Abstract: A concentrator multiplexes network data from different links in a network and carried on a plurality of lower speed lines into multiplexed network data carried on a higher speed line. A line interface module demultiplexes the multiplexed network data carried on the higher speed line, assembles the demultiplexed network data into cells, and reassembles cells into packets for analysis. A single distributed network analyzer analyzes the reassembled network data.

Abstract: In order to discover at least part of a frequency list used by an active wireless device in a cellular communications network for neighbour cell signal measurements, measurement reports are extracted from messages carrying reports of measurements relating to propagation of wireless signals between the network and the device. Additional information (such as identity of sections of the network adjacent to a current serving cell for the device) is extracted from other messages, and the extracted measurement reports and additional information are combined to discover the required frequency list.
Abstract: Test instruments constituting an automatic test system are characterized in terms of execution time data. The execution time data is composed of a set of execution times. Each of the execution times is the time required for the test instrument to perform a respective testing operation. The test instruments additionally have the ability to communicate their respective execution time data to such recipients as others of the test instruments, the system controller and recipients outside the automatic test system. Additionally, such test instruments have the ability to communicate test results to at least one other of the test instruments and the ability to process test results received from at least one other of the test instruments. Such characterization, communication and processing allows a system integrator to devise execution time-dependent test programs as part of a test suite that allows test throughput to be maximized.
Abstract: Devices and methods for separating sample constituents are provided. The subject devices are characterized by having a fluid flow path with at least one electrophoretic separation element positioned at a region thereof. The separation element includes an element for applying an electric field across the fluid flow path and a trapping element for trapping sample constituents that migrate out of the flow path when an electric field is applied across the fluid flow path. In using the subject devices, sample is moved past the separation element and an electric field is applied across the flow path such that constituents of the sample migrate into the trapping element. The subject devices and methods find use in a variety of applications, including protein separation applications.
