Abstract: An out-of-stock indicator is received that indicates a product is out-of-stock or believed to be out-of-stock. Information about the features of the products and store are obtained or determined. The features are applied to a first machine learning model, which yields a probability that the item is out-of-stock. The obtained probability is compared to a threshold, and if the probability value is above a threshold, then the PI value is adjusted. If not above the threshold, then scans are monitored for out-of-stock conditions, and some time later the features will be applied to a different model, and the above-process repeated. In aspects, this process occurs over a certain time period or until the PI is adjusted.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting use of a property are provided. A first set of property identifying data for a first property is received from a first source. The first source indicates a use of the first property but does not publicly provide an address of the first property prior to initiation of a request for use of the first property. A second set of property identifying data for a second property from a second source is also received. The second source provides a property address of the second property. The first set of data are compared to the second set of data, to determine an amount of overlap. When the amount of overlap meets a pre-defined threshold amount, the first property and the second property are identified as a common property and a notice is provided of the property address and the use of the common property.

Abstract: A merchant may use an e-commerce platform to sell products to customers on an online store. The merchant may have more than one online store, each with its own separate inventory, orders, domain name (or subdomain), currency, etc. A computer-implemented system and method are provided that allow the merchant to build workflows to automate tasks at the organizational level, i.e. workflows that can incorporate triggers, conditions, and/or actions from and across the different online stores that belong to the merchant.

Abstract: A system and method for sensor-enabled automated inventory stocking management that can include: operating a computer vision monitoring system comprising collecting image data, and identifying, by processing the image data, products and shelf space locations of the products; maintaining a shelving property map based on the products and shelf space locations identified through the computer vision monitoring system; in association with at least one request, allocating a shelf space usage option within a shelf space management database system, wherein each shelf space usage option specifies fulfillment parameters including at least one product identity and a set of shelf space placement parameters; confirming, based on processing of updated image data from the computer vision monitoring system, fulfillment of conditions defined through the fulfillment parameters of the a shelf space usage option and, in response, performing reactionary actions in the computing system.

Abstract: A boarding pass can be employed as a financial instrument to make payments and other financial transactions. A passenger name record, a standardized computer reservation system protocol, can be associated with one or more financial accounts. When a point of sale device scans the boarding pass, either on a mobile device, or a traditional paper boarding pass, the passenger name record can be used to find a travel itinerary associated with the customer. By matching the travel itinerary to the location of the point of sale device, and the time, payments can be authorized and then initiated using financial account information associated with the passenger name record. Likewise, a mismatch can provide a basis for denying authorization and subsequent payment.

Abstract: A system and method in which various sensors collect and/or generate data that are analyzed to provide automated transit features. In the automatic capacity management feature, a transit operator is alerted of potential capacity issues in advance to enable the operator to handle the situation before a station or a vehicle reaches its capacity limit. The automatic trip planning feature allows a passenger to dynamically plan the fastest route to a destination according to real time data and historical data trends. The automatic fraud detection feature alerts a fare inspector to a ticket fraud or other fraudulent activity at a specific transit station or on a specific transit vehicle. The automatic vehicle routing feature dynamically routes autonomous transit vehicles to stations, notifies transit vehicle drivers to stop at a particular station, and/or notifies transit operators to route a vehicle to a particular station based on current and historical demand from passengers.

Abstract: An enhanced customer relationship management (CRM) system is provided. The enhanced CRM system performs activities automatically and with the assistance of artificial intelligence and machine learning based on historical information. The enhanced CRM system provides: a) scheduling assistance prior to a customer contact, b) assistance during a call to direct call focus and achieve a personal connection between a customer facing user of the CRM system and a target customer contact, and c) automated assistance to complete a contact and transition to a next target customer contact. Achievement goals for a customer facing user may be presented and monitored with respect to a goal achievement period. Schedules may be dynamically adjusted across multiple CRM system users and with respect to overall organizational goals to enhance achievement of goals.

Abstract: Systems and methods of managing payments for services or products are disclosed. Billing system data is extracted or accessed to provide business intelligence and. Visit charges from multiple billing systems can be aggregated to guarantor accounts within or across multiple billing systems and provide a single statement of charges for a given time period. Accounts are accessible online. Accounts can be linked to delegate management authority of a first guarantor's account to a second (manager) guarantor. Visit charges for linked accounts are included in the manager guarantor's statement an online access. Open charges balances can be brokered or transferred to a new asset holder. Pre-determined payment options can be configured by a provider, asset holder, and/or potential asset holder. The pre-determined payment options can include an option for financing a balance. A configurable financing option may enable a guarantor to request terms and receive automatic approval, subject to authorized terms.

A model element data repository encodes a plurality of model elements representing invoicing outcomes, each model element including a score value. A processor is configured to execute computer program code for providing a finance management platform for a plurality of clients, including receiving invoicing data from a client data repository remote from the finance management platform, translating the received invoicing data into a common format and store the invoicing data in the common format in an invoice data repository, accessing the model element data repository and determine one or more of the model elements applicable to the invoicing data, calculating an overall score for the invoicing data from the applicable model element's scores and triggering a communication to a payment processor and an update to the invoice data repository upon the overall score exceeding a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for producing tradeable environmental attributes such as carbon offsets from the physical movements of users. The solution incorporates the use of a modal shift optimization application executed on a user's device. The application locates alternative transport options, and monitors the user's physical movements as the user travels to the destination using one of the alternative transport options. A carbon offset system receives the user's trip data and calculates project greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the user's journey. The carbon offset system also calculates baseline GHG emissions for a baseline transport option (e.g. single-occupancy private vehicle trip), based at least in part on the baseline emissions factor and a discount factor. The carbon offset system extracts the GHG emissions savings by determining a difference between the baseline and project emissions, which can be validated and verified for the production of carbon offsets.

Abstract: Provided is a method for fraud prevention using deep learning and survival models. The method may include receiving, with at least one processor, transaction data associated with a plurality of transactions of at least one payment account. At least one attempted attack may be detected based on the transaction data. A fraud risk score for each subperiod of a plurality of subperiods in a time period following the at least one attempted attack may be generated based on the transaction data using a deep learning model and a survival model. The fraud risk score for each respective subperiod may be associated with a probability that a fraudulent transaction will not occur by the respective subperiod. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating payment transactions using quick-response (QR) codes are provided. A first machine readable code encoding first data generated by an access device is scanned by a communication device. The communication device generates a cryptogram based on the first data encoded within the first machine readable code. The communication device then obtains financial credentials data from a payment application being executed on the communication device. A second machine readable code encoding second data comprising the financial credentials data and the cryptogram is then generated. The second machine readable code is displayed on a display of the communication device, wherein the second machine readable code is scanned by the access device.

An indication of the ordered item is stored in association to the identifier in the order fulfillment system. The identifier associated to the package is read at a reader associated with a dispenser of at least one ingredient. The identifier is communicated from the reader to the order fulfillment system. A dispenser receives a dispense instruction from the order fulfillment system and operates to dispense at least one ingredient.

A software-programmed computer type circuit receives and processes point-of-sale transaction data to select two disparate payment networks for processing electronic payment for the transaction data.
