Abstract: A key lock means set on a tablet personal computer and application method of the same are provided, wherein the key lock means comprises a graphic input device, a typing input device, and means for signal associating. The graphic input device is used for generating and transmitting a first signal to an operating system of the tablet computer. The typing input device is used for generating and transmitting a second signal to the operating system of the tablet computer. The means for signal associating is used for monitoring and controlling the transmitting process of the first and second signals. When the first signal is detected, the means for signal associating can prevent the typing input device from transmitting the second signal into the operating system of the tablet personal computer.
Abstract: An inventive electronic device includes a substrate, a bump of a first metal material provided on a surface of the substrate, a bonding film of a second metal material provided on a top surface of the bump for bonding the electronic device to an electrical connection portion of a second device, the second metal material having a lower melting point in an elemental state than an alloy of the first metal material and the second metal material, and a diffusion prevention film of a third metal material provided between the top surface of the bump and the bonding film as covering at least part of the top surface of the bump, the third metal material having a lower diffusion coefficient than the second metal material with respect to the first metal material.
Abstract: The invention provides a method for production of a decorative article comprising a body having at least one engagement stage, and a decorative member made of a decoration material capable of being thermally softened and having at least one surface which is engageable with the engagement stage of the body. The said method comprises the steps by placing softened decoration material into a mold shaped and sized to correspond to the decorative member to be produced and having at least one surface that is brought into surface-contact with the engagement stage of the body and then press-molding; taking the semi-finished decorative member out of the mold to cool down slowly to room temperature; and placing the surface of the cooled semi-finished decorative member over the engagement stage of the body and splicing them together. By using the method of the present invention, a decorative article can be produced.
Abstract: The voice navigation method relates to a voice navigation device and a voice navigation method, which may be utilized in cooperation with the Satellite Global Positioning System. The method is used to broadcast a voice-guidance-item having higher requirement importance more preferentially than a voice-guidance-item having low requirement importance, even if the voice-guidance-item having low requirement importance is obtained when the voice-guidance-item having high requirement importance is still in progress.
Abstract: An electronic device hanging mechanism aims to hang an electronic device on a mounting rack mounted onto a wall. The hanging mechanism includes a holding dock located in the case of the electronic device and a bracing strut movably coupled on the holding dock. The bracing strut is extendable outside the holding dock at a hanging position to be hung on the mounting rack to hold the electronic device, and received in the holding dock and hidden in the case of the electronic device at a holding position to maintain the appearance of the electronic device.

Abstract: An image scaler includes a horizontal downscaler, a horizontal upscaler, and a vertical scaling unit. The horizontal downscaler is configured in front of the vertical scaling unit and the horizontal upscaler is configured in back of the vertical scaling unit, so as to operate in coordination with a selective control method. The selective control method controls an image input route depending on horizontal downscaling or upscaling requirements, so as to choose to go through or to bypass the horizontal downscaler or the horizontal upscaler to horizontally and vertically resize an image. In this way, the input signal is processed in only two stages, so that the present invention can not only reduce the process loading of the huge amount of the data volume in the final stage, and also can reduce power consumption.

Abstract: A method of identifying a type of an optical disc applied in an optical drive is provided. The optical drive at least comprises an optical pickup head. First, move the optical pickup head continually from an initial position. Then, emit a light beam on an optical disc continually and receive a reflected light beam from the optical disc to generate a servo signal. Next, detect a waveform pattern of the servo signal continually to determine whether the waveform pattern of the servo signal changes, if so, the optical disc is identified as a Digital Video Disk-Random Access Memory (DVD-RAM).
Abstract: An electroluminescence display and a manufacturing method therefore are disclosed in the present invention. The present invention combines an electroluminescence component and a passive component into a single display component for a display screen. The present invention has a simple manufacturing process, and decreases power consumption and the total size of a display screen.

Abstract: A folding super chair includes a front leg frame, a backrest, a backrest frame and a ganging device. The backrest frame has a contour corresponding to an upper inner portion of the front leg frame and an L-shaped cross section. The backrest frame is disposed between the front leg frame and the backrest. The backrest is placed on the backrest frame, which relieve stress. Thus, a ridge of the backrest does not deform, and the backrest is securely fixed on the folding super chair. The ganging device includes a main member, a slot fastener and a knob fastener. The main member has a front face, a rear face and two side faces. The rear face is larger than the front face, and therefore the two side faces form an included angle therebetween. When the folding super chairs are lined up and connected by the ganging device, the folding super chairs form a curved row.

Abstract: A communication control apparatus includes a signal receiver for receiving a state variable signal indicating a timing of data transmission from a neighboring node. The apparatus also includes a calculator for forming a communication timing, by varying plural phase signals different in oscillation period in response to the state variable signal, synchronizing respective states of the phase signals so that they interact with each other, and temporally multiplexing plural data transmission periods different in time slot width and representing a transmission time period between its own node and the neighboring node based on respective oscillation periods of the phase signals. The calculator includes a state manager for managing states of phase signals for the own node and the neighboring node different in oscillation period, and prescribing an order relationship of time-slot allocation.
Abstract: A current generator is provided, including a bandgap circuit, an operational amplifier, and an output resistor. The bandgap circuit is used to output a bandgap reference voltage insensitive to environment temperature and supply voltages. The operational amplifier has a positive input receiving the bandgap reference voltage, a negative input, and an output connected to the negative input to obtain an output voltage substantially equal to the bandgap reference voltage. The output resistor is connected to the output of the operational amplifier serially to generate an output current flowing through the output resistor. Thus, the output current generated by the current generator is insensitive to environment temperature and supply voltages, and therefore more accurate and stable.

Abstract: A calibration method of insulating washer in a circuit board is provided, which includes steps of (a) establishing an equivalent circuit model corresponding to a metal via; (b) depicting an electric characteristic curve corresponding to the model; (c) calculating a capacitance and an inductance equation corresponding to the curve; (d) substituting parameter values of the equivalent circuit model, capacitance equation, and inductance equation into a characteristic impedance expression for being calculated, so as to obtain a first radius length value of an insulating washer for the metal via; (e) making a temporary insulating washer by employing the value; (f) reestablishing an equivalent circuit model corresponding to the metal via according to the temporary insulating washer; repeating Steps (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f); and when the first radius length value is converged into a fixed value, determining the fixed value as an optimum value for designing the insulating washer.
