The LED drive device comprises the LED, a continuous low current driver for continuously supplying current which is lower than or equal to rated current of the LED to the LED, a high-current pulse driver for supplying current which is higher than the rated current of the LED to the LED for a predetermined period of time, and a mode selector for selecting one of the continuous low current driver and the high-current pulse driver to drive the LED. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent unnecessary power consumption and deterioration of reliability of the LED, and obtain an image of brighter picture quality.

The present invention also reduces a required size of the buffer of the base station by allowing a partially-generation of the indirect acknowledgement packet.

In order to process variable-length high-speed packets, packet multiplexing instead of simple TDM is used and a larger input bandwidth than an output bandwidth is used, so that a statistical multiplex effect is accomplished. In addition, standard interface is used for input and output interface, so existing universal chips can be used.

And it is determined whether the inputted multimedia data is pornography or not, by comparing the measured similarity degree with the similarity measurement threshold value. According to the invention, accurate pornography determining is possible, because the invention uses the contents of the multimedia data for determining.

The vibration unit is vertically vibrated by an electromagnetic force produced from at least one of the voice coil and the vibration coil. A switch selectively applies the audio signal to the vibration coil. The multi-function actuator can prevent the vibration of the vibration unit during sound generation in response to user's switch selection.

The resulting ozone gas is then dispelled through a suitable vent, and can disinfect the mouse or its surrounding area, and disinfect or clean the surrounding area.
