  • Patent number: 7614882
Abstract: An electrical connector is disclosed. Connection targets have edges, respectively, on which conductive portions are formed. The electrical connector serves to electrically connect the conductive portions of connection targets with the edges facing each other. The electrical connector comprises an electrode sheet, a press member and a connection keeper. The electrode sheet comprises an insulation sheet and an electrode pattern formed on the insulation sheet. The press member is made of elastic material distinct from the electrode sheet. The press member is arranged to press the electrode pattern against the conductive portions of the connection targets when the press member is compressed, so that the conductive portions of the connection targets are connected to each other by the electrode pattern. The connection keeper is configured to keep the connection between the conductive portions of the connection targets with the press member compressed.

  • Patent number: 7614353
Abstract: A sowing device having a travelling framework (2) is described, which comprises a storage roll (3) for a seed strip (4) equipped with individual grains (5) of a seed, and an unwinding unit (6) for the seed strip (4) drivable as a function of the travel distance. To ensure a precise deposit of the seed grains (5), it is suggested that a sensor (15) for the individual grains (5) in the seed strip (4) be provided in the area of the seed strip section (14) between the unwinding unit (6) and a ground-proximal deflection roll (8), and a control unit (16), connected on one hand to the sensor (15) and on the other hand to a travel distance encoder (18), activate the drive (17) of the unwinding unit (6) as a function of the difference between the actual location of the seed grains (5) detected by the sensor (15) and a setpoint location predefinable with the aid of the travel distance encoder (18).

  • Patent number: 7610709
Abstract: An antidismantling device for preventing dismantling of a hand-gun when a cartridge is present in the barrel (102) of the hand-gun, the barrel (102) being mounted in a breech block (110), and a guide pin (123), which is biased at least indirectly in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the barrel (102), is slidably mounted in a bearing (113) in the breech block (110), and one end of the guide pin at least indirectly abuts a contact surface (121) for making contact with part of a cartridge (101), and the position of the guide pin in relation to the breech block (110) when a cartridge (101) is present in the barrel (102) differs from the position thereof assumed in the absence of a cartridge (101) in the barrel (102) is created in that the guide pin (123) interacts at least indirectly with a safety mechanism (141) provided on the grip of the hand-gun in order to prevent dismantling of the breech block (110) when a cartridge (101) is present in the barrel (102) of the handgun.

  • Patent number: 7611169
Abstract: A device for coupling a coolant supply to a roller, especially for continuous casting installations mounts the roller in a pillow block via journals and roller bearings. The roller can be supplied with a coolant via at least one axial borehole guided through the journals. The device includes a sealing unit, preferably in the form of an elastic sleeve, that can be fixed to the journal in a pressure-tight manner, in order to carry out the coupling to the borehole and a pillow block cover that can be fixed to the pillow block for covering the borehole and includes at least one coolant channel that can be connected to the coolant supply. An insert can be introduced into the pillow block cover in order to couple the borehole to the coolant channel.

  • Patent number: 7610736
Abstract: In a method for the gas-tight packing of objects with film material bearing tightly against the objects, by means of a vacuum, wherein the object is inserted in a bowl and a deep-drawable film is connected to the bowl for sealing the bowl, and wherein a bowl with at least one peripheral edge is used for forming the packaging material, the deep-drawable film is cut to the dimension of the peripheral edge and the deep-drawable film is subsequently or simultaneously applied to the peripheral edge in a gas-tight manner. A further film is then cut to the dimension of the peripheral edge during the application of the deep-drawable film, or after its application, and the further film is subsequently or simultaneously applied to the peripheral edge. The further film remains approximately in the plane of the peripheral edge after its application. A system for the gas-tight packing of objects with a first cutting device for a deep-drawable film has at least one cutting device for a further film.

  • Patent number: 7607398
Abstract: A method and device for metering and feeding pulverized fuels under pressure into gasification reactors, with the pulverized fuel being supplied alternately from an operational bunker through pressurized sluices to a metering tank, in the bottom of which a dense fluidized bed is formed by introducing fluidizing gas through a turbulence plate, with transport pipes immersed in the fluidized bed horizontally or vertically, by which the fluidized fuel is fed continuously through burners to a pressurized gasification reactor. By feeding in auxiliary gas in the immediate vicinity of the transport line inlet into the metering tank or the transport lines, the pressure differential between the metering tank and the gasification reactor is controlled and is utilized as a control parameter for pulverized fuel transport.
