Flex top (40) also includes pins (74, 76) that cooperate with stops (78, 80, 82, 84) that are defined in tracks (50, 52). When pins (74, 76) are seated on first stops (78, 80) flex top is planar. When pins (74, 76) are seated on other stops (82, 84) panels (54, 56) form a peak (86) that is ergonomically favored for certain activities and uses.

Abstract: An enclosure includes a first collapsible shelving unit, a second collapsible shelving unit that is spaced apart from the first collapsible shelving unit, at least a first cover support having a first end connected to the first collapsible shelving unit and a second end connected to the second collapsible shelving unit, and a flexible cover that at least partially encloses the first collapsible shelving unit and the second collapsible shelving unit. The flexible cover is supported with respect to the first collapsible shelving unit and the second collapsible shelving unit at least in part by engagement of the flexible cover with the first cover support. At least a portion of the flexible cover is at least translucent.

The rack includes a shelf and a plurality of leg assemblies distributed about the shelf perimeter, the leg assemblies each having a leg footer, a leg member, and a slider pivot bearing joining the proximal ends of the leg footer and leg member thereby constraining relative motion between the leg footer and leg member to two degrees of freedom. Pairs of leg assemblies may be connected by primary connecting frame elements forming a portion of the perimeter, with the pairs being connected by secondary connecting frame elements forming another portion of the perimeter.

Abstract: Various shelving systems, such as shower caddies, are disclosed. In some embodiments, a shower caddy includes an elongate support member and a plurality of shelves, each of which can be supported by a clamping mechanism. The support member can have a telescoping configuration so that upper and lower ends of the support member can be pressed against upper and lower stationary objects. The shelving system can include a shroud configured to conceal, block, or surround a portion of a shelf in a closed position and allow access to the portion of the shelf in the open position.

The support cushion includes a body supporting portion, a heat dissipating portion comprised of a thermally-absorbent material and positioned adjacent to the body supporting portion, and a plurality of thermoelectric elements that are positioned and configured to convert a temperature difference between the body supporting portion and the heat dissipating portion into an electric voltage at a charging port. Methods of converting a temperature difference into an electric voltage are also provided.

The microclimate surface is especially suitable for providing optimal heating and/or cooling of a person. The heating or cooling is provided through heating or cooling delivery system located in the sculpted polyurethane foam microclimate surface. The microclimate surface has a plurality of independently moving pillars which is optimal in reducing pressure ulcers on the skin of a person caused by the person spending extended periods of time on a typical surface, such as a hospital mattress. A space supports the second heat exchanger and is configured to be maintained within a predetermined temperature range, wherein the total charge of hydrocarbon refrigerant associated with the space does not exceed 150 grams.

Abstract: Shelving units having an adjustable width. The shelving units here provide structural stability and simple adjustment of width to accommodate varying product sizes. The distance between the side walls of the shelving units can be adjustable in two manners. First, the distance is continuously adjustable from within a range established by slots located in the base portion of the side wall components. Second, a further range of shelving unit depth may be generated by changing the orientation of the side wall components. The side wall components of the shelving units may be formed in an L shape with one side longer than the other. By rotating the side walls, a new range of product widths may be accommodated by the shelving unit. The shelving units may also include a simple mechanism that can be used to advance products toward the front of the shelf.

A disposable heat pack may comprise a soft, lightweight, air-permeable pouch. One side of the heat pack is air-permeable to optimally direct the targeted heat to a user. The contents of the heat pack may include a mixture of iron powder, sawdust, activated carbon, salt, water, cellulose, and vermiculite. The pocket into which the heat pack is inserted is comprised of a spandex material or the like that is lightweight, permeable, breathable, flexible, and stretchable, providing superior contact while allowing for an optimal amount of heat to permeate from the pocket to the user.

The interlocking system allows the handle of the spoon to slide between rails on the handle of the fork and to snap and lock the spoon in place either nested with the fork or end to end with the fork to form an elongated combination eating utensil. The spoon and fork of the system can also be used separately from one another.

Each housing member has a support arranged to hold an associated utensil in place with the utensil heads facing in opposite directions. A support stand that projects from the double hinge spine holds a third utensil. In a closed position, the housing members encase the utensils. In an open position the utensils are displayed side by side with the third utensil optionally being elevated relative to the others. To help minimize the visual thickness of the case, the interior surface of each housing member may include a depression in the region adjacent the head end of its held utensil. The depressions form corresponding bulges in the exterior surfaces of their associated housing members. The bulges—which are located on opposite ends and opposite sides of the case—provide additional room for the utensil heads without unduly impacting the visual height of the case.

A closure secures the lid to the perimeter wall defining a closed position when the closure is engaged. The lid is pivotable into an open position when the closure is disengaged. The lid and the perimeter wall each have a respective heat reflective outer surface wherein each of the lid and the perimeter wall prevent solar heating of the interior space when the lid is in the closed position.

The curtain hanger mount includes an attachment mechanism being either a plurality of holes, an adhesive, or a combination thereof. The attachment mechanism allows the curtain hanger mount to be secured to a desired surface in order to support the curtain holder and the hanger rod. A first wing and a second wing of the curtain hanger mount are flexible and allow the curtain holder to be snapped into a first receiving volume of the curtain hanger mount. Similarly, the curtain holder is a flexible member wherein the hanger rod is snapped into a second receiving volume of the curtain holder. The top end of a desired curtain is first positioned into the second receiving volume, followed by the hanger rod, wherein the desired curtain is clamped in place.

Abstract: Disclosed are cooking devices and methods for measuring and controlling the humidity content using a temperature/humidity probe in the cooking devices. The temperature/humidity probe operates in a closed system so that heat and humidity is not lost excessively to the outside environment. The temperature/humidity probe confers energy savings and efficiency to the operation of the cooking devices. One embodiment provides a closed system in which the end of a drain pipe disposed between the cooking chamber of the cooking device and a condenser outside of the cooking chamber is below a water level in the condenser so as to form a closed system such that heated and humid air in the cooking chamber cannot exit the cooking chamber without passing through the water level, and the temperature/humidity probe is disposed in the condenser in an air space above the water level and proximal the drain pipe.

Abstract: Steam heating used with conventional heating techniques achieves a rapid boiling point. An intelligent electronic control system which uses sensors placed at various points in the system to monitor and/or control cooking, interacts with the Internet to determine cooking steps, powers embedded electronics in vessels by RF energy, and adjusts the heating temperatures of the contents of the vessel as a function of time. A stove will provide configurable tubes with a coupling unit at their end to attach various steam wands easily moved into position that provide this steam to vessels placed on a grill. Delicate cooking of comestibles can be achieved by maintaining a controlled temperature or cycling the temperature to maximize cooking without losing significant nutrients of the comestibles. Small coupling holes introduce steam at the bottom surface of a vessel to efficiently cook comestibles. The coupling holes have a radius which stratifies the Young-Laplace equation.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a brewing container, which includes a base formed with a through groove; a water-stopping member; a cup having a bottom end formed with a lower opening, wherein the bottom of the cup is engageable with the through groove so as to joint the cup, the water-stopping member and the base together to form a single unit; and a filtering device including an upper filtering element and a lower filtering element, wherein the lower filtering element has a larger number of openings than the upper filtering element, the bottom of the lower filtering element can be mounted inside the cup to cover the lower opening and form a first filtering space between the lower filtering element and the lower opening, and the bottom of the upper filtering element is engageable with the top of the lower filtering element to form a second filtering space therebetween.
