The manufacturing method comprises: step S100, providing a base substrate; step S200, forming a driving circuit layer on one side of the base substrate the driving circuit layer comprising a plurality of wires and a plurality of bonding pads; step S300, forming a removable protective layer on the side of the driving circuit layer away from the base substrate; and step S400, connecting functional devices to the bonding pads, the removable protective layer being decomposed and removed in step S400. Between step S200 and step S300, there are no steps of forming an inorganic protective layer and patterning the inorganic protective layer.
Abstract: In a method for fabricating an air bridge, an air bridge brace structure is formed on a substrate. A continuous air bridge material layer is formed over the air bridge brace structure and the substrate. One or more openings are formed in the continuous air bridge material layer to reveal portions of the air bridge brace structure. A bridge brace material of the air bridge brace structure is removed through the one or more openings to obtain the air bridge. The air bridge includes the substrate and an air bridge structure that is disposed on the substrate. The air bridge structure includes the one or more openings. The one or more openings includes a first opening configured to pass through an etchant used to remove the bridge brace material. The one or more openings includes a second opening configured to pass through the bridge brace material removed by the etchant.

Abstract: To provide a thin film capacitor having a pair of terminal electrodes capable of being disposed on the same plane. A thin film capacitor includes a metal foil having a roughened surface, a dielectric film covering the roughened surface of the metal foil and having an opening partially exposing the metal foil therethrough, an electrode layer contacting the metal foil through the opening, and an electrode layer contacting the dielectric film without contacting the metal foil. An upper surface position of the electrode layer is equal to or lower in height than that of the electrode layer.
Abstract: A landscape edging system forms landscape edging by connecting landscape edging units end-to-end and securing them to ground. The landscape edging system includes landscape edging units, a landscape edging end connector, and landscape spikes. The end connector has first and second legs that define lower spike receivers. The first and second landscape edging units define fitting recesses below upper spike receivers. The legs of the end connector are press-fit into the fitting recesses of adjacent landscape edging units to establish mortise-and-tenon connections between the end connector and the landscape edging units. This aligns the upper and lower spike receivers so that first and second landscape spikes can be driven through a first pair of aligned upper and lower spike receivers and a second pair of aligned upper and lower spike receivers, respectively, into the ground.

Abstract: A vehicle door provided with a weatherstripping includes a sash. The sash includes a first member designed to extend along a roof of a vehicle body, and a second member designed to extend along a pillar of the vehicle body. The weatherstripping includes a first linear section designed to extend along the roof, a second linear section designed to extend along the pillar, and a corner section coupling the first linear section and the second linear section to each other. Abstract: The disclosure relates to the technical field of electrochemical energy storage material preparation, and discloses an asphalt-based hollow activated carbon microsphere and a preparation method thereof, an electrode sheet, and a supercapacitor. The preparation method of the asphalt-based hollow activated carbon microsphere comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing an asphalt of low ash content with a solvent to obtain a mixed asphalt solution; (2) subjecting the mixed asphalt solution to spray pyrolysis in an inert atmosphere to obtain a hollow carbon microsphere; (3) mixing the hollow carbon microsphere with an activating agent, and activating to obtain activated carbon; (4) subjecting the activated carbon to acid pickling and water washing to remove impurities, and drying to obtain the hollow activated carbon microsphere. The method has the features of simple process steps, low preparation cost, being suitable for continuous production and the like.
Abstract: A method of making zeolite-Y particles may include dissolving a silica source material into a first solvent to form a first solution and dissolving an alumina source material into a second solvent to form a second solution. The method may also include combining the first solution with the second solution to form a combined mixture. The combined mixture may include a templating agent. The method may include aging the combined mixture for a time period of from 10 hours to 30 hours to form a zeolite precursor solution and heating the zeolite precursor solution at a temperature of from 50° C. to 70° C. to form an intermediate mixture. The method may include heating the intermediate mixture at a temperature of from 80° C. to 120° C. to form the zeolite-Y particles.

Abstract: An optical waveguide system and an augmented reality device are disclosed and have advantages of reducing the light leakage rate and improving the light energy efficiency. The optical waveguide system comprises an optical waveguide, the optical waveguide comprises a first side face and a second side face opposite each other; the first side face is provided with a grating; the second side face is provided with a light-leakage prevention element configured to reduce light emitted from the second side face. The light-leakage prevention element may reflect, diffract or absorb light incident to the light-leakage prevention element. Therefore, light emitted from the second side face of the optical waveguide (1) can be reduced, that is, a light leakage phenomenon is reduced; and the light can also be reflected to the grating by reflection or diffraction, thereby improving the utilization rate of light energy, that is, improving the light efficiency.
