Abstract: A latch-up protection circuit for LCD driver is provided. The latch-up protection circuit for LCD driver comprises an NMOS, a switch and a capacitor. The NMOS comprises a drain electrically connected to a ground; a source electrically connected to a negative voltage source; and a gate. The switch is electrically connected to the gate to receive a control signal, wherein the switch switches between a positive voltage source and the negative voltage source according to the control signal; and the capacitor is electrically connected to the positive voltage source and the gate.

The novel inulin products consist of a particular mixture of an easily fermentable inulin (EFI) component and a hardly fermentable inulin (HFI) component. The nutritional effects/benefits include dietary fiber effects, improved mineral absorption, particularly calcium and magnesium, bone mineral density increase, reduction of bone mineral density loss, modulation of lipid metabolism, stimulation of the immune system, and anti-cancer effects.

Abstract: A technique for bonding an organic group with the surface of fine particles such as nanoparticles through strong linkage is provided, whereas such fine particles are attracting attention as materials essential for development of high-tech products because of various unique excellent characteristics and functions thereof. Organically modified metal oxide fine particles can be obtained by adapting high-temperature, high-pressure water as a reaction field to bond an organic matter with the surface of metal oxide fine particles through strong linkage. The use of the same condition enables not only the formation of metal oxide fine particles but also the organic modification of the formed fine particles. The resulting organically modified metal oxide fine particles exhibit excellent properties, characteristics and functions.

Abstract: Light emitted from a light source and having a wavelength of 400 nm is reflected by a beam splitter (BS), and converged on a disk according to a next-generation standard. Reflection light therefrom passes through the BS and is received by a photodetector. Light emitted from a light source and having a wavelength of 660 nm is reflected by the BS and passes through the BS, and converged on a disk according to a DVD standard. Reflection light therefrom passes through the BS and is received by the photodetector. About 50% of light emitted from a light source and having a wavelength of 780 nm is reflected by the BS. The light passes through the BS and is then converged on a disk according to a CD standard. Reflection light therefrom passes through the BS. About 50% of the light passes through the BS and is received by the photodetector. Thus, recording and reproduction can be performed on any of disks according to a next-generation standard, DVD standard, and CD standard.
Abstract: An LCD device includes front substrate and rear substrate sandwiching therebetween an LC layer, front polarizing film and rear polarizing film disposed on the front side of the front substrate and the rear side of the rear substrate, respectively, and a reflecting film disposed on the rear side of the rear polarizing film.
