Abstract: This disclosure relates to a phase-locked loop (PLL) of a programmable logic device (PLD) (e.g., a field programmable gate array (FPGA)) with reduced static phase error (SPE). The PLD may perform various operations using an internal clock signal generated by the PLL. The PLL may include a charge pump maintaining a phase alignment of the internal clock signal based on a reference clock signal. The charge pump may include a first pair of source follower transistors to reduce the leakage current when the charge pump is deactivated. Alternatively or additionally, the charge pump may include a second pair of source follower transistors to reduce a differential voltage between internal nodes and an output terminal when the charge pump is activated. As such, the charge pump may generate the internal clock signal with reduced SPE and/or phase drift based on including the first and/or second pair of source follower transistors.

Abstract: A system and method for a federated deep learning platform utilizing homomorphically-compressed and encrypted data. The system comprises multiple client devices, each with a local dataset, and a central server hosting a deep learning core. Client devices convert local data into codewords, which are also homomorphically encrypted. The central server processes these encrypted codewords without decryption, preserving data privacy. The platform supports at least two architectural variants: a conventional Transformer trained on codewords, and a Latent Transformer operating on latent space vectors. Both variants eliminate the need for embedding and positional encoding layers. The system aggregates encrypted model updates from clients, enabling collaborative learning while maintaining data confidentiality. Additional features comprise differential privacy implementation and adaptive federated optimization techniques.

Abstract: Methods and systems for machine-readable code-based access in absence of a physical authentication token. In some embodiments, the system receives, from a mobile device, a text message, in which the mobile device is operating on a mobile network and associated with a user digital identifier relating to the mobile network, and the text message indicates a first request for access in absence of the physical authentication token. The system determines whether to authenticate the first request based on mobile device information relating to the mobile device. In response to authenticating the first request, the system provides a first machine-readable code associated with a user account; and receives a second request from a third party for accessing the user account. The system assesses second information based on a prediction model and first information associated with the first machine-readable code; and in response to a satisfactory assessment result, authenticates the second request.

Abstract: This application discloses an encoding and decoding method and apparatus, and a computer device, and is applied to the field of image processing technologies. In the method, a feature map of an image is obtained through an encoding network. A boundary value of a first element in the feature map is determined, and a target range corresponding to the first element is determined based on the boundary value. If the first element is in the target range, entropy encoding is performed on the first element. If the first element is outside the target range, the first element is modified to the boundary value corresponding to the first element, and entropy encoding is performed on the modified first element, or the first element is marked as an out-of-bounds element, and variable-length code encoding is performed on the first element.
