Abstract: A method for producing a thin film transistor and including the following steps for preparing a glass substrate; having a positive photosensitive coating on the glass substrate; providing a transparent mold plate, having a plurality of ladder opaque protrusions in accordance with a predetermined pattern having different depth; controlling the transparent mold plate downwardly to press into the positive photosensitive coating and non-contacting to the glass substrate; exploring a part of the positive photosensitive coating via an explosion by a UV light; remaining the other part of the positive photosensitive coating, which is shielded by the protrusions and shaped corresponding to the predetermined pattern; separating the transparent mold plate from the glass substrate, and removing the other parts of the photosensitive coating unshielded via a chemical solvent. Thereby, after the positive photosensitive coating is pressed, cured, and cleaned the thin film transistor is formed.

  • Patent number: 7525378
Abstract: The circuit contains an input signal unit, an amplifier unit, and a comparator unit, cascaded in the foregoing order. The circuit further contains a ramp generator unit providing a ramp signal to the comparator unit. In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the two links between the input signal unit and the amplifier unit is connected to a voltage unit. By providing an appropriate voltage through the voltage unit, the signals fed into the amplifier unit have different DC bias voltages. As such, the ramp signal crosses these signals at different points of time respectively, and the zero-crossing times of the first and second Class-D signals output by the comparator unit are thereby separated so as to achieve low switching noise and electromagnetic interference.

  • Patent number: 7520301
Abstract: There is a need for people who handle hazardous materials to be able to effectively and efficiently block cesspits and/or pipes of various drainage systems in circumstances of for example, a chemical or liquid spill or a gas leak so as to prevent or limit flow of the same into for example, the water table. This problem is solved through the use of a man made fluid inlet or outlet passage, blocking assembly having an inflatable bladder operatively linked to a fluid communication element, one aspect of the element being adapted to receive a pressurised fluid supply wherein, when a pressurised fluid passes through the fluid communication element, the bladder is adapted to inflate to block the passage in a fluid type manner.

  • Publication number: 20090090188
Abstract: A measuring device for detecting and indicating changes in fluid pressure of a test environment relative to ambient fluid conditions, wherein the measuring device includes a linear gear rack having an alignment spur, an indicator needle associated pinion gear, calibrated indicia for visual measure of a pressure change event, and a deflectable diaphragm element. The alignment spur acts upon the pinion gear by maintaining close relationship of the linear gear rack and the needle associated pinion gear and counteracts torque and off-center forces created by the linear rack gear upon deflection of the deflectable diaphragm, thus providing improved resolution of small pressure changes and increased accuracy of measurement as the measuring device operates through a cycling period.

  • Publication number: 20090086366
Abstract: Methods and devices are shown that identify suitable second data operations after experiencing an off track event in a first data operation and perform the second data operations before correcting an off track event. Methods and device as shown provide increased efficiency in a hard disk drive. • Publication number: 20090086357
Abstract: A method of self servo writing is shown. In example embodiments, spirals or other indexing patterns can be written entirely within a hard disk drive, thus enabling self servo writing of the entire disk surface. Increased accuracy in spiral writing in turn increases the track density achievable using self servo writing techniques. One example method includes writing a first indexing pattern, then using the first indexing pattern to servo and write an adjacent second indexing pattern. Other example methods further include the use of back electromotive force (EMF) to increase accuracy in writing patterns such as spirals.
