Abstract: This application relates to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for treating dermatological disorders. The methods include administering a therapeutically effective amount of an extract of Morinda citrifolia. Allantoin, can be used to enhance the efficacy of synthetic chemical disinfecting/preservative agents as well as to mitigate the cytotoxicity of some synthetic chemical disinfecting/preservative agents.
