Abstract: The vehicle brake-rotor lock includes a mounting bracket, and a lock mechanism, including at least one deadbolt shaft, which is preferably made of steel, stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, boron, or any other dense metal, used to mechanically immobilize the vehicle. The bracket is preferably permanently attached to the protected vehicle. In a locked state, the deadbolt shaft extends through a cross-drilled ventilation hole or slot on the brake rotor of the vehicle, thereby preventing rotation of the brake rotor and the wheel. The lock mechanism preferably prevents any forward or rearward movement of the vehicle when engaged to allow for a heightened security for any vehicle using a disc braking system. In one embodiment, the lock mechanism is mechanically actuated. In another embodiment, the lock mechanism is electronically actuated.

When in using, use a key to rotate a lock core to withdraw the ejecting rod inwardly to make the retaining rod disengaged from a locating pin and urged outwardly by a spring to form a gap for allowing a steering wheel rim to be received therein and embraced by a holding member of the body and a retaining member of the retaining rod, and then pull the ejecting rod outwardly to be fixed at a rear end of the body, thus providing a secure lock on the steering wheel. When not in use, rotate the lock core to pull the retaining rod outwardly for removing the automobile lock from the steering wheel, and then withdraw the retaining rod into a housing, thereby reducing the automobile lock to a minimum dimension convenient for storage.

Abstract: Although a door locking handle assembly is small as a whole in thickness, it permits through a computerized personal management system of users a plurality of persons or users to have access to instruments contained in a box provided with the door locking handle assembly in an easy manner. In the assembly, a combination lock (19) opened by turning each of a set of its specially marked dial discs (21) a given number of times to establish a unique combination of marks of the dial discs (21) is incorporated in a door handle (13) or a base body (1) of the assembly. In operation, a locking member (44) of the assembly prevents the door handle (13) from being pulled out of the base body (1), and is driven to reach its unlocked position when the combination lock (19) is opened.

Abstract: An antitheft apparatus comprising a steering assembly for a vehicle, the steering assembly providing a centrally positioned hub portion enclosing a shock actuated airbag, and extending around the hub portion a steering wheel portion; and a theft-resistant cover. The cover provides a circular face portion covering the steering assembly and a circular peripheral flange portion extensive circumferentially from the face portion and therefrom, around the steering wheel portion of the steering assembly. The cover is split into two opposing cover halves along a central split line. At one end of the split line and integral with the cover halves, a device for locking the cover halves about the steering wheel portion is engaged. And at the other end of the split line, and integral with the cover halves, a hinging device allows pivotal movement of the cover halves between a closed position engaging the locking device and an open position disengaging the locking device.

Abstract: An automobile anti-theft device that has its parts straddling over the spoke(s) of a steering wheel, with one side tightly wrapped around by the device. Traditional steering wheel lock, such as the trademarked product The Club®, PTO registration number 1872404, allows a maximum of two cuts on the steering wheel to remove the anti-theft device and thus is not a very effective theft deterrent. Current anti-theft device eliminates the two-cuts easy steal because one side of the steering wheel is completely wrapped around, allowing no cuts to be made by the would-be-thieves. Theft can only be attained by extreme force to break current device, destroying the key/lock mechanism, or chopping away the steering wheel from the steering column.
