    Abstract: An IC device to be inspected is received in a chamber, and an IC tester Judges performance of the IC device. An electrical connection device is arranged outside the chamber and has a conductive passage electrically connecting between the IC tester and the IC device. An IC socket is retained on the electrical connection device, for having the IC device inserted therein. A magnetometric sensor is arranged close to the conductive passage of the electrical connection device, for detecting a magnetic field generated when electric current is supplied to the IC device. A temperature control device controls a temperature of the IC device. A control unit controls the temperature control device based on a signal delivered from the magnetometric sensor, to maintain the temperature of the IC device within a predetermined temperature range.

    Abstract: A label printing apparatus is provided into which a configuration of a label-affix object and a value defining the configuration, for example a value of a diameter in a case of a circular cylinder, are input. In accordance with an operational expression of the input value of the diameter and a length of an outer circumference of the input configuration, a length of a label to be wound around an outer circumference of the label-affix object is calculated. Feeding a tape by the length from a tape cassette, a printing is performed to the tape so that respective characters of a string of characters or symbols such as a name separately input are evenly arranged in the determined length. Therefore, in accordance with the outer circumference of the label-affix object, the length of the label can be automatically set up for the printing. Further, an overlap allowance is added, as necessary.

    Abstract: A lens barrel (lens frame structure) using a cam mechanism with a cam follower is provided in which deviation of engagement of a frame member at an engaging part of the cam-follower is less likely to happen. A cam ring and a lens holding frame of the lens barrel are connected through the cam-follower, with a first cam groove running obliquely to an optical axis and a second cam groove running along the periphery direction of the optical axis. The second cam groove comprises an oblique cam plane and a parallel wall plane, and the cam-follower has a conical surface in sliding contact with the cam plane and a circular ring part in sliding contact with the parallel wall plane. The circular ring part digs into the parallel wall plane and deviation of the cam ring is prevented, if the cam ring comes to be distorted by applying careless stress to the cam follower.

After the elapsed time is more than two hours, an alarm is sounded at intervals of two minutes (steps SA13-SA14) to urge a user to acquire new ephemeris data at a spot suitable for receiving radio waves from the satellites before an effective term of the old ephemeris data is expired.
