More specifically, iteration data for individual iterations of a workflow involving a set of tasks may contain a client data set, client-associated sparse indicators and their classifications, and a set of processing times for the set of tasks performed in that iteration of the workflow. These individual iterations of the workflow may also be associated with particular data sources. Using the iteration data, anomaly subsets within the iteration data can be identified, such as data items resulting from systematic error associated with particular data sources, sets of sparse indicators to be validated or double-checked, or tasks that are associated with long processing times. The anomaly subsets can be provided in a generated communication or report in order to optimize future iterations of the workflow.

Abstract: A method and system of assessing, diagnosing, and optimizing leadership and other performance skills of an individual within an organization is realized through ratings of various leadership and/or other performance skills within a tired dimensions and sub-dimensions framework by raters of various constituencies within the organization. The ratings may be based on a quantitative score for each dimensions and sub-dimensions as well as a equity on-the-margin qualitative evaluation of the rated score. A developmental recommendation follows from the analysis identifying key areas of improvement needs for the leadership or other performance skills. Further analysis may be conducted with respect to comparisons and identifying discrepancies between the ratings by groups of the constituencies such as the self, superordinates, peers, and subordinates of the individual. The individual may also be assessed relative to norms by organization types, organizational roles, and positions within the organization.

Abstract: A system includes several subsystems implemented by one or more processors executed processor executable instructions stored on a tangible, non-transitory storage device. An aggregation subsystem aggregates achievement events. An accumulation subsystem accumulates the events and optionally applies rules to the accumulated events to categorize the events. An evaluation subsystem selects and implements a reward/motivation program based on the categorized events and based on a predetermined goal. A publication subsystem applies rules to implement the selected notifications via social media. In another form, a processor executable method including processor executable instructions stored on a memory device for execution by one or more processors is described. In another form, a tangible, non-transitory computer readable media including processor executable instructions for implementing the system or method is described.

The executed workload record indicates data related to one or more performance metrics by which performance of a work task is evaluated. One such performance metric is an expected time for completion of the task. Performance of the task can be monitored to determine an actual completion time for the task to compare against an expected completion time. The executed workload record can be used for evaluation of workers. Executed workload records provide centralized, aggregatable information for evaluation purposes.
