Abstract: In one embodiment a method includes storing in non-volatile memory a library of equipment configuration code files, each equipment configuration code file including configuration code for configuration and control of a work vehicle, for configuration and control of an attachment to be carried or towed by the work vehicle, or for combined configuration and control of both the work vehicle and the attachment in combination, receiving an altered version of at least one equipment configuration code file, the altered version including OEM data provided by or altered by an original equipment manufacturer of the work vehicle or the attachment, dealer or distributor data provided by or altered by a dealer or distributor of the work vehicle or the attachment, and user data provided by or altered by a user of the work vehicle or attachment, and storing the altered version in the non-volatile memory of the library.

Abstract: One example of a computer-implemented method comprises receiving content data for a first physical note removably attached to a first display area of a first collaborative board located in a first location. The content data includes information displayed on the first physical note. The method further comprises determining a position of the first physical note on the first collaborative board; and outputting instructions to a second collaborative board located in a second location to generate a first virtual note in a second display area of the second collaborative board such that information displayed on the first virtual note corresponds to the information displayed on the first physical note and a position of the first virtual note on the second display area corresponds to the position of the first physical note on the first collaborative board.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed to train machine learning models, generate software agents, and evaluate, via reinforcement learning, the actions of the software agents in a simulated ecosystem. Embodiments include a computer comprising a processor and memory and configured to train one or more machine learning models to generate one or more software agents, wherein each software agent comprises an autonomous software program designed to execute a task in a supply chain network. Embodiments generate a first software agent and a second software agent, and a simulated supply chain ecosystem representing a hierarchical structure of supply chain network tasks. Embodiments simulate one or more tasks executed by the software agents in the simulated supply chain ecosystem, review the tasks according to one or more defined objectives, and apply reinforcement incentives to the software agents.

Abstract: Techniques for identifying images that are representative of items of inventory are described herein. A service provider may receive a description of an item of inventory from a merchant. The service provider may search one or more databases for images representative of the item. The images may include a merchant-facing image used to represent the item on a user interface of a merchant computing device and a customer-facing image used to represent the item to a customer on a user interface of a merchant computing device and/or a customer computing device. The customer-facing image may include an image that is more detailed, accurate, and/or aesthetically pleasing than the merchant-facing image. The service provider may associate the merchant-facing and customer-facing images with the item and may cause the merchant-facing and the customer-facing images to render on displays of the merchant and customer computing devices to represent the item.

Abstract: A system and method for automated machine learning supply chain planning having a computer with a processor and memory and configured to receive a first supply chain network model having one or more material constraints for operations of a first supply chain network. Embodiments include transforming the first supply chain network model into a digital image, training an auto-encoder model to reduce the dimensionality of an input vector, and locating one or more items in the first supply chain network.

Abstract: A method for allowing the custom mixing of liquid and dry enhancers with pet food kibbles comprising a tumbler into which the kibbles are placed; a means for adding a pre-determined amount of liquid/dry enhancers to the kibbles; a means for mixing the enhancers with the kibbles; and a means for feeding the enhanced kibbles into packages.

Abstract: It is desirable for a merchant to not store customer PCI (Payment Card Industry) data in the merchant's system, because this would reduce cost and risk to the merchant. But the merchant still wants access to the customer primary account number (PAN) and other PCI data elements for customer authentication, customer relationship management, etc. Therefore, this specification discloses systems and methods that allow a pPOS (personal Point of Sale) device to create a mirror of the original transaction and provide that to the merchant. Then the merchant would still have access to the customer PAN and other PCI data elements, but there are no PCI or payment data in the mirror transaction, so cost and risk are reduced for the merchant.

Abstract: A method for encouraging saving towards a financial goal for an individual includes receiving on an electronic computing device one or more personal media elements from the individual. A receipt from a purchase by the individual is received. The receipt includes information relating to the purchase made by the individual. Information from the receipt relative to the financial goal is analyzed. At least one of the one or more personal media elements is selected for presentation with the receipt. The at least one of the one or more personal media elements selected is related to an effect of the purchase on achieving the financial goal.

Abstract: Described is a system and method for developing and dynamically updating user paths through a materials handling facility. A user path through a materials handling facility may be developed that will route a user past one or more items (e.g., pick list items, recommended items, wish list items, promotional items) planned for the user. If the user does not follow the user path, the user path may be dynamically updated to account for the current location of the user and/or to consider other actions performed by the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting potential shrink events via RFID technology are provided. The systems include a point of sale (POS) system that includes an optical scanner, an RFID transceiver arrangement, a user interface and a controller. The controller is configured to perform example methods disclosed herein. For example, the controller may detect that the optical scanner has decoded a barcode, trigger the RFID transceiver arrangement to write a data string to an RFID tag located within the object scanning area, conduct a detection operation to detect the RFID tag with the data string in the bagging area. Responsive to detecting the RFID tag with the data string, the method involves the user interface performing a first operation. Responsive to not detecting the RFID tag with the data string, the method involves the user interface performing a second operation.

Abstract: A transaction terminal dynamically and regularly changes a unique transaction terminal identifier (ID). The transaction terminal ID is reported to a remote manager. During a transaction, a mobile device automatically reads a current transaction terminal ID from the transaction terminal, appends a mobile device ID for the mobile device, and sends the transaction terminal ID with the mobile device ID to the remote manager. The remote manager links the mobile ID to details associated with a user of the mobile device and sends the details to the transaction terminal. The transaction terminal uses the details to customize a transaction being conducted by the user at the transaction terminal.

Abstract: In a stock rebalancing method, separate inventory holding clients are registered, each as individual publishers of inventory level data, and further, separate transporter clients also are registered each as individual publishers of transport capacity. Then, an indication is received from one of the inventory holding clients, of an overstock condition of a specified item. Contemporaneously, an indication is received from another of the inventory holding clients of an understock condition of the specified item. In response, one of the transporter clients is identified as indicating excess capacity sufficient to bear transport of the specified item in a quantity indicated by the understock condition, the clients are messaged indicating the conditions, and the identified transport client is directed to transport the specified item in the indicated quantity from the one of the inventory clients indicating the overstock condition to the one of the inventory holding clients indicating an understock condition.

Abstract: Implementations of the present application provide data interaction and offline credit payment methods and devices. In one implementation, a credit payment code generated by a server is obtained by scanning and parsing a two-dimensional code presented on a mobile computing device for making a payment. The credit payment code is then decrypted based on asymmetric key decryption to obtain a credit payment token. The credit payment token is parsed to obtain security content included in the credit payment token. The payment associated with the credit payment code is then determined to satisfy the security content and the payment is verified with the server that generates the credit payment code at a predetermined time.

A total number of rescan items from the basket items is identified for rescan; the total number of rescan items selected for rescan is less than a total number of the basket items in the transaction. Based on the basket items and transaction features for the transaction, item categories or item departments are identified from which the total number of rescan items are to be selected from the basket items for the rescan security check. The total number of rescan items and the item categories for selection are provided to an attendant terminal for the rescan security check. The rescan security check is processed to determine whether the transaction was associated with theft or not associated with theft.
