Abstract: A rubber mixture is disclosed which is suitable in particular for vehicle pneumatic tires, belts, drive belts and hoses. The rubber mixture includes the following: at least one polar or nonpolar rubber, at least one pale- and/or dark-colored filler, at least one sulfur, which is mixed with at least one terpenoid and/or at least one high-viscosity oil, and optionally other additional substances.
Abstract: A sulfur-crosslinkable rubber mixture, particularly for treads of pneumatic tires, comprises at least two diene rubbers and from 0.1 to 20 phr of at least one aliphatically modified C9 hydrocarbon resin and from 0.1 to 7 phr of at least one other processing ingredient. The rubber mixture has improved abrasion resistance and improved properties during braking under wet conditions for identical rolling resistance, identical chip & chunk resistance and an identical level of other tire properties.

Abstract: Vehicle pneumatic tire with belt and carcass. An inner working ply of the belt has first parallel steel strengtheners embedded in rubber oriented at an angle “?” relative to a circumferential direction and satisfy: 10°???45°. An outer working ply of the belt has second parallel steel strengtheners embedded in rubber oriented at an angle “?” and satisfy: 10°???45°. The inner working ply has a greater axial length. The angles “?” and “?” have opposite inclination. Another belt ply is arranged between the inner and outer working plies and has third parallel strengtheners embedded in rubber oriented at an angle “?” and satisfy: 0°???5°. The first and second strengtheners have a breaking force F greater than 1800 N and at 10% of the breaking force F, an extension D satisfies 0.22%?D?0.4%.

Abstract: The invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire for utility vehicles having a belt which has a plurality of belt layers and having a tread (1) with circumferential grooves (6, 7, 8) which run in the circumferential direction and divide the tread (1) into circumferential ribs (2).
Abstract: A pneumatic vehicle tire has a radial carcass, a sulfur-impregnated rubber mixture which contains 70 to 100 phr (parts per weight related to 100 parts per weight of the entire types of rubber in the mixture) of natural rubber, up to 30 phr of at least one polybutadiene, up to 15 phr of at least one soot, 20 to 100 phr of at least one silica, at least one silane coupling agent and one adhesive system. In order to lengthen the service life of the pneumatic vehicle tire, the rubber mixture is the carcass rubber coating and the silica has a CTAB number according to ASTM D 3765 of more than 100 m2/g.

Abstract: A method for processing rubber granules or rubber powders containing different types of rubber. Vehicle tires containing natural rubber in the tread and butyl rubber in the inner liner are granulated or ground to prepare rubber granules or rubber powders, which are processed in a flotation cell under stirring and with the addition of air. The natural rubber fraction of the rubber granules has a higher tendency to adsorb air bubbles and to rise in the flotation cell, while the butyl rubber fraction remains at the bottom. The rubber granules are separated into two or more rubber fractions with an increased amount of a specific rubber type in each fraction.
