Abstract: A method for producing a molded wood material part with the use of a basic wood material and a heat-curable binding agent by way of pressing. In order to cure the binding agent, heat is transferred into the molded wood material part in the form of a steam shock. In order to shorten the pressing time, the process air pressure prevailing in the pressing chamber is increased before the transfer of heat in the form of a steam shock in relation to the atmospheric air pressure prevailing outside the pressing chamber, but without also supplying moisture, in particular in the form of water vapor, to the molded wood material part.

Abstract: The system for stretch-forming composite material bands (3) includes, in addition to an unrolling head (20), an original assembly composed of a light source (4) for heating the band (3) and hardening the composite and a pair of rollers (6a and 6b) applying the desired pressure to assemble the band to a laminated composite (2) already deposited or applying it to the support (1). As the application of heat is concentrated at a distance from the rollers (6a and 6b) and with a perpendicular incidence, the rollers can be conveniently made of an elastic material, which enables them to adapt to the transverse curvature of the support equipment (1) and to apply a uniform pressure.

Abstract: A bladder is made to be expandable and contractible at a vulcanization position within a lower mold assembly and to be expandable and contractible also at a tire delivery position which is spaced a predetermined distance from the vulcanization position along a center axis of the lower mold assembly. With a centering shaft passing through an upper mold, the bladder and the lower mold assembly, a green tire loaded into the tire delivery position is held by the bladder by expanding the bladder and is loaded by the bladder into the lower mold assembly. After a vulcanization processing, the bladder removes the vulcanized tire from the vulcanization position to the delivery position, and after the centering shaft is drawn out from the lower mold assembly and the bladder, the bladder is contracted at the delivery position to make it possible to release the vulcanized tire from the bladder.
