Abstract: Techniques are provided for multi-tenant data protection using tenant-based token validation and data encryption. One method comprises obtaining, from a user, a data record to be stored in a multi-tenant storage environment and a token associated with the user. Each data record identifies a tenant associated with the respective data record and the user is authorized to access tenant data of at least one tenant identified in the token. An encryption key of the tenant associated with the data record is obtained and the data record is encrypted using the obtained encryption key and stored. A given data record may be read by obtaining a decryption key of the tenant associated with the given data record and decrypting the given data record using the decryption key. The token may be used to evaluate whether the user is authorized to access the tenant data of the tenant associated with the given data record.

The immediate scheduling of an operation is determined by policies, rules, and/or predictive model outcomes. The determination for later time scheduling is based on analysis of a history of events on content objects. If the content object operation is deemed to be at least potentially delayable to a later time, then a scheduling model is consulted to determine an urgency of performing the content object operation on the content object. The urgency value resulting from consulting the scheduling model is combined with then-current resource availability to determine a timeframe for performance of the content object operation on the content object relative to other entries in a continuously updated list of to-be-performed operations. The performance of the content object operation on the content object is initiated in due course.

Abstract: A trust network is formed in a communal media system connected to a streaming application and executed within the streaming application. Source location is received for multimedia content selected in the streaming application and transmitted to user devices participating in a communal session. During the communal session, offerings are presented to the user devices in the communal session and user data associated with user interactions with the offerings are obtained and analyzed. Information presented to the user devices in the communal session is optimized based on the user data. Delivery of the multimedia content and social media content generated on the user devices is synchronized. The multimedia content and the social media content are delivered to the user devices at the same time, without any noticeable lag time during receipt of the multimedia content and the social media content by the user devices.

Abstract: An event processing system comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium coupled to the processor. The non-transitory computer readable medium stores computer-readable code executable to provide a domain-agnostic service for analyzing data and processing heterogeneous events conforming to a plurality of schemas using the service. The domain-agnostic service comprises an adaptive data model and an adaptive processing model. Abstract: Techniques for better information sharing and control switching in a graphical user interface (GUI) are described. In an example, a computer system determines a user context indicating a likely user interest in applications. Upon a user request for a menu, windows are added to a dynamic area of the menu based on the user context and correspond to the applications. The menu is presented in the GUI and each window be shown in a glanced state to provide quick information about the corresponding application. When the user focus shifts to a window, that window is presented in a focused state to also provide a selectable action that can be performed. Upon a user selection of the window, the window is presented in a selected state to further provide additional performable actions. The window can be pinned to the GUI and user control can automatically switch to another application.

In response to detecting a scrolling gesture comprising a substantially vertical movement of a user contact with the touch screen display, the display of messages are scrolled in accordance with a direction of the scrolling gesture. The detecting of the scrolling gesture is substantially independent of a horizontal position of the user contact with the touch screen display.

Abstract: A method for delivering multimedia content during a communal session at a media system commutatively coupled with a streaming application. The method includes receiving a request to initiate the communal session; retrieving contact information for user devices selected to participate in the communal session; retrieving an address for each of the user devices; receiving a source location for multimedia content selected in the streaming application; and sharing the source location with a player that is configured to transmit the multimedia content to each of the user devices. One method comprises receiving a new node in the workspace and determining that the new node overlaps with one or more nodes. Based on the determination, a set of nodes within a predetermined distance of the overlap may be repositioned, the set of nodes comprising the new node and the one or more nodes. Upon determining that the new node still overlaps with the one or more nodes, the set of nodes may be scaled down until there is no overlap.

In aspects, the enhanced content sharing platform provides an interface enabling users to search for and navigate content. The interface may comprise various interface elements for searching, navigating, and/or interacting with content accessible to the enhanced content sharing platform. At least one of the interface elements may be a mode selection interface element. The mode selection interface element may be configured to select and toggle between various content domains available to the enhanced content sharing platform. Each content domain may be associated with a corresponding set of interface elements, and may meaningfully limit content search results to the content domain in which the content was searched. Additionally, new and/or subsequent content searches may be executed in the current selected content domain without requiring a manual (re)selection of that content domain.

Abstract: When reviewing digital pathology tissue specimens, multiple slides may be created from thin, sequential slices of tissue. These slices may then be prepared with various stains and digitized to generate a Whole Slide Image (WSI). Review of multiple WSIs is challenging because of the lack of homogeneity across the images. In embodiments, to facilitate review, WSIs are aligned with a multi-resolution registration algorithm, normalized for improved processing, annotated by an expert user, and divided into image patches. The image patches may be used to train a Machine Learning model to identify features useful for detection and classification of regions of interest (ROIs) in images. The trained model may be applied to other images to detect and classify ROIs in the other images, which can aid in navigating the WSIs. When the resulting ROIs are presented to the user, the user may easily navigate and provide feedback through a display layer.

Abstract: A system and method for integrating a workflow platform with an electronic health record system (EHRS) is disclosed. The system and method includes at least: receiving from the EHRS, a context tag embedded in a screen of the EHRS that is currently being presented to a user, where the context tag includes: an authentication parameter identifying the user accessing the screen, and a context identification parameter identifying a context of the screen. Authentication is performed to authenticate the user based on the authentication parameter. Based on authenticating the user, launch of the workflow platform is initiated. The workflow platform is populated with data retrieved based on the context identification parameter such that which data is retrieved depends on the context identification parameter.

Abstract: A method for delivering multimedia content during a communal session at a media system commutatively coupled with a streaming application. The method includes receiving a request to initiate the communal session; retrieving contact information for user devices selected to participate in the communal session; retrieving an address for each of the user devices; receiving a source location for multimedia content selected in the streaming application; and sharing the source location with a player that is configured to transmit the multimedia content to each of the user devices. Abstract: The method of event-driven health and wellness decision support considers an individual's medical records and lifestyle; applies healthcare best practices; and recommends next steps. Medical and lifestyle records are input, converted to events and inserted in timestamp order in an event queue. Events are processed in queued order by handlers, and results recorded in a data structure called a “person state”. Some handlers create additional events and insert them in the event queue in timestamp order. Those events are in turn processed in timestamp order. Other handlers create no events, allowing processing of all queued events to eventually complete. After events representing actual occurrences are processed, events representing postulated activities are created, queued, and processed until a specific patient state representing a health and wellness goal obtains. This allows several activity paths to be compared to determine the best path to an optimal health goal. Next steps are recommended as output.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a layout generation system for generating dynamic User Interface (UI) layout for an electronic device. The method includes identifying one or more operations related to at least one UI element based on a current state of a display screen of the electronic device, calculating a saliency score and an aesthetic score for each of a plurality of grids determined on the display screen, based on the calculated saliency score and the calculated aesthetic score, identifying a plurality of candidate regions, identifying an optimal region from the plurality of candidate regions based on a user interaction score and generating the dynamic UI layout by performing the one or more operations related to the at least one UI element in the optimal region.

The system can classify the stamp using the extracted text, the image data, and the TF-IDF vector. The system can store the classification in a database.
