And in response to the detecting, the computing system causes the access node to combine together the at least two resource-reservations on the carrier The combining together of the at least two resource-reservations on the carrier retains the at least two resource-reservations on the carrier but results in a reduction in aggregate total quantity of air-interface resources consumed by the at least two resource-reservations on the carrier.
