Abstract: The present disclosure provides an RTD that is released from a single primary platform to collect signals from a target emitter and relay data back to a single primary platform, enabling the precise geo-location of the target emitter to be determined in a minimal amount of time. The RTD is released from a single platform and quickly creates a long signal collection baseline between the released RTD and the single platform. Various techniques for determining geo-location may be used with the present disclosure, such as angle of arrival (AOA), time difference of arrival (TDOA), and frequency difference of arrival (FDOA) methods.

At least one connector is integrated into the porous substrate allowing adjoining electrically connectable tile modules to be electrically connected to the porous substrate. At least one electrical element is disposed over the top side of the porous substrate and electrically connected to the at least one connector.
Abstract: A system and method for sensing proximity of an object includes a signal generator, which generates a plurality of signals. A transducer is in communication with the signal generator to receive the plurality of signals from the signal generator. The transducer is capable of transforming a plurality of signals from the signal generator into a plurality of ultrasonic waves. The plurality of ultrasonic waves includes a first ultrasonic wave and a second ultrasonic wave, wherein the first ultrasonic wave and the second ultrasonic wave are formed out of phase. The plurality of ultrasonic waves are directed toward and reflected by the object. The transducer receives the plurality of ultrasonic waves reflected by the object, which become a plurality of received ultrasonic waves. An analog to digital converter is in communication with the transducer. The received plurality of ultrasonic waves reflected by the object is communicated to the analog to digital converter by the transducer.

Abstract: A hardware is used to perform an SSDT processing, thereby avoiding performance degradation than otherwise would occur due to load increase caused by a software processing, and thereby realizing a base station that can instantaneously perform a transmission control and provide a high speed site selection. In order to perform a site selection diversity power control (SSDT) for the purpose of reducing the amount of interference that would be caused by transmitting the same data to a plurality of cells or antennas during soft-handover, an encode processing part (1) is used to add a transmission control bit to the transmitted data. In response to this transmission control bit, a transmission control signal selecting circuit (206) selects a transmission control signal of destination.
