Abstract: A telescoping assembly is attached to a base for supporting the assembly above a floor. The assembly includes nestable elongated members having threaded sleeves configured to tighten the members in place in a nested position and in an extended position. A trouble light hook is attached to a distal end of the elongated member which is most distal from the base when the assembly is in a fully extended position.

Abstract: A rigid elongated member with a first end and a second end has a handle disposed at the first end. A substantially straight shank portion protrudes from the handle and can either be notched or smooth. The elongated member extends past the shank to further form an arcuate segment near the second end of the tool. The tool terminates at the second end with a straight segment which is coaxial with the shank.

Abstract: A playing piece includes a base and an ornamental attachment. At least one aperture within the base is configured to snugly receive a pin within, such that a distal end of the pin extends beyond a top surface of the base. The ornamental attachment includes at least one receiving hole configured to snugly receive the distal end of the pin therein, thereby firmly affixing the ornamental attachment to the base. A game board includes a substantially transparent first panel having a gaming area marked thereon for resting the playing piece thereon, the first panel being substantially transparent. An ornamental structure is configured for attachment to the first panel such that at least a portion of the ornamental structure is disposed below the first panel a pre-determined distance away from the first panel when the game board is positioned in an upright position and ready for playing thereon, and the ornamental structure is viewable through the first panel.

Abstract: An adult tricycle is provided comprised of a standard conventional adult tricycle and a double occupancy child seat connected with the operator's portion of the vehicle. In this configuration a child or children would be able to sit in a safe environment behind the operator's seat. The child's seat includes a padded seat with seat belts, and an enclosed front, sides, and back, in order to prevent accidental entanglement between the passengers and any of the moving parts. With the seating area being part of the operator portion of the tricycle, as opposed to a trailer-style, the tricycle achieves much greater stability and security for both operator and passengers.

Abstract: An arm structure comprises a first arm and a second arm. The first arm is attached to a base and extends generally upwardly therefrom, while being pivotable about an axis perpendicular to its elongated axis. The second arm extends horizontally outwardly from the first arm. A height of a distal end of the second arm above the base is adjustable. The arm structure is configured such that when the second arm is struck by a swinging golf club, the second arm automatically returns generally to the position relative to the base which it had immediately prior to being struck.In one embodiment, a resilient sleeve extends outwardly from a distal end of the second leg. In another embodiment, opposing first and second sleeves are provided at a juncture of the first and second legs. The second sleeve has an elliptically shaped surface adjacent an elliptically shaped surface of the first sleeve.

Abstract: A lid has a first side, and a second side opposite the first side. The lid is adapted to cover an opening of a paint can such that the second side faces an inside of the paint can. An internally threaded first shaft is mounted to the lid such that the first shaft is rotatable about a longitudinal axis thereof with respect to the lid. A paddle is connected to the first shaft on the second side of the lid. An externally threaded second shaft is partially received within the first shaft and extends generally perpendicularly outward from the first side of the lid. The first shaft is rotated when the second shaft is translated along the first shaft. In another embodiment, the second shaft is not externally threaded, but is formed from an elongated planar member coiled about a longitudinal axis thereof, and the first shaft has a coiled internal slot configured to receive the second shaft.

Abstract: A clasp is affixed to the underside of a barrette body. The barette body supports a reusable adhesive tape on its upper surface. At least one ornamental appendage includes a smooth surface attractive to the adhesive tape, wherein the ornamental appendage is releasably connectable to the barrette body.

Abstract: A structure is adapted to rest on a top surface of an oven, surrounding a burner of the oven. The structure is adapted to support a pan such that the pan is tilted and positioned above the burner. The structure further comprises a barrier depending outwardly from the structure for keeping the pan from sliding off of the structure.

Abstract: A frame includes a hanging surface adapted to be adjacent a wall when the frame is hung, and a front surface generally opposite the hanging surface. A level indicator is recessed within the frame and is visible when viewing the front surface of the frame. A removable cover plate is configured to conceal the level indicator from view. In another embodiment, the level indicator is visible when looking upward at the frame from below the frame when the frame is hung on a wall.

Abstract: A substantially rectangular housing includes a broad planar face which includes a stenciled warning therein, such as "SLOW DOWN". A colored, transparent plate is disposed immediately behind the face. A strobe light and at least one lamp are contained within the housing behind the face and the plate. A circuit within the housing is adapted to be electrically connected in a known manner to the brake system of an automobile. The brake light is adapted for connection to an automobile. The circuit is configured in a known manner to activate the lamp in a steady manner when a driver applies the brakes of the automobile, as indicated through the brake system. If the brakes remain applied for a first pre-determined time period, for example 2 seconds, the strobe light will activate in a flashing manner. The strobe light will deactivate after a second pre-determined time period, for example 4 seconds. If at any time the brakes are released, both the strobe light and the lamp will be deactivated.

Abstract: An improved attachment means for attaching a tuning device to a stringed instrument is disclosed. With a tuning device having a housing forming an integral cylindrical portion, a gusset is affixed to the housing extending in an angular line into a mating groove provided in the lower side of the instrument head of equal angularity to said gusset.

Abstract: A generally v-shaped bar includes two legs and a radiused apex. A connector is attached to two ends of the bar opposite the apex and is adapted for connection to a front of a bicycle above a front tire. The connections of the ends of the bar to the connector are lower than the connection of the connector to the bicycle when the bicycle is upright. The bar extends away from the connector toward the apex. The legs are disposed above and on opposing sides of the front tire of the bicycle when the connector is attached to the front of the bicycle above the front tire. A clasp is configured to freely slide along the bar and to releasably and securely attach to a pet leash.

Abstract: A plurality of flexible enclosures are disposed within an article of furniture. The enclosures are positioned to receive the weight of a person resting on the furniture. The enclosures contain a liquid such as water therein. A plurality of electric coils are positioned within the furniture. Each electric coil is within a water-resistant cover, and each cover is positioned adjacent to one of the enclosures. The coils are electrically connected to a controller for changing heat output from the coils, and the coils are electrically connectable to a power source. A water-resistant liner is positioned generally beneath the enclosures. Cushioning material is positioned generally beneath the liner. Foam padding is positioned generally above the enclosures.

Abstract: A container forms a shoulder disposed annularly about an opening in the container. The container contains a scented liquid therein. A cap is configured to removably cover the opening. The cap includes a ring thereon for tying a cord thereto, for hanging the cap from a tree branch. A plurality of elongated members are attached to the cap. Each of the elongated members includes a catch member at a distal end thereof and disposed outward from the elongated member. Each of the catch members is configured to retain the container thereon by seating beneath the shoulder, thus the container is suspendable below the cap when the cap is removed from the opening. A flexible, planar member forms a base of the cap. The planar member includes a slot formed therein. The slot is configured to snugly retain an end of an elongated wick therein.

Abstract: A container is adapted to contain a spare tire therein. The container includes a substantially planar member and a wall forming a substantially perpendicular angle with the substantially planar member. The container is adapted to be fastened to an underside of a vehicle such that the substantially planar member is substantially adjacent the underside of the vehicle and the wall extends downwardly from the substantially planar member. A seal is adapted to be positioned between the substantially planar member and the underside of the vehicle. An aperture in the substantially planar member is adapted for a spare tire support member to extend downwardly through the substantially planar member from the underside of the vehicle and into the container. A covering member is configured to cover an open end of the container opposite of the substantially planar member.
