The guide channel extends from an inside of the wall plate to an outside of the wall plate, and width of the guide channel at the outside of the wall plate is greater than a width of the guide channel at the inside of the wall plate. The interoperation of the ridge on the body with the guide channel permits movement of the swivel port in two dimensions while prohibiting rotation of the swivel port about a longitudinal axis of the swivel port.
