    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first conductive pattern at an upper portion of a first insulating interlayer on a first substrate, a first plurality of conductive nanotubes (CNTs) extending vertically, a second conductive pattern at a lower portion of a second insulating interlayer beneath a second substrate, and a second plurality of CNTs extending vertically. A lower surface of the second insulating interlayer contacts an upper surface of the first insulating interlayer. At least a portion of a sidewall of each of the first plurality of CNTs is covered by the first conductive pattern, and at least a portion of a sidewall of each of the second plurality of CNTs is covered by the second conductive pattern. The first and second conductive patterns vertically face each other, and at least one of the first plurality of CNTs and at least one of the second plurality of CNTs contact each other.

The design of the assembly uses rows of contacts with specially designed protrusions that sit snugly in openings located on three plate-like layers. These layers contain the contacts in the horizontal plane by securing the protrusions in the opening, as well as in the vertical plane by means of a sandwich between three separate layers.     Abstract: A connector terminal includes a front contact-point portion that wipes off foreign material by slidingly contacting a plug terminal and a rear contact-point portion that is conductively connected with the plug terminal. The front contact-point portion has a sliding edge that slidingly contacts the plug terminal. The rear contact-point portion includes a contact edge that is thinner than the sliding edge, has a sliding width that is less than that of the sliding edge, and is conductively connected with the plug terminal by passing a sliding path of the sliding edge. Therefore, it becomes less likely for the contact edge to contact foreign material adhered to a portion other than portions at the sliding path. Thus, conduction failure can be prevented. In addition, by providing the connector terminal, it is possible to provide a socket that can similarly prevent conduction failure caused by foreign material.

    Abstract: A connector for use in a cable assembly is described. The connector has a tab or socket having a long tang portion. The tang portion of the connector may be bent with respect to the tab or socket portion and the tang portion captivate between a cable and a cable termination. The cable termination may be a crimpable lug or a clamp having a crimpable portion. When formed into a cable termination assembly and connected where the cable is connected in a current-carrying application, the connector provides a quick disconnect capability for a smaller gauge sensing wire attached to a complementary tab or socket.

In addition, since a surface area of the protruding portion increases, an amount of heat dissipated from the protruding portion increases. In the invention, since dimensions of the base portion inserted into a stud insertion hole of the case are not changed, it is not necessary to change the dimensions of the insertion hole of the case.
