The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 in a first sequence; between the images shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 4 in a second sequence; and between the images shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 6 in a third sequence. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
