Abstract: Provided are methods and systems for, in one aspect, managing content delivered to one or more devices. Methods may comprise receiving a first identifier associated with a user of content. The content may comprise one or more advertisement or placement opportunities. A second identifier may be determined based at least on the first identifier. The second identifier may be a perishable identifier configured to expire based on an event. The second identifier may be transmitted to an entity associated with an advertisement inventory, wherein the second identifier facilitates the targeted placement of one or more advertisements from the advertisement inventory without exposing the first identifier to the entity.

Abstract: Beam failure recovery (BFR) procedures are described for wireless communications. At least one transmission for BFR may overlap with a scheduled transmission. A wireless device may prioritize the at least one transmission for BFR, for example, over the scheduled transmission and may transmit the at least one transmission for BFR.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining a query for a data store are described. A natural language text may be analyzed using heuristic processing and one or more machine learning models. Query parameters may be determined from the heuristic processing and machine learning and combined to form a query in a query language. In the heuristic processing, parsing rules may be used to remove conditional terms to generate a base question. The base question may be input to the one or more machine learning model to generate a base query which may be combined with query parameters related to the conditional terms.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described for providing XR experiences to multiple users. A plurality of XR devices might participate in a group XR experience. Physical environment data may be determined for each XR device. Virtual play areas for each of the XR devices may be determined. The different virtual play areas may be fit into different areas of a predefined virtual play area, and/or may be combined to form a combined virtual play area. Each XR device might be provided a different portion of the virtual play area. The XR devices may be sent different virtual map positioning data to provide the group XR experience.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for encoding media content based on an ending delay of first media content and a startup delay of second media content. Second media content may be configured for transmission after first media content in a media content stream. The first media content may be associated with an ending delay corresponding to transmission and/or decoding of frames of the first media content. The second media content may be associated with a starting delay corresponding to transmission and/or decoding of frames of the second media content. The first media content and the second media content may be encoded using different encoding formats. Based on comparing the ending delay and starting delay to a threshold, encoding parameters may be selected, one or more frames may be removed from the first media content and/or the second media content, and/or buffers of one or more devices may be adjusted.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for encryption key management. Content items, or portions thereof, can be assigned to a plurality of partitions. Each of the plurality of partitions can correspond to a timeframe of encryption key rotation. Cache control can be applied to manifests and/or content based on the timeframe of encryption key rotation.

Abstract: Wireless communications and beam failure recovery are described. A wireless device may send one or more messages associated with a beam failure recovery for a cell. The one or more message may comprise an indication that the wireless device has not selected a candidate beam for the cell. The wireless device may receive a response and determine that a beam failure recovery procedure has successfully completed.

Abstract: An audio file associated with a user voice query may be received at a user device. The audio file may be compared to a plurality of references, such as cache entries, corresponding to a plurality of other voice queries. Based on a determination that the voice query corresponds to one of the references, an operation associated with the voice query may be executed. An indication may be received that the operation was not an intended operation associated with the voice query. Based on receiving this indication, the incorrectly identified operation, associated reference, e.g., voice query, may be disabled for the user or the device. However, the cache entry may remain enabled for one or more of a plurality of other devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for an efficient storage layout of recorded content associated with a particular user. Content segments, unique to the user and encoded/transcoded at different bit rates, may be stored/partitioned based on the likelihood of a particular bit rate version of content being requested by the user and a duration of playback for the content segment. Content that is more frequently requested may be concatenated in a single storage location on more high performance hardware. Further, content that is played back for a longer duration of playback may also be grouped together and stored on more high performance hardware. Content that is more likely to be played for only a short time may be stored within a plurality of storage containers.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for bandwidth reduction through duration averaging. An average duration of content segments can be determined. When the average segment duration exceeds a first threshold or falls below a second threshold, content segments can be encoded at new segment durations until the average segment duration falls below the first threshold and above the second threshold. When the average segment duration exceeds a first threshold or falls below a second threshold, an updated manifest including a modified segment duration parameter can be generated.

Abstract: System and methods for providing dynamic positional audio are disclosed. Methods can comprise determining availability of one or more devices to output audio and determining a location of the one or more available devices. Audio information can be received and at least a portion of the audio information can be configured to generate assigned audio information based on the determined location of the available devices. The assigned audio information can be transmitted to the available devices.

Abstract: Methods and systems for selecting routes from among multiple media and/or optimizing transmission across those media are described. A minimum data rate may be determined for transmitting a content item. Based on that minimum data rate, a device may determine whether to transmit the content item via a given medium, select a different medium for transmission, or adjust transmission to compensate for unfavorable network conditions. A device may select a medium based on ranking one or more routes from a content source to a user device. Further, a device may determine a data rate for transmission based on calculating an expected time of transmission that includes time spent performing retransmissions at a given data rate.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing current flow in a power circuit used to dynamically share power are disclosed. A Zener diode may automatically adjust current flow in the power circuit. If the power circuit has not received sufficient current for dynamic power sharing, the Zener diode may draw additional current from a power source. An electrical current in the power circuit may be divided into a plurality of current loads. Each of the plurality of current loads may be directed through a different path in the power circuit.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for wireless communications. A base station may transmit parameters for a configured grant and a dynamic grant. The parameters may indicate numbers of transmissions of transport blocks within a bundle of a configured grant and within a bundle of a dynamic grant. A wireless device may transmit a first transport block, within a bundle of a configured grant, a first number of times. The wireless device may transmit a second transport block, within a bundle of a dynamic grant, a second number of times.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method are disclosed for resolving bandwidth constriction using multiple bandwidths and/or multiple content delivery paths. The apparatus, system and method may include recording requested video content and/or delivering the recorded video content to resolve bandwidth constriction using alternate bandwidths or delivery paths.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described herein for providing language-level content recommendations to users based on an analysis of closed captions of content viewed by the users and other data. Language-level analysis of content viewed by a user may be performed to generate metrics that are associated with the user. The metrics may be used to provide recommendations for content, which may include advertising, that is closely aligned with the user's interests.

Abstract: Methods and systems for communicating with an emergency service are disclosed. A user device may receive a request to communicate with an emergency service associated with a premises. A communication identifier associated with the premises may be used to identify the user device regardless of the location of the user device to establish communication with the emergency service.

At least two wireless devices may communicate via a sidelink using a resource allocation mode that may be determined with or without assistance from a base station. A wireless device may select, based on one or more conditions, from at least two resource allocation modes of operation for the sidelink.
