Abstract: A method and computing devices are provided for determining whether an advertisement aired in accordance with predefined airing specifications. A plurality of advertisement identification markers may be inserted into an advertisement by a first computing device. The plurality of advertisement identification markers may be inserted between the start and end of the advertisement. A second computing device may receive a broadcast stream including the advertisement having the plurality of advertisement identification markers. Airing parameters of the advertisement may be determined by the second computing device based on the advertisement identification markers. The airing parameters of the advertisement may be compared with predefined airing specifications corresponding to the advertisement. Auditing data may be generated that describes whether or not the advertisement aired in accordance with the predefined airing specifications.

Abstract: A system to perform brand impact verification (BIV) for a utilization-related software application (URSA), associated with an identity and a software development process (SDP) including multiple phases. The system includes a requirements-design module to determine brand characteristics of a brand associated with the identity, and software application properties associated with the URSA. The system also includes a BIV testing engine, executed by a computer system, to identify design test procedures to produce quantitative and qualitative design test results based on the determined brand characteristics and the determined software application properties. The BIV testing engine also implements the design test procedures to generate design test results in an SDP design step of an SDP associated with the URSA. The design test procedures are implemented in the SDP in a SDP design step prior to implementing an SDP full implementation test step testing a full implementation of the URSA.

The system includes a discovery module to receive insurance records from a source of data, which includes the data associated with the biometric technology, the records providing information that pertain to at least one transaction. The discovery module includes a query component and an artificial intelligence engine to process the records to identify a second subset of the records having anomalous information, and provide a second analysis output indicative of the second subset. The system also includes an audit module to determine whether to instruct the artificial intelligence engine to analyze the records according to the outputs. For example, a planogram may be extracted and compared to a target planogram, or at least one product display parameter for a product can be determined and used to assess presence of the product within the inventory environment, or to determine compliance of display of the product with a promotional objective. In yet another embodiment, comparisons may be made within a single image or between multiple images over time to detect potential conditions requiring response. In this manner, efficiency and effectiveness of many previously manually-implemented tasks may be improved.
