Abstract: The present invention is a heavy equipment vehicle for laying pipe, such as a modified excavator. The vehicle includes an undercarriage with a tracks for moving, an excavator cab mounted to the undercarriage by a rotating platform, a counterweight mounted to the cab, a boom having a first arm and a second arm, two pipe hoists, and an excavator tool attachment. The excavator tool attachment can be a bucket, scoop, grapple, a pulverizer, claw or a hammer of an excavator. Each arm of the vehicle has a pipe hoist attached to an underside thereof. The pipe hoist element is a two-block hoist with a top block and a bottom block with a hook extending downward, and a winch with line connecting to the two-block hoist, such that the line lowers and raises a hook connected to a harness of a pipe. The boom can also have stabilizer attachments.

Abstract: The present invention provides a scooter with two chair backs. The scooter includes a main body containing a wheel seat, a pedal and front/rear wheel set; two chair back supports, assembled separately onto both sides on the back of wheel seat of the main body; and two chair backs, incorporated onto at least one chair back support via the connecting frame and transversely arranged at interval. The scooter of the present invention substantially improves the structural functionality and comfort of the chair back of the scooter, and also meets the diversified customer requirements with improved applicability.

Abstract: A pocketformer apparatus for post-tension construction has an anchor member with an interior passageway, a tubular member extending into the interior passageway, a cup member with an interior opening in which the tubular member extends through the interior opening, and a securement member affixed adjacent the opposite end of the tubular member from the anchor body. The interior passageway has a threaded portion. The tubular member has a first end retained in the threaded portion. The tubular member has the second end extending outwardly of a side of the anchor body opposite the threaded portion. The cup member is interposed between the securement member and the anchor member. A form board is interposed between the cup member and the securement member. The threaded portion is an internal thread formed on an non-tapered portion of the interior passageway.

Abstract: The present invention provides a lamp adapter, including a first adapter, a second adapter and a short-circuit. These two adapters are separately coupled between two incoming ends of T5 lamp and T8 socket. The first adapter contains a circuit board, and the second adapter is used for the coupling of the other pin pitch of the lamp. The short-circuit enables functional short-circuiting of the starter of T8 socket, so that the current from the power supply is fed from both ends of T5 lamp to highlight T5 lamp through the circuit of first and second adapters. The shunt circuit is arranged between the connecting circuit (of the input inductor and T5 lamp connector terminal) and cathode loop. The T5 lamp can be mounted onto the T8 socket without changing any structure and components, thus realizing energy-saving and environmental protection with higher intensity of illumination.

Abstract: An attachment for a hair dryer has a hollow body portion with an upper end in fluid communication with a lower end, a lip connected to and extending upwardly from the upper end of the hollow body portion, and a nozzle extending through an opening in the lip. The nozzle has a connector for connecting the attachment to a hair dryer and a tip interior of the lip pointing generally downwardly toward the hollow body portion. The nozzle is rotatable such that the tip of the nozzle can be directionally adjusted. A baffle is affixed to an opening at the lower end of the hollow body portion.

Abstract: A post-tension apparatus has an anchor member having a cavity formed in an interior thereof, a tendon extending through the cavity of the anchor member the has an unsheathed portion and a sheathed portion, an encapsulation affixed to the anchor member and extending thereover that has a trumpet formed at one end of the anchor member, a sheathing lock positioned in the cavity and engaged with the sheathed portion of the tendon, a seal affixed within the trumpet so as to reside in liquid-tight sealing relation with the sheathed portion of the tendon, and wedges recessed in the cavity of the anchor member. The pair of wedges is engaged with the unsheathed portion of the tendon. The sheathing lock is positioned adjacent an end of the pair of wedges.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for making a thermoplastic composite part by molding. The method includes making several portions of the part according to a molding method, the molding method including placing, in a mold, a composite material containing fibers embedded in a thermoplastic matrix, while arranging the material so that the fibers contained therein are oriented along one or more preferred directions; submitting the mold to particular pressure and temperature conditions, knowing that for each of the different portions the fibers may be of different natures and dimensions, and may be oriented in different directions, while the thermoplastic matrix and that of the material used for making the first portion are identical or compatible; and assembling the different portions obtained, placing them in a mold, and submitting the latter to particular pressure and temperature conditions.

Abstract: Disclosed is an adhesive hemostatic agent based on non-blood constituents including DOPA, able to strongly adhere to collagen fibers. The agent includes an antifibrinolytic agent in addition to an esterified atelocollagen which is non-immunogenic and may become positively charged thereon such that the adhesive hemostatic agent has no possibility of mediating particular diseases or viral infections (HIV, HCV, HBV, CMV, etc), unlike conventional agents comprising blood constituents, and readily binds to negatively charged platelets at high adhesive strength, thus inducing quick blood coagulation. Also, provided is a method for preparing the same.

Abstract: The present invention provides an end-side heat extraction light emitting diode or LED lamp. The LED lamp includes a lamp housing, a cooling module, and an LED lighting set. The cooling module is configured inside the housing space of the lamp housing, having a cooling fan and a cooling base. The LED lighting set is configured on the LED joint surface of the cooling base. The end-side heat extraction LED lamp also includes a circular frame and an end-side heat extraction airflow guidance passage. The circular frame forms a space extending and expanding to the end side. The end-side heat extraction airflow guidance passage forms an airflow guidance space extending and expanding to the end side, forming a heat radiating path where the heat extraction airflow generated by the running cooling fan of the LED lamp can be exhausted from the light projection end of the lamp housing.

Abstract: The present invention provides a magnetic doorstop, which is attached to the multidirectional joint of the existing sectional shelf. The doorstep includes a block type main part, which is of block type and has an mounting end and a holder; a clamp mouth, which is concave on the mounting end of the main part and displays a v-shape; and a magnetic part set on the holder of the main part. The magnetic doorstop can clamp the edge of corner recess of a multidirectional joint by the clamp mouth, and when the flexible door piece pivots to close, the magnetic part on the holder of the holding magnetic doorstop attracts the magnet at one corner of the frame bar of the flexible door piece and holds it. Thus, the flexible door piece can be held close.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing system of an assembled shoe or moccasin. The system incorporates a shock-absorbing insert inserted in a space obtained inside a false-heel. The false heal is formed by a special rigid frame that basically includes a horseshoe collar.

Abstract: An auto-release tourniquet apparatus has a strap, a housing having a first slot therein suitable for receiving a first end of the strap and a second slot suitable for receiving another portion of the strap therein, and a strap releasing mechanism positioned in the housing. The strap releasing mechanism serves to release at least one of the first and second ends of the strap from the housing after a predetermined period of time. A solenoid is positioned in the housing and acts upon the first end of the strap so as to allow for the ejection of the first end of the strap from the first slot after the predetermined period of time. A strap tensioning mechanism is associated with the second slot of the housing for allowing the strap to be suitably tensioned.

Abstract: The present invention provides a retractable dual-purpose file folder, including a retractable chamber with a front panel, a rear panel, a retractable bottom wall, two retractable side walls and an accommodation space. A plurality of three-sided sealed spacers is arranged at intervals into the accommodation space of the retractable chamber, the bottom of which is coupled onto the retractable bottom wall. There is a multi-section locator, including first and second locators. The first locator is arranged onto the front panel, and the second locator arranged on the rear panel. The invention includes positioning bands, each with a positioning end located securely on the front panel and a moveable end with a mating portion mated securely with the first and second locators. The retractable dual-purpose file folder can be accommodated into the brief case and placed uprightly on the table for meeting the diversified customer requirements with better applicability.

Abstract: The residential building whose majority of components are prefabricated in a factory, includes a foundation supporting a bed, walls erected on the bed, a ceiling supported on the walls and a roof supported on the walls. The foundation is formed of foundation blocks that are cast on-site, in appropriate excavations, and joints by forms of stringers also cast on-site in appropriate excavations. Each foundation block is provided with a vertical pillar prefabricated in a factory, each vertical pillar having a horizontal upper planar face. The upper planer faces of the pillars are arranged along the same horizontal plane, receiving and supporting, at a distance from the ground, the bed of the building. The invention also relates to a method and device used for realizing the wall elements manually or automatically in a continuous manner.

Abstract: Present invention relates to a slotted toothbrush body and neck. The toothbrush body has an elastomer part with a PP part and adhesion legs. The adhesion legs have surfaces in contact with a toothbrush holder/glass. There are PP bridges forming the toothbrush neck, and an elastomer section supports the bridges forming the toothbrush neck. Teeth are better cleaned, and gingival get less deteriorated by pivotal movement of the head in the front and back direction and right and left direction. Also, the toothbrush can be secured to the toothbrush holder/glass edge without contacting other toothbrushes.

Abstract: A device is provided for use in training a golfer to hit swing shots. The device includes an indicator securable to a shaft or handgrip of a golf club by an attachment device such that it points along a line at a predetermined acute angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the shaft. Preferably, the indicator is movable relative to the attachment device. In this case, a clamp is provided that allows movement of the indicator, such that it can be moved to point along a range of acute angles relative to the shaft and that can be tightened to clamp the indicator at a selected angle of the range. A plate with a scale marked thereon can also be provided and the indicator can include one or more needles that can be moved relative to the plate across the scale.
