Projects of a plurality of organizations can be represented on the same map-based graphical user interface. Progress information is collected at the server and reported to donors. The building's actual energy usage is reported with contextual information on energy usage from the computational model, the energy budget, historical data on energy usage, and other sources. The systems generally include energy monitoring hardware, a building physics simulator engine, and an interface. The interface may be implemented in hardware or software. The components of the system may be located in one building, or a central monitoring station with a building physics simulator engine may communicate with energy monitoring hardware in several buildings.

The halo may be in the same color as the graphical object originally was, preserving any meaning attributed to the color of the graphical object and simplifying the user's ability to identify the selected object(s), as well as the ability to select the highlighted object for further processing. The highlighted graphical object may also be displayed with a bounding box to further identify the selected object(s). A moving version of the highlighted graphical object may be drawn during a moving process, in which the moving version has an appearance distinct from the original object.

The dashboard can be implemented, for example, as a Rich Internet Application (RIA), which integrates with multiple data sources. A data warehouse can be utilized to consolidate and store the data related to a particular dashboard. The dashboard can be configured by integrating high-level metrics with key performance indicators to provide an overview, which can then be granularized to provide detailed information. The dashboard can also be configured to include a data chart that provides a “glimpse” of information associated with key performance indicators. The data chart can be configured to utilize a target bar as input to an interactive what-if analysis, and an output can be utilized to automatically drive control automation system changes.

Abstract: Described is a method for managing test artifacts. According to an embodiment of the method, a test plan for a product is selected by a user. The test plan has multiple test artifacts that include the test plan and at least one of a test case, an execution record defining a configuration of the product, and a product requirement. One of the test artifacts is selected for a snapshot and the snapshot is acquired. The snapshot acquisition includes storing a current state of the selected test artifact, storing a current state of relationships of the selected test artifact to the other test artifacts, and storing a current state of the other test artifacts that have a relationship with the selected test artifact.

A disclosed example method includes receiving process control information relating to a process at a first time including a first value associated with a first measured variable and a second value associated with a second measured variable, determining if a variation based on the received process control information associated with the process exceeds a threshold, if the variation exceeds the threshold, calculating a first contribution value based on a contribution of the first measured variable to the variation and a second contribution value based on a contribution of the second measured variable to the variation, determining at least one corrective action based on the first contribution value, the second contribution value, the first value, or the second value, and calculating a predicted process quality based on the at least one corrective action at a time after the first time.

Abstract: An improved method and system are provided for creating tasks and for inputting information associated with created tasks according to an electronic task management application or system. Electronic correspondence items may be flagged as tasks. Upon flagging an individual electronic correspondence item, a corresponding task is created for the flagged item, and the created task is then populated into and exposed by one or more applications used for displaying tasks such as a tasks application, calendar application, or electronic to-do list application. Properties such as task start dates and task categories may be applied to the created task, as desired.
