    Abstract: A pivot arrangement at the upper end of a pivot door includes a bushing on the door and a hollow pivot pin projected from the door frame header into the bushing. Fluid conduits are connected with the pin and the bushing so that the conduits are in communication through the pivot arrangement. Pressurized air is transmitted through the conduits and pivot arrangement to a pneumatic appliance on the door.

    Abstract: A window construction which is characterized by a sash frame hingedly mounted at the top of an opening in a generally vertical wall and provided with a latching mechanism comprising keepers on the inside face of the wall adjacent the bottom of the wall opening and a combination latch engaging and release bar pivotally mounted on the bottom of the sash frame so as to be swung into keeper engagement when the sash frame is hinged to closed position and to be readily swung to a position where the sash frame is released for opening movement.

    Abstract: A door device comprises a door hingedly affixed to a housing at the top of the door for covering the opening thereof. A door locking device is provided on the housing at the door and comprises a pair of parallel guide slots each formed through the housing on a corresponding side of the opening. A slide rod is slidably mounted in the slots for movement up and down on one side of the door and extend across the opening. Thus, when the door is open it supports the slide rod and when it closes, the slide rod slides down and bars the door.
