Abstract: The antenna structure is applied for a communication system. The antenna structure has a signal emitting/receiving portion, a flex transmitting line disposed under the signal emitting/receiving portion and electrically connected to the signal emitting/receiving portion, and a connecting portion having a first end and a second end. The first end of the connecting portion is electrically connected to the flex transmitting line, and the second end of the connecting portion is connected to an assembling portion. The antenna structure further includes a bendable piece corresponding to the flex transmitting line. The bendable piece can be bent by a force to change positions, directions, or positions and directions of the signal emitting/receiving portion connected with the flex transmitting line. The bendable piece, the flex transmitting line and the signal emitting/receiving portion are covered by a sheath.
Abstract: A detachable battery status alarm has an alarm device and at least one battery detector. The battery detector is directly mounted on the battery and electronically connected to the battery. The alarm device links to the battery detector to obtain the battery status in a physical connection or a wireless connection. Therefore, the alarm device does not physically connect to the battery or batteries to test the battery or batteries.
Abstract: An electrically conductive structure includes a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure. Each has a conducting section at one end and a coupling section at the other end. The first and second conducting sections are electrically connected to a power and ground contact of an electronic device, respectively. The first and second coupling sections are respectively connected with power and ground layer of a circuit board. The first coupling sections are connected with the first conducting section through first extending sections and the second coupling sections are connected with the second conducting section through second extending sections. At least two coupling sections of the conductive structures are arranged in pairs. The first conductive structure and the second conductive structure are arranged in a staggered array to form two wiring loops having opposite current directions, thereby generating a magnetic flux cancellation effect.

Abstract: A FLOTOX EEPROM of the invention includes: a plurality of floating gates 11 arranged in array, each having a tunnel window 12 and allowing electron injection and extraction via the tunnel window; a plurality of select gates 13 provided in one-on-one correspondence to the plural floating gates 11; a control gate 16 shared by the plural floating gates 11; a source 17 shared by the plural floating gates 11; and a drain 18 shared by the plural floating gates 11. Therefore, the FLOTOX EEPROM does not encounter the decrease of junction breakdown voltage of a drain region, allowing the application of sufficiently high write voltage. Further, cell area can be reduced.
Abstract: A wavelength tuning apparatus and method that maintain highest efficiency with a single angle manipulation without changing a position of input/output light. For this, the wavelength tuning apparatus and method include a transmission-type diffraction grating and a mirror that are constructed in one-body type so that a light path that enables an optimal efficiency diffraction angle of the diffraction grating can be formed, and rotates the one-body construction to obtain a desired wavelength. Accordingly, efficiency and precision of manipulation and control can be increased, and costs can be reduced.
Abstract: An apparatus for adjusting the length of a tension tie mounted on a deployable antenna based on a cable network structure includes a cable retainer provided with a retaining hole, a cable being connected to the cable retainer; a retaining case coupled to the outer periphery of the cable retainer and provided with a plurality of retaining holes; and a retainer positioned inside the cable retainer and configured to extend through the retaining hole of the cable retainer and through one of the retaining holes of the retaining case so that the cable retainer and the retaining case are prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: An optical resonator has a Y-branched waveguide including first, second, and third optical waveguides interconnected at a single point. The first optical waveguide leads toward a reflector. The second and third optical waveguides are optically interconnected by a curved extension of the second and third optical waveguides, or by an independent ring waveguide to which the second and third optical waveguides are directionally coupled. At least one wavelength selector such as a Mach-Zehnder interferometer is formed in one or both of the second and third optical waveguides. This optical resonator is small in size and can be tuned by means of a single parameter. Abstract: A circuit breaker with overload and short-circuit protection functions for a motor, on which is mounted a thermally actuated overload tripping device including an adjustment dial to set a value corresponding to a rated current value of the motor on a scale. The dial has a standard setting pointer mark and a correction setting pointer mark side-by-side along a perimeter. The standard setting pointer mark applies to using the circuit breaker as a single item. The correction setting pointer mark applies to using a number of circuit breakers arranged in a line in close contact with each other. By setting a mark selected according to the arrangement of the circuit breaker at the rated current value, the steady state current value of the tripping device can be adequately set to correspond to the rated current value of the motor.

Abstract: A signal measurement method for a mobile communication apparatus supporting multiple transmission interfaces to perform communication transmission in a heterogeneous network environment, system and a recording medium thereof. Changes in the signal strength of an active network transmission interface are employed to adjust signal measurement periods of other non-active network transmission interfaces, thereby reducing the signal measurement frequency of these non-active network transmission interfaces. Moreover, as for the situation that a specific transmission interface periodically reports the signal measurement result to a remote network server, the signal measurement time during the report can also be reduced. By solving the power consumption problem caused by frequently activating the signal measurement of the mobile communication apparatus, the efficacies of saving power and improving the standby time and talk time can be achieved.
Abstract: This computer data protection method of the present invention requires a user to enter a correct password for modifying any data. If wrong passwords are typed, this method forbids modification of any program modules. Further, if any program module is detected having unauthenticated modification, that program module is deleted and an original image of that program module is loaded to recover normal operation of the operation system. Additionally, a common password is also provided in the protection method. Some special function can use this common password to pass the detection of this method to perform any modification.
