    Abstract: A seat self-lifting device for a portable chair is mounted between a seat frame and a front leg of the portable chair. The seat self-lifting device includes a rotary axle, a spiral spring and a fixing rod. The rotary axle passes through the front leg and connects with a connecting plate mounted on the seat frame. The fixing rod is perpendicularly disposed on the front leg. The spiral spring has a first end connected with the rotary axle and a second end wrapped around the fixing rod. When the seat is deployed, the rotary axle is rotated along a direction and the spiral spring is deformed to accumulate a resilient force. When the user leaves the seat, the resilient force of the spiral spring rotates the rotary axle along a reverse direction for flipping the seat to a collapsed state.

The wireless power transmission device includes a power coil in which a high frequency current is applied, a transmission coil in which the high frequency current is induced by magnetic induction, the transmission coil configured to generate an non-radiative electromagnetic wave when the transmission coil has the same resonant frequency as an at least one external target device, and a resonant frequency regulator configured to regulate the resonant frequency of the transmission coil. The wireless power transmission device can transmit the power when it has the same resonant frequency as the target device. Therefore, the overheating due to an eddy current may not occur, and the design may be easily varied.

After that, estimate the motion vector for the current block based on the spatial prediction and the temporal prediction. The temporal prediction is obtained by selecting at least one most frequent motion vector from a plurality of motion vectors for a plurality of blocks in a corresponding region of a previous frame, wherein the corresponding block encloses a previous block which is location corresponding to the current block in the current frame.
