Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus including a plurality of pixels, wherein each pixel includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an intermediate layer disposed between the first and second electrodes and including a plurality of layers including a light emitting layer, at least two pixels adjacent in a first direction form a pixel group, and at least one of the layers of the intermediate layer of the at least two adjacent pixels of the pixel group is integrated, and a distance between pixels in the pixel group is smaller than a distance between adjacent pixel groups.
Abstract: An optical prism sheet includes an optical refracting part including a plurality of unit prisms, the unit prisms each having a predetermined cross-section and being disposed on one side of the optical prism sheet, and fine irregularities having a predetermined roughness and configured to diffuse light, the fine irregularities being on surfaces of the unit prisms and increasing a unit surface area of the optical refracting part by about 1.1 to about 100 times.

Abstract: In an etching method, a thin layer is formed on a first surface of a first substrate doped with first impurities having a first doping concentration. The thin layer is doped with second impurities having a second doping concentration lower than the first doping concentration. A second substrate is formed on the thin layer. The organic emissive layer may be easily formed in the opening because a step between the organic emissive layer and the pixel define layer may be reduced as a portion of pixel define layer fills the groove.
