Abstract: A cooker adapted for use in a microwave oven and comprising: a vessel for holding a material to be cooked and water; an outside lid for covering the vessel; and an inside cover disposed between the vessel and the outside lid and capable of storing components boiled over from the contents in the vessel during a boiling stage thereof, and capable of returning the boiled-over components to the vessel after the boiling stage. In this cooker, the inside cover is provided with a hole for returning the boiled-over components to the vessel and is supported so as to be able to move in a vertical direction, a vapor path is formed by the inside cover, the vessel and the outside lid in a peripheral portion of the inside cover when the inside cover is raised by an inner pressure of the vessel, and a closing member is provided in the outside lid, which member is capable of closing the hole for returning the boiled-over components when the inside cover is raised by the inner pressure of the vessel.

Abstract: A machine tool, in particular a machine for working with punches and dies parts formed from sheet material, comprises an essentially C-shaped frame made up of two parallel-connected, essentially C-shaped frame parts. The first frame part is designed to absorb the reaction forces from forces exerted by tools placed between the arms of the C-shaped parts. The second frame part is designed to hold the tools in a desired position relative to each other. The two C-shaped frame parts near the ends of the arms thereof are connected to each other only by means of a hinge joint between the bottom arm of the first C-shaped frame part and the neighboring bottom arm of the second C-shaped frame part, and a connecting element which at one side is hingedly connected to the top arm of the first C-shaped frame part by means of a hinge joint and at the other side is connected to the top arm of the second C-shaped frame part.

Abstract: A structural model of the human craniomandibular system, comprises a cranium part, a flexible column formed by a plurality of vertebra parts interconnected by at least two elastic bands and by universal couplings, the top vertebra part rotatably supporting the cranium part. The cranium part is provided in opposite side faces thereof with cavities serving as bearing surfaces. A mandible part has top faces adapted to cooperate with said bearing surfaces and form a joint for movement of the mandible part, according to several degrees of freedom. Further, there are provided a hyoid part, a sternum part (41), a pair of clavicle parts coupled with said sternum part by universal couplings as well as a pair of scapula parts coupled with a respective clavicle part by universal couplings, the aforementioned parts being interconnected by a plurality of resilient members, arranged in pairs, which simulate the muscle functions.

Abstract: A personal mobility vehicle comprises front and rear frame sections which can be disassembled and assembled. The frame sections are secured together by a pivotable detachable connection such that the rear frame section is lockingly received in the rear portion of the front frame section and the length of the assembled frame is substantially the same as the length of the front frame section itself.

Abstract: A heating appliance has a burner of the type having full premixing and forced draught and a mixing chamber to which an air supply line and a fuel supply are connected. The mixing chamber has a burner plate which is provided with apertures and which adjoins a combustion chamber in which a heat exchanger is disposed some distance from the burner plate and is passed through by the medium to be heated. A flue is connected to the combustion chamber. The effective heat transfer of the flue gases to the heat exchanger is varied depending on the load on the heating appliance.

Abstract: A medium and a method for filling or replacing the horn wall or horny parts of the coffin of the hoof of an animal, particularly a horse, the medium consisting of a mixture of a plurality of components, of which one is a synthetic resin and another consists of filler particles such as wood, rubber, cork or a combination of filler particles, the mixture being adapted to be cured by the addition of a hardening catalyst and optionally an accelerator, and the method comprising first freeing the horse's hoof of the parts which are to be replaced, whereupon the shoe is placed under the hoof with the nails already in the correct desired positions, the whole area there being degreased, for example with acetone, thereupon all holes being liberally filled with a medium which hardens in the course of time, the outer surface then being finished after the filling medium has become touch-hard.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for very accurately metering a quantity by weight of food for being supplied to small livestock, such as poultry, which small livestock is present in a number of cages placed one behind the other. The outflow of food from a foodhopper filled with food, can be stop the moment when is determined that the receiving trough contains a sufficient quantity of food. This quantity of food corresponds to a certain desired quantity of food per animal multiplied by the number of animals to be fed. After the receiving trough has been filled it is emptied for example into a feed trough. The preference the device is provided with a sensor or the like which can scan an indicator which can be fastened to a cage, which indicator emits a signal indicating the number of animals present in that cage.

Abstract: The pozzolanic properteis of a pozzolanic material, such as a fly ash, are improved by mixing the pozzolanic material with a calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide containing material and water in such a way that at the time of associating or bringing together the abovementioned components the mixture has or immediately attains a temperature of more than 50.degree. C., preferably at least 80.degree. C., most preferably 85.degree. to 100.degree. C.A mixture of pozzolanic material and calciumoxyde and/or calcium hydroxide may be preheated, water subsequently is added to said mixture.Hot water may be used and is preferably added as one mass at one moment.The pozzolanic material obtained from the process of the invention is suitable as cement substitute, as material for manufacturing building articles and a binder for occluding one or more fillers to be introduced into a chemical process or one or more fillers presenting noxious properties.

Abstract: A vibration tester for measuring the looseness of thread connections is disclosed which comprises a support frame, a specimen holding section mounted in the support frame and a pair of pneumatic hammers mounted at both ends of the specimen holding section. The specimen holding section consists of a largely cylindrical shaped hollow holder, a strain gauge provided and attached to the gauge carrier for measuring the looseness of specimens, a vibrating plate mounted on the hollow holder in contact with the pneumatic hammers in such a manner as to be subjected to blows from the pneumatic hammers, and a guide mechanism adapted to guide the direction of pneumatic hammer blows. With this arrangement, the pneumatic hammers are activated to deliver impacts to the vibrating plates, with the bolt making up the specimen set on the tester by being inserted through the gauge carrier, hollow holder and vibratory plate, with the nut tightened to the protruding end of the bolt.

Abstract: A process for feeding an injection molding machine including polyester processing with a plastic material to be processed comprising the steps of placing the plastic material to be processed into a container having two opposed open ends and closing these open ends with removable covers. There is provided a frame which is pivotable between intake and discharge positions around an axis supported between a pair of spaced parallel surfaces and there are means on the frame for carrying the containers. The closed container is placed on the carrying means in an intake position and the covers are retracted from the container ends. The swivel frame is pivoted to displace the open ended container of plastic material between the two parallel spaced surfaces from the intake position into a discharge position at the feed cylinder of the machine. The parallel surfaces are spaced the length of the container.

Abstract: A device to clean the nozzle of a welding torch in which the nozzle is inserted into the cleaning device, is cleaned by rotating blades and after cleaning the nozzle is sprayed with an anti-adhesive. In front of the access opening there is a cutting device which, when the nozzle is removed from the access opening, cuts off the tip of the welding rod that protrudes out of the nozzle.

The drawing device consists of a draw lever (19) rotatably mounted in support (2) of the crossbow and a pusher (22) pivoted on the latter, a pusher which works with shooting slide (14) connected to string (4). On the upper side of support (2) a centrally running longitudinal groove (11, 26) is provided in which drawing device (19, 22) can be inserted in its rest position.
