Abstract: A method of object status detection for objects supported by a shelf, from shelf image data, includes: obtaining a plurality of images of a shelf, each image including an indication of a gap on the shelf between the objects; registering the images to a common frame of reference; identifying a subset of the gaps having overlapping locations in the common frame of reference; generating a consolidated gap indication from the subset; obtaining reference data including (i) identifiers for the objects and (ii) prescribed locations for the objects within the common frame of reference; based on a comparison of the consolidated gap indication with the reference data, selecting a target object identifier from the reference data; and generating and presenting a status notification for the target product identifier.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a disruptive low capital and operational cost logistics system and method that provides for fast and massive delivery of e-commerce merchandise, including same day delivery, of thousands of items and packages, in extensive geographical areas, such as whole states, countries and continents, reducing the need for building, operating, or using multiple fulfillment warehouses located near the consumers as in traditional e-commerce logistics, creating a revolution in the e-commerce industry worldwide. In a disruptive manner, the systems and methods of the present invention facilitate the logistics for e-commerce delivery processes, and also may allow at the same time reducing the use of massive quantities of cardboard packages that are used for protection and containment for e-commerce orders, being sustainably beneficial for the e-commerce market, the environment, and the consumer.

The image input is recorded by a camera associated with a client device. The machine identifies an account based on an identifier of the client device. The machine determines a level of consumption of the consumable item for the account based on the image input. The machine, based on the level of consumption, automatically places an order for the consumable item, for the account. The machine, in response to the automatic placing of the order, causes display of a notification describing the automatically placed order in a user interface of the client device. A selection of the notification describing the automatically placed order for the consumable item causes display of an automatically generated request to specify a schedule of future automatic orders for the consumable item.

The system can utilize a wireless charger to obtain information about the device while charging the device. The information can include the make of the device. The system can guide the user to navigate the device to provide additional information such as model, memory capacity, unique identifier, and carrier associated with the device, which can be extracted from the device using OCR. Based on, e.g., the unique identifier, the system can determine whether the device has been stolen. If the device has not been stolen, the system can determine a price based on information obtained from the device and can present the price to the user. If the user accepts the price, the system can facilitate purchase of the device.

The mobile device can receive the code and can generate a token comprising the transaction identifier, total cost, a selected payment method identifier, and a value that can identify an account of a person associated with the mobile device. A request for the invoice can be received, and the invoice can be transferred to the point of sale terminal. A payment confirmation can be received indicating completion of transacting of payment for the items in the virtual-cart and tracked in the invoice.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for providing an insights page. When data identifying a party of a call is received, a customer relationship management (CRM) application can be launched at a computing device without any further user input, and records that are potentially relevant to the call and that are to potentially be included as part of an insights page of the CRM application can be automatically determined. Some of the records are automatically determined by analyzing CRM information using artificial intelligence technologies. The records can then be ranked in a priority order according to relevance from most relevant to least relevant. The insights page can then be caused to be displayed at a user interface of the computing device without user input with at least some of the records displayed in the priority order as relevant records.
