Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a band-pass analog-to-digital converter (ADC) using a bidirectional voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) including a first converter configured to receive an analog input signal and quantize the analog input signal according to a first clock signal to output a first digital signal, a second converter configured to receive the analog input signal and quantize the analog input signal in a time-interleaving manner according to a second clock signal, which has a phase opposite to that of the first clock signal, to output a second digital signal, and a multiplexer configured to receive the first and second digital signals and select one of the two signals in response to the first clock signal to finally output a digital output signal.

Abstract: A preparation method of a cathode material for a secondary battery is provided. First, a lithium metal phosphate material and a first conductive carbon are provided. The lithium metal phosphate material is made of a plurality of secondary particles. Each of the secondary particles is formed by the aggregation of a plurality of primary particles. An interparticle space is formed between the plurality of primary particles. Next, the lithium metal phosphate material and the first conductive carbon are mixed by a mechanical method, and a composite material is prepared. The first conductive carbon is uniformly arranged in the interparticle space. After that, a second conductive carbon, a binder and a solvent are provided. Finally, the composite material, the second conductive carbon, the binder and the solvent are mixed, and a cathode material for preparing a positive plate is prepared.
Abstract: A stone paper includes a first material layer and a second material layer. The first material layer includes a first inorganic material, a first plastic material, and an additive, wherein the first inorganic material, the first plastic material, and the additive are mixed together. The second material layer is coextruded on at least one surface of the first material layer, and the second material layer includes a second inorganic material, a nonmetal thermoconductive material, and a second plastic material, wherein the second inorganic material, the nonmetal thermoconductive material, and the second plastic material are mixed together. A manufacturing method of a stone paper is also disclosed herein.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a radiative cooling metal plate, a preparation method and application thereof. The radiative cooling metal plate includes a metal substrate, a first adhesive layer and a radiative cooling functional layer stacked in order, the radiative cooling functional layer is located on a surface of the metal substrate, the first adhesive layer is arranged between the metal substrate and the radiative cooling functional layer, and an elongation at break of the radiative cooling functional layer is in a range of 1% to 300%. The radiative cooling functional layer can have sufficient ductility, and can have sufficient deformation to cope with the bending of the radiative cooling functional layer during pressing, such that the radiative cooling functional layer will not be damaged or broken, thereby ensuring the structural integrity of the radiative cooling functional layer and great radiative cooling effect of the metal substrate.

Abstract: The present invention provides an electrode pattern structure of a concentric-circular-structured electrostatic chuck, and is related to the field of semiconductor and material science. An electrode unit of an electrostatic chuck is divided into a plurality of size-reduced electrode arc-bands, and by means of arrangement of inter-ring connection openings of the size-reduced electrode arc-bands, the electrodes of the entire electrostatic chuck can be divided into any desired number of electrodes. In the electrode pattern structure of the concentric-circular-structured electrostatic chuck, the electrostatic chuck electrode of such a structure can, on the one hand, minimize division units to be advantageous for reduction of residual thermal stress, and on the other hand, avoid generation of isolated electrode during the process of dividing. This is an electrostatic chuck electrode that has excellent symmetry and has a uniform and simple structure.
Abstract: CO2 introduced into the ground reacts with water in the moisture present in the surroundings to convert to hydrocarbon, suppressing leakage of CO2 above ground. The method for producing hydrocarbon has an introduction step for introducing CO2 into a storage site in the ground where moisture and a catalytic metal are present, the pressure is 5 MPa or higher, and the temperature is 40° C. or higher, to bring the CO2 into a subcritical state or a supercritical state, and a synthesis step for reacting the water in the moisture with the subcritical or supercritical CO2 in the storage site to synthesize hydrocarbon. The storage site is preferably a site from 800 m to 1200 m below ground. The pressure of the storage site is preferably 8 MPa or higher.
