Abstract: A tool suspension device has a back plate and at least one tool bracket. The back plate has a body and at least one tool mounting space formed in the body. Two mounting brackets with mounting slots are respectively formed at opposite sides of each respective tool mounting space. A hole is defined in the body and corresponds to each respective mounting bracket. A resilient arm with a foot is formed on the top end of each respective hole. Each tool bracket is mounted on the back plate and corresponds to one of the tool mounting spaces. The tool bracket has a main plate and two ears corresponding to the mounting slots in the mounting brackets. Accordingly, the tool bracket will not slide out of the bottom of the mounting slots due to the blocking effect provided by the feet.
Abstract: A wireless communication encoding and decoding technique using variable length codes is disclosed. The coding technique defines the transmission time for a high bit in a continuous bit stream as (N×T) expressed in terms of time unit (T), and a low bit as (M×T). By assigning different transmission times to represent high and low bits in continuous bit streams, the total data transmission time can be reduced considerably in handling large amounts of digital data as compared with conventional coding techniques. Other advantages using this coding technique include power saving by the data communication device, which may be a battery-powered peripheral device or mobile unit, and more reliable signal synchronization at both ends of the communication link.
Abstract: A paper attachment device is composed of a cap (10), a cup (20), a driving plate (30) and a magnet (40) axially combined in sequence. The cap (10) has a stud movably penetrating through the cup (20) and the driving plate (30) and firmly secured with the magnet (40). The driving plate (30) has multiple resilient arms (30) pressing the cup (20) toward the cap (10), whereby paper can be held between the cup (20) and the cap (10) to make the paper attachment device versatile in usage.
Abstract: A decorative lamp supporting multiple layered petals design is provided. The decorative lamp comes with a lamp bulb, a receptacle, an inner corolla shell and an outer corolla shell. The stacked corolla structure allows the inner corolla shell to be fitted behind the outer corolla shell, and possibly another corolla shell to be fitted in between the outer and inner corolla shells. The decorative lamp has a retaining apparatus to bind multiple corolla shells onto the receptacle, several locating ribs on the surface of the inner corolla shell to prevent dislocation of the corolla shells, and locating rings on the outer rim of the outer corolla shell to prevent falling out of the lamp from the installation ring. Consequently a decorative lamp with layered petals design can be assembled with a robust structure.
Abstract: A light bulb assembly for a light string has a light bulb with two electrical wires extending out of the light bulb, a spacer positioned between the two electrical wires to separate the two electrical wires, two cables respectively connected to a corresponding one of the electrical wires, a membrane partially enclosing the light bulb, the electrical wires and a portion of the cables, and a casing enclosing the membrane, a portion of the light bulb, the electrical wires and the cables. The light bulb is able to emit its light through the casing and because of the membrane, water resistance of the light string structure is enhanced.
Abstract: A telescopic dual movement pump has a nozzle assembly, a central tube connected to the nozzle assembly, a first tube enclosing the central tube and slidable relative to the central tube and a second tube enclosing the first tube and slidable to the first tube. The central tube has a first piston assembly which includes a block slidably received in the first tube. The first tube has an end provided with a second piston assembly which includes a second block slidably received in the second tube. The movement of the block and the second block in two opposite directions is able to force air inside the pump to be ejected out of the pump.
Abstract: A self inflated air cushioned bed includes a base, multiple air units each provided with at least two air cells securely mounted on top of a substrate and at least one unidirectional valve mounted on the substrate to allow air to flow into the at least two air cells, and an expanding device received in each one of the at least two air cells in each of the multiple air units to maintain the at least two air cells in each of the air units to be expanded. When the at least two air cells of each of the air units are expanded due to the expanding device, the at least one unidirectional valve allows air to flow into the at least two air cells of each of the air units so that the air units are maintained inflated.
Abstract: A steering assembly for an electrical scooter has a base, a connecting tube, a front steering bar, a rear steering bar, a positioning device, a frame and a handle. The front steering bar and the rear steering bar are pivotally attached to the top of the base. The positioning device is pivotally mounted between the front steering bar and the rear steering bar to keep the front steering bar and the rear steering from pivoting relative to the base. The frame is pivotally connected to the top of the front steering and the top of the rear steering bar. A headlight is attached to the frame. The front steering bar has a length longer than that of the rear steering bar. Accordingly, the steering assembly is adjustable, and the projecting angle of the light can be controlled to a desired range.

The body is formed with a handhole for a user to grip the handle. Furthermore, the handy weight has a fixed center of gravity sufficiently low enough to enable the body to define a stable equilibrium position, in which the handle is at the top of the body, and enable the body to recover to the stable equilibrium position after being placed away from the position on a bearing surface.
Abstract: A synchronous decoding method for AV packets that solves the problem of asynchronous AV signals resulting from the decoding restoration of an AV packet-type bitstream. No large PTS memory is needed as an index table for a video buffer with the method. One PTS value is sampled and recorded at one time. The old PTS value is replaced in the next sampling. The rest of the unrecorded PTS data are estimated using the frame rate and the previous PTS value. This method not only simplifies the structure but also provides a smoother playing effect for an AV source with a higher error rate, rendering better noise tolerance.
Abstract: An internal telescopic stand mounted inside an inanimate object to support the inanimate object includes a top bracket assembly, a medial bracket assembly, a base assembly, an upper spring-loaded telescopic tube assembly and multiple lower spring-loaded telescopic tube assemblies. The telescopic tube assemblies connect the top bracket assembly, the medial bracket assembly and the base assembly together. Each telescopic tube assembly has spring-loaded telescopic tubes that can be overlapped to allow the internal telescopic stand to be variable in height between an extended position and a retracted position. In addition, the top bracket has two pivotal hooks. The medial bracket assembly has two sliding locks. The pivotal hooks will lock the sliding locks when the internal telescopic stand is adequately retracted to hold the internal telescopic stand in a retracted position.
Abstract: A decorative fountain includes a hollow body having a recessed area provided with a nappe zone and a shower zone, and a reservoir defined in a bottom portion of the hollow body for receiving therein water. A water pump assembly is received in the reservoir for pumping water in the reservoir to the inlet of the control valve to selectively sprinkle water out of the primary outlet, the secondary outlet or the third outlet. A cover is mounted on top of the hollow body to cover the recessed area and has a controlling knob rotatably mounted inside the cover. Therefore, rotation of the controlling knob is able to control activation of the primary outlet, the secondary outlet and the third outlet to sprinkle water from the reservoir to either the nappe zone or the shower zone.
