Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for retaining a carton containing a dispensable rolled material. In one embodiment, the carton includes a film cutter and the rolled material is a plastic film. The device is formed of a frame including a bottom support member, side retaining member, front retaining member and rear retaining member for securely holding the front, rear, bottom and side of the carton for continuous dispensing of the rolled material until the roll of material ends. A lid lock can be coupled to the frame for holding down a lid of the carton for expeditious pulling and dispensing of the rolled material from the carton. A rotatable locking member can be rotated between an open position for receiving the carton and a closed position for retaining the carton within the frame.

Abstract: A stand for a musical instrument is sturdy, durable and easy to construct. The stand supports a musical instrument, such as a guitar, in a substantially upright, readily accessible manner, yet the stand is easy to disassemble for ready transport or store in a low volume configuration. One embodiment of a stand includes a base for supporting a lower section of a musical instrument and a detachable neck that engages an upper section of the musical instrument. The base includes a front support rod, a back support rod spaced apart and extending parallel to the front support rod and a pair of side support rods extending between and connecting the front support rod and the back support rod. A plurality of legs extend from the base to provide stability. There is at least one absorbing board equipped respectively on the shelf and arranged alternately. And absorbed boards are equipped to the bottom or the open of the vessel and are attached to absorbing boards. Hence, when in use, absorbing boards on the shelf are attached to absorbed boards at the bottom or the open of the vessel, which enables that the bottom of the vessel faces up and the open of the vessel points down and is set under the shelf. This method can avoid accumulation of dust and moisture when the vessel is unused for a period of time and can keep clean of the internal vessel, so as to avoid that support frame or internal vessel is accumulated with moisture and dust and keep the vessel clean.

Abstract: A convertible media and document storage system uses elements of common pallet rack framing and is convertible between open slot and container storage. The container storage includes pilasters hanging from horizontal beam elements of the framing, and vertically spaced apart pairs of adjustable wireform racks engage the pilasters and provide horizontal ledges for supporting containers of various sizes. The use of hanging pilasters minimizes strength and material requirements. The open slot storage includes tall vertical drawers riding on overhead rails attachable to the same horizontal beam elements and individually horizontally drawn for access to the stored material such as data tape and disk media. The storage system optimizes utilization of space and allows large facilities to reconfigure storage between open slot and container storage when demands change.

Abstract: A shelf assembly (1020) is disclosed for use in a refrigerator (1002) and includes a refrigerator shelf (1022). Also included is a cantilever frame (1028) used to slidably support the shelf (1022). The shelf assembly (1020) includes a left side hanger set (1042) extending rearwardly from the cantilever frame (1028). A right side rear bracket extension (1044) extends directly to the right from the right end and the rear portion of the cantilever frame (1028). The rear bracket extension (1044) provides for an offset of the refrigerator shelf (1022) from one end or one side of the refrigerator (1002). The offset advantageously provides that when the shelf (1022) is extended forwardly, the front end of the shelf (1022) will not abut or be interfered with by any portion of the refrigerator door when the door is in an open position. The shelf assembly (1020) can also include various types of racks. The shelf (1022) can be replaced by a basket (1075).

Abstract: A novel towelette dispensing assembly is presented comprising a housing and a frame wherein the housing is attached the frame, which in turn is releasably secured between the mounting brackets of a conventional toilet tissue roll holder. The frame includes parallel-spaced opposing support arms and mounting means. The mounting means is intended to be positioned on either side of a toilet tissue roll such that the expandable spindle provided as part of a conventional toilet tissue dispenser may engage or pass through said mounting means.
