Abstract: Data address profiling allows determination of sources of code execution hindrance with different perspectives of memory references and allows correlation of sampled runtime events and memory reference objects, such as cache lines. Associating sampled runtime events with data addresses provides for efficient and targeted optimization of code with respect to data addresses and physical and/or logical memory reference objects (e.g., memory segments, heap variables, variable instances, stack variables, etc.). An instruction instance is identified in relation to a sampled runtime event. A data address is determined from the instruction instance. From the determined address, a memory reference object is ascertained.

Abstract: A system and method links one or more disparate community awareness management (CAM) datasets for a community awareness program (CAP) with one or more spatial layers to create linked CAM datasets. One or more data attributes common to a CAM dataset and a spatial layer are identified, and the link is defined between the CAM dataset and the spatial layer. The spatial layer and the linked CAM dataset then may be queried using a single input query. Features from the spatial layer and features from the linked CAM dataset that match the query are generated for display. In one embodiment, a system and method manage CAP assets, transactions, interest areas for the CAP, and buffer areas for the CAP. An audience utility enables entering and maintaining audience data for the CAP. A journal utility enables making journal entries for one or more audience members, CAP assets, transactions, and/or other CAM data. A link document utility enables linking one or more documents to CAM data.

Abstract: An ankle-foot orthotic is provide for assisting persons having lower extremity weakness including weak dorsiflexor and plantar flexor muscle groups. A combination of flexible and stiff polypropylene and polyethylene materials are used to assist in the transfer of energy along the components of the ankle-foot orthotic to mimic normal gait.

Abstract: A wipe container configured to fit in garments and bags with pockets that allow access to the wipes from the outside of the bag or garment. In one example, a carrying bag includes a pocket with a defined area having a dimension sufficient to receive the dispenser. Besides an opening in which to insert the dispenser, the pocket or specifically defined area has an additional opening or “window”. The dispenser includes a container having a first opening and a retaining assembly having a second opening that snaps to the container such that the opening are aligned. The retaining assembly secures the dispenser within the pocket and with respect to the pocket window. A lid is secured to the retaining assembly and placed over the second window, and when opened allows access through the first and second openings to wipes stored in the container.
Abstract: Provided is a system and method for route planning and evaluation. The system includes a host object location device operable to provide the location of a host object over the passage of time. A sensor is also provided, operable to sense objects and data from an environment proximate to the host object. A computer is operatively coupled to the location device, the sensor device, a chart library and a display. The computer includes a route generator operable to generate a predicted route of at least one sensed object. The route generator is also operable to generate a planned route of the host object. The planned and predicted routes are displayed to an operator upon the display. In response to a predicted proximate convergence of the host object and at least one sensed object, the convergence signaled to the operator.

Abstract: An automatic sensing power system automatically has a voltage sampling system that samples a voltage from an electrical device, determines a power requirement for the electrical device, converts power to the required level, and outputs the power to the electrical device when the electrical device is connected to the automatic sensing power system.
Abstract: The invention generally provides molecular biosensors. The molecular biosensors are useful in competition assays to detect the presence of a target molecule.
Abstract: An actuable truss with ordered or disordered planar or strut elements or pore walls may be seeded with tissue cells, wherein application of a magnetic field may result in mechanical strain on the cells and increased fluid flow in and out of the truss structure. Modified polymers, such as ?-Fe2O3/PLGA, may be used to form actuable scaffolds suitable for tissue engineering. It is also disclosed a device with a trap-door that may be remotely actuated by applying a magnetic field. Such a device may be employed to deliver and control the release of other micro-devices or materials such as drugs to a specific location inside the body of a human or an animal.
