  • Publication number: 20100226850
Abstract: An even titanium oxide film is economically formed on the surface of a substrate. To actualize the film formation, an aqueous titanium tetrachloride solution containing 0.1 to 17% by weight of Ti is applied in a film-like state on the surface of a heat resistant substrate. While the liquid film state is kept as it is, the aqueous titanium tetrachloride solution is heated to 300° C. or more and H2O and HCl in the liquid film are accordingly evaporated to form a titanium oxide film. In the case where the substrate is of aluminum inferior in acid resistance, an acid-resistant film such as an oxide film is previously formed on the surface of the metal substrate.

  • Publication number: 20100106966
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for registering a wireless network's identity using a central server. The central server receives a request for registration of an identifier of a wireless network. If the identifier has not been previously registered, the central server creates an association between the identifier and the wireless network, which is stored in a database maintained by the central server. The present invention also discloses a method for verifying a wireless network's identity by a wireless device. A central server comprising a database is provided, which registers an identifier of the wireless network. The central server receives from a wireless device an authentication request of the identifier. The authentication request arrives through a gateway of the wireless network. The central server then authenticates the identifier.

Abstract: A disinfectant cap for sterile liquid dispensers is disclosed. The cap includes a biocide-containing reservoir separated from the hollow interior of the cap by a rigid partition having an aperture therein for receiving the outlet port of the dispensing end of the dispenser, the cap being configured such that when in a closed configuration, the outlet port of the dispensing end extends through the aperture into the biocide-containing reservoir and the rigid partition is configured such that when the cap is removed from the dispensing end the biocide is retained in the reservoir. This may be achieved by selecting the size of the aperture such that when the cap is removed from the dispensing end the biocide is retained in the reservoir by surface tension. Or the partition may be provided with a hinged flap which seals the aperture when the cap is removed from the dispensing end and which is moved away from the aperture when the outlet port extends through the aperture.
