Abstract: A system for depositing a composite polymer dielectric film on a substrate is disclosed, wherein the composite polymer dielectric film includes a low dielectric constant polymer layer disposed between a first silane-containing layer and a second silane-containing layer. The system includes a process module having a processing chamber and a monomer delivery system configured to admit a gas-phase monomer into the processing chamber for deposition of the low dielectric constant polymer layer, a post-treatment module for annealing the composite polymer dielectric film, and a silane delivery system configured to admit a vapor flow containing a silane precursor into at least one of the process module and the post-treatment module for the formation of the first silane-containing layer and the silane-containing layer.

Abstract: A system and method of displaying identification information for a projector system are disclosed. The method includes projecting a display onto a viewing surface with the projector system, and projecting an identification image onto the viewing surface over at least a part of the display with the projection system, wherein the identification image is configured to convey the identification information to a viewer.

Abstract: A system for processing digital images. The system may included a controller that includes a processor and a memory. The system may also include a plurality of image processing blocks operatively coupled with the controller. Each image processing block can be configured to perform a different image processing operation. The image processing blocks and controller can be interconnected and configured to provide sequential pixel processing, in which each image processing block processes input pixels so as to produce output pixels, with the output pixels of an upstream one of the image processing blocks can be fed forward as the input pixels to a downstream one of the image processing blocks. The system may also include a classification block configured to obtain, for each of the image processing blocks, updated classification data for the input pixels to be applied to the image processing block.
Abstract: A ball joint for a motor vehicle includes a housing (6) having a cavity (5), and with a ball pivot (1), which has a pin (2) and a joint ball (3) and which, with its joint ball (3), is mounted in the cavity (5) of the housing (6) in a manner that permits it to rotate and pivot. The journal (2) extends through an opening (7) provided in the housing and out therefrom. The inventive ball joint also comprises sealing bellows (11), which are placed between the housing (6) and the journal (2). A multipart measuring arrangement is provided having at least one signal transmitter (17, 18) and at least one sensor (20, 21, 22). The measuring arrangement is placed between the pin-side end of the joint ball (3) and the pin-side end of the sealing bellows (11).
Abstract: A hydraulically damping rubber bush bearing suitable for absorbing cardanic loads in the vertical installed position and yet has a simple geometry and construction. The bearing has chambers receiving the damping agent and has an undercut in the direction of the bearing axis at least in the area of one of their axial ends. An inner cage and the elastomeric bearing body are axially shortened in the corresponding circumferential section compared to the rest of their circumferential sections.
Abstract: A method for the assisted steering, particularly the assisted maneuvering and parking, of a motor vehicle which includes determining a nominal driving path (X) with a starting point (S) and a destination point (Wnominal); providing an output of the nominal driving path (X), and setting the motor vehicle in motion. An actual position (W1) of the motor vehicle is determined, wherein a deviant circular arc (KA) traveled as well as a first (K1) and a second (K2) corrective circular arc are determined if the actual position (W1) deviates from the nominal driving path (X). The second corrective circular arc (K2) is a congruent projection of the deviant circular arc (KA) and ends at the destination point (Wnominal). A corrected nominal driving path (K1, K2) is provided as an output.

According to one aspect of the disclosure, a method is provided including identifying a preignition event at an affected cylinder; deactivating the affected cylinder during a deactivation period; initiating an accommodation system for one or more unaffected cylinders; and activating an indicator system.
Abstract: A method is provided for controlling an engine having an intake manifold and an outlet control device coupled to the manifold for controlling flow exiting the manifold and entering at least one cylinder of the engine. The engine further includes an inlet control device for controlling flow entering the manifold. The method includes providing an engine command; calculating a desired cylinder charge based on said command; and adjusting the outlet control device to provide said desired cylinder charge. The engine command may be, for example, a driver command, such as a driver torque command. Further, the outlet control device may be implemented in with a variety of mechanisms. For example, in one embodiment the outlet control device is a valve of the engine having a variable lift. In one embodiment the outlet device is a valve having variable timing. Likewise, the inlet device may be adjusted in response to a variety of parameters.

A mobile part (9) can be removed from the care device and provides wireless communication and a second receiving means (24) for establishing an alternative primary wireless link when the patient is removed from the care device.
