Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for processing offline payments from a mobile wallet. A computing system may receive, from a financial institution system, an authentication request message comprising a first offline token. The computing system may determine that the mobile wallet application is not online and determine that the first offline toke comprises first offline token data that matches the first offline token reference data. The computing system may send to the financial institution system a first authentication message indicating that the first offline token is associated with the mobile wallet application.

Abstract: Examples described herein relate to apparatuses and methods for providing an interactive computer simulation of a life of a user via a user device operated by the user by determining a goal of the user, accessing a transaction history of the user, determining an initial state of the user based on the transaction history of the user, determining a virtual path to the goal, the initial state of the user being a starting point of the virtual path to the goal, configuring the user device to display the virtual path of the goal, determining that the user has selected at least one of selectable in-simulation decisions, updating the virtual path to generate an updated virtual path based on the selected at least one of the plurality of selectable in-simulation decisions, and configuring the user device to display the updated virtual path.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for providing an insights page. When data identifying a party of a call is received, a customer relationship management (CRM) application can be launched at a computing device without any further user input, and records that are potentially relevant to the call and that are to potentially be included as part of an insights page of the CRM application can be automatically determined. Some of the records are automatically determined by analyzing CRM information using artificial intelligence technologies. The records can then be ranked in a priority order according to relevance from most relevant to least relevant. The insights page can then be caused to be displayed at a user interface of the computing device without user input with at least some of the records displayed in the priority order as relevant records.

Abstract: A tamperproof diamond package comprises a package body; at least one chip embedded in the package body and at least one antenna configured to enable communication with the chip; anti-counterfeiting visual impressions on the package body; a diamond pouch formed at a predetermined section within the package body; and one or more diamonds located inside the diamond pouch and an outer covering encasing the package body and configured to reveal any tampering with the one or more diamonds located in the diamond pouch. The diamond package can be credit card shaped and also contains serial number and website information and be provided in nominal dollar values. An associated diamond exchange system utilizes the diamond packages and provides a registration server which stores unique identifying information that enable interrogating the individual diamond packages and checking their authenticity with the registration server.

Abstract: Disclosed is an example approach in which news alerts are scanned in real-time or near real-time, relevant alerts identified through a topic extraction model, and associated actors identified through an entity extraction model. An entity resolution model may be applied to determine which actors are clients. The topic extraction, entity extraction, and/or entity resolution models may apply, for example, natural language processing models. The alert may be enriched by being packaged with client and transactional data to generate an enriched alert. A predictive model may be applied to the enriched alert to identify events with a high probability of law enforcement referral, and the enriched alert may be automatically transmitted to certain identified devices. The predictive model is trained using a combination of news alerts and data on clients and transactions, yielding enhanced predictions.

Abstract: Systems and methods for an intelligent inventory system are disclosed. The systems and methods described herein may receive data from a point-of-sale (POS) device of a merchant indicating an item to add to an inventory catalog of the merchant. A rate may be determined that is associated with how many times the item may be returned or exchanged with a similarly-situated merchant. Additionally, or alternatively, the rate may comprise a fluctuation in price for the item and/or an amount of times the item may be re-stocked and/or re-ordered by the similarly-situated merchant. If the determined rate exceeds a threshold rate, a suggestion may be sent to the POS device of the merchant. The suggestion may comprise a suggested second item rather than the item requested, a suggested price to charge for the item suggested, and/or a suggested quantity to order of the item requested.

Abstract: A facility for determining a housing index value for a subject geographic region for a subject period in time is described. For each home in a set of homes within the subject geographic region, the facility determines home attribute values; applies a first valuation model and second valuation for the subject geographic region to the home attributes to obtain estimated values of the home at the beginning and end of the subject period, respectively; and determines an appreciation rate for the home on the basis of the estimated values of the home at the beginning and end of the subject period. The facility combines the appreciation rates to obtain an aggregate appreciation rate for the subject period, and combines the aggregate appreciation rate for the period with a housing index value for a prior period to obtain the housing index value for the subject geographic region and subject period.

Abstract: Systems and methods presented herein provide a server that receives a drawing. The server matches assembly types to elements in the drawing and inserts a symbol overlay into the drawing. The symbol overlay includes metadata identifying the assembly types in the drawing. The assembly types are matched to assemblies, including kits, based on user-identified criteria, such as vendor and building codes. The system can then determine logistics for delivering the kits, automatically staggering shipment where dictated by build order of the kits.

In an example embodiment, the digital business management system includes receiving a transaction data object generated as a part of a transaction event executed via an external commerce channel to be posted to a ledger, wherein the transaction data object comprises one or more metadata tags classifying the transaction event. Abstract: An online system receives a completed order of items fulfilled by a picker and a transaction log of the completed order from a retailer where the completed order was fulfilled. The online system compares the completed order of items to the transaction log of the completed order to identify one or more unmatched items. The online system generates, at an auditor client device, a user interface that shows the unmatched items and an option to mark each unmatched item as a fraud instance. The online system receives an indication of a fraud instance for one of the unmatched items from an auditor via the user interface. The online system adds a value of the fraud instance to a fraud total of the picker. If the online system determines that the fraud total for the picker exceeds a threshold, the fraud module deactivates the picker's account.

Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for inserting friction points into a user session with an online resource such as a website or mobile application. In one example, the method may include receiving user data, predicting a likelihood that the user will behave inappropriately when interacting with an online resource of the host platform based on the received user data, determining a friction point in response to the predicted likelihood the user will behave inappropriately being greater than a predetermined threshold, and modifying at least one of displayed content and interactive capabilities of the online resource which are available to the user based on the determined friction point.
