Abstract: The present disclosure relates to Application Programming Interface (API) framework that discloses a computer implemented method, polling service system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for providing dynamic endpoints for performing data transactions with a corresponding candidate application server. The method has two phases: a polling phase and a transaction phase. In the polling phase, the polling service system receives a first API request from one or more source devices and provides a dynamic endpoint for the one or more source devices to interact with the corresponding candidate application server of their requirement. In the transaction phase, the corresponding candidate application server receives a second API request from the one or more source devices through the dynamic endpoint generated during the polling phase, and performs data transactions.

Abstract: A command display method includes a method of displaying a plurality of commands in a computer including a graphical user interface (GUI) for displaying the plurality of commands in a window on a display screen, the plurality of commands having a plurality of layers. The display method includes detecting the vertical or horizontal size of the window; determining the form of a display of each of the plurality of layers in response to the detected size; and controlling a display of the commands in each of the plurality of layers in response to the determined form and an instruction from an operator. At least one of the plurality of layers is controlled to be displayed as a detailed display in an area inside the window. The detailed display is a display of a layer that is at a lower level than the layer whose display form changes.

Abstract: A system and method for presenting video asset information to a viewer to assist the view in selecting a video asset for viewing. The video assets can be available from a plurality of different video asset sources, such as VOD (video on demand), PVR (personal video recorders) and broadcast (including over the air, cable, and satellite). Images from the video assets are displayed in a uniform manner, along with information about the video assets. The information includes data in a metadata category. The view can select one of the video assets for viewing, but also can navigate using metadata categories such as genre, actors, director etc. This allows a much easier and natural navigating and selection process for viewers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a music playing method and apparatus. The method includes: displaying a first page of a music application, where the first page includes at least one custom queue, and each custom queue includes at least one piece of music to be played; acquiring a first instruction acting on the custom queue; and playing the music to be played in the custom queue according to the first instruction. The custom queue is displayed on a fixed area of the first page, so that after entering the first page, the user can directly play the music of interest without the need of frequent page skipping, thereby improving the flexibility of music playing.

Nominated agencies establish access credentials at the surveillance service data center. A camera is shared by a facility administrator's selection of permissions on each camera via privileged web-browser or mobile device. A government agency receives an electronic notification from the administrator to operate an agency dedicated application programming interface. A notification may be customized for each responding agency and each event by dynamically generating a transient link to a secure webserver which expires to limit exposure to ranges of date-time. Video servers remain controlled by the facility administrator.

Abstract: Described herein are eye-controlled user-machine interaction systems and methods that, based on input variables that comprise orientation and motion of an eye-mounted display (EMD), assist the wearer of a contact lens carrying the EMD to control and navigate a virtual scene that may be superimposed onto the real-world environment. Various embodiments of the invention provide for smooth, intuitive, and naturally flowing eye-controlled, interactive operations between the wearer and a virtual environment. In certain embodiments, this is accomplished by revealing layers of virtual objects and content based on eye-tracking and other motion information.

The embodiment may also include analyzing reactions of the online viewers to scenarios of the event. The embodiment may further include creating an avatar for each of the online viewers. The embodiment may also include populating each empty seat at the event with the created avatar for each online viewer. The embodiment may further include displaying the created avatars occupying the empty seats to the online viewers.

Abstract: Disclosed concepts relate to presenting interconnected animations in an object display interface that indicate dynamic events for related objects. A platform presents an interface that includes tiles for objects that belong to object sets (e.g., a non-fungible token (NFT) collection, a set of numbered items, a limited sneaker line). Each tile includes information individually specific to a corresponding object. A platform monitors for event data that results in a change to an aggregate parameter (e.g., a floor price, an event rate) for a given object set or that specifies one or more individual events for objects belonging to the given object set. Based on detecting the event data, the platform dynamically presents animations on certain tiles corresponding to objects of the given object set, and the animations indicate the change to the aggregate parameter or indicate the individual events. Contextual and multi-level information is thus conveyed without significant visual clutter.

A radius distance for a circle that includes the current point and is centered about the initial point is determined. An action is selected from among multiple actions based on the radius distance being within a particular range among successive ranges along a straight line that starts at the initial point and extends through the circle. Each range among the successive ranges corresponds to a particular action among the multiple actions. The selected action is performed in response to detecting a completion of the continuous physical user interaction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques and solutions for enhancing or customizing the functionality of software applications, such as “apps.” More particularly, the present disclosure provides for grouping app extensions into groups, such as groups representing a particular semantic domain. A group of extensions can be applied to one or more apps. Applying extensions as a group can save development time and effort, as can the ability to apply a given extension group to multiple apps, either at the same time or over a particular time period. Further disclosed aspects assist users in implementing extensions with an extension group, such as assisting in determining where in a user interface particular extensions should appear. Once an extension group has been selected to be applied to an app, programmatic logic can cause the extensions to be automatically implemented in a computing artifact/object used by a particular extended app.

Abstract: A system having a keyboard capable of supporting multiple hosts and changing character sets. A first host processor communicates with a display. A keyboard has a plurality of independently moveable physical keys with each letter of an entire alphabet accessible by a single strike actuation of one of the plurality of keys. The keyboard uses twelve or fewer keys provide single strike access to the entire alphabet. A map defining functions of the keys appears on the display responsive to a prompting action of a user's hand without requiring any finger to leave the keys that provide access to the alphabet. In a callback stream scenario, an electronic device may set a preview stream and a callback stream in parallel. After an application sets a callback function, the electronic device may directly return, by using the callback function, callback stream data to the application for processing. This can shorten a time consumed for creating a preview stream and a callback stream, shorten a time consumed for obtaining callback stream data, and shorten a user waiting time.

Abstract: A vehicular backing up assistance system includes a rearview camera at a rear portion of a vehicle, the vehicle being a vehicle family member of a particular family of pickup trucks. The system receives first input data that corresponds to the vehicle configuration of the vehicle. When the vehicle is backing up, the system receives second input data corresponding to steering angle of the vehicle. The system displays a predicted trajectory of the vehicle at the in-cabin display as an overlay overlaying the images captured by the rearview camera being displayed at the in-cabin display. The overlay comprises a pair of guidelines that are spaced apart and that are appropriate to (i) the wheelbase of the vehicle configuration of a plurality of vehicle configurations of the particular family of pickup trucks the rearview camera is mounted at and (ii) a current steering angle of the vehicle.

For instance, a graphical user interface may be presented that includes an initial depiction of a user wearing a first garment in a first display position and a depiction of a next garment at a second display position. In response to a scroll or similar indication, a visual transition and updated user interface may result in presentation of an updated depiction of the user at the first display position, where the updated depiction shows the user wearing the next garment. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for consolidation of IHS (Information Handling System) resources utilized by workspaces operating on the IHS, where the workspaces operate in isolation from the operating system of the IHS. A remote workspace orchestration service manages deployment of workspaces on the IHS. The workspaces are instantiated and operate according to a workspace definition provided by the workspace orchestration service. An embedded controller of the IHS registers a resource consolidation function of the IHS with the workspace orchestration service, which notifies the workspaces of the resource consolidation function. Based on the workspace definitions, redundant IHS resources utilized by the workspaces are identified. The resource consolidation function is notified of the redundant IHS resources.
