In addition, the present application provides a method for preparing a laver snack, comprising the steps of: mixing a binder in which saccharide and a gelling agent are mixed, seasoned laver, and solid supplementary ingredients; and shaping the mixed resultant product and cooling same.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for a biodegradable fiber and a biodegradable fiber manufactured using same. In detail, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the composition for biodegradable fibers contains a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) resin bearing 4-hydroxybutyrate (4-HB) repeating units and specifically a first PHA resin and/or a second PHA resin, each bearing 4-HB repeating units and meets a degradation temperature (Td 5% weight loss) of 220° C. or higher as measured by a thermal gravimetric analyzer. Thus, the composition is eco-friendly with excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility and can be used to easily manufacture biodegradable fibers having excellent properties.
Abstract: The present application relates to an amino acid that accelerates fruit ripening, and provides a use of the amino acid for accelerating fruit ripening. A composition containing the amino acid can achieve an excellent effect of promoting plant growth and/or fruit ripening.

Abstract: The present invention provides a biodegradable multilayer film, a manufacturing method therefor, and an eco-friendly packaging material containing same, the biodegradable multilayer film comprising a base layer and a biodegradable resin layer, wherein the biodegradable resin layer includes a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) resin, and the thermal bonding strength of the biodegradable resin layer is 0.5 kgf/15 mm to 15 kgf/15 mm, the water permeability is 3 g/m2·atm·day or less, and the oxygen permeability is 10 cc/m2·atm·day or less. The biodegradable multilayer film can be biodegraded in natural conditions such as in soil and in the ocean, can improve barrier properties against moisture and oxygen without including aluminum or nylon materials, and can further improve adhesive properties. As such, the biodegradable multilayer film can be used as a packaging material in various fields such that a high-quality and eco-friendly packaging material is provided.
