, 120a) and a second operating position (20b, 120b) defining the angular position of the gear (13) clamped on the rotary supporting base (18), the angular position being functionally correlated to the plane which contains the axis (25) of the gear (11) and the axis (26) of the cutter (16).
Abstract: In a mechanism for the drive of a tool spindle which performs a rotating indexing motion, particularly for the production of gear-wheels, a rocking lever is used which is connected by a displaceable sliding swivel joint to a second member such that linear motion is able to be executed by the second member thereby causing a linear adjusting movement in the indexing mechanism.
Abstract: The helical guide apparatus includes a main spindle, a male pattern, a first female pattern and a second female pattern which are operatively associated with one another. As the main spindle adapted to reciprocably move in the axial direction and rotate in the circumferential direction is reciprocably driven in the axial direction by first reciprocable driving means, it carries out reciprocable rotational movement in accordance with a lead which is determined by a combination of the first helical projection on the male pattern and the first helical recess on the first female pattern.
Abstract: An apparatus for forming internal gear teeth at large workpieces at a gear shaper or gear shaping machine comprising a machine bed at which there are arranged a workpiece table for chucking a workpiece and an upright or stand. The workpiece table and the stand are rotatable, relative to one another, about the workpiece axis and radially feedable relative thereto. The stand has guide means along which there can be moved to-and-fro a plunger by means of a plunger drive. An auxiliary stand is rotatably and radially displaceable about the workpiece axis upon a bearing rim which is coaxially attached at the workpiece. The auxiliary stand has a guide arrangement along which there can be moved to-and-fro, in the tooth lengthwise direction of the internal teeth, an auxiliary plunger driven by the plunger by means of a bridge arrangement.
